One of my regular online retailers. I've got many products and shipping is fast. Read description and reviews carefully and you usually will have a good experience. Pay attention to ship dates which can be long only with some out of country shippers.
Simply, how could anyone not like Amazon? This is absolutely one of the best online retailers that you can visit.
Huge product selection... great pricing... fast, free 2 day shipping (Amazon Prime... plus you get movies), great customer service (only had to use once in hundreds of orders...), etc.
There may be sites as good as Amazon, but there are certainly none better!
Really love the Amazon prime where it is able to ship in 2 days for just about anything. (or so.) They also have a very good support system with their live chat representatives! Love their product link ads and banners and etc.
Shop often. I don't have a car so deliveries to my door works best for me. Prime is super handy... ie free delivery, but then they charge you a flat fee after 30 days. It depends on how much shopping you do and if they items are shipped by amazon or not.
I have never been disappointed when shopping at Amazon. Delivery on time. Almost everything in stock. Easy website to operate. Good response to questions.

Been using Amazon for years now since 2007 and back then I would have been skeptical. But now I shop with 100% confidence that amazon won't leave my purchases incomplete. If an item goes missing, is damaged, lost or seller didn't ship on time, I get my refund right away within a day or two. If the item is on back ordered I'm notified instantly before placing it. Their inventory system is immaculate. It's no wonder their stock prices are incredibly high. Their innovative online shopping experience extends to 2 hours shipping with amazon prime NOW. I can't remember the last time driving in traffic and wasting my time at a store. Hands down best online marketplace ever.

The prices are usually below what the original seller has on their own website. Amazon has ALWAYS made good on any warranty issues, which are few. They even create a return slip with a pickup order right from your own computer immediately.
I have been buying from Amazon probably just days after it got started, a long time ago. I do however, check other websites before buying to see if I can get an item(s) cheaper. This is very important, believe me.
If you actually have a particular item in mind show around. Walmart, Google shopping, department stores. I'd say at least 85% of time you will find it cheaper. When it comes to convenience those same stores ship so you still do not have to go anywhere. Third party sales on Amazon will eventually ruin them. People don't realize that they are paying way more for everything because of the convenience.
I've been shopping online on Amazon for almost 6 years now and every time I had an issue with an order, their customer service representatives were always there to answer me and help resolved the issue. I love that they put customer first making sure we are satisfied throughout the whole process of our orders.
Received a Philips Sonicare toothbrush from them today. Unbeatable prices (compared to local department stores) and by far the best toothbrush I've ever used. Should have bought more than one replacement head, though.
4/5 because many of their electronics can't be sent over to Australia, but I used a third-party service to forward it to me. Unsure if the warranty will be valid, but here's hoping that it holds up :D
I order from here all the time. No matter what I need, I go here for fantastic prices and shipping. They use to only sell cds and books when they first came out. Now you can get pretty much anything!
If your a prime member you receive free 2 day shipping on all your orders. I never had any serious issues. When ordering constantly online there will always be a bump or two, but with AMAZON, they take good care of you. Their online chat is quick and easy and they do everything they can for you. Broken item? They replace it right away and won't bother you like some other sites. Got a bad seller? They take care of the problem for you.
By far the best customer service you will find online. A++++
Amazon is getting worse every year. It's impossible to reach out to an actual customer service representative anymore. They take forever to ship and the packages come days late. Then you can't cancel when it isn't even shipped on the day it should be arriving. After 10 years of using, it will be my last.
Always accurate, fair and helpful. After many years of purchasing, I've yet to have a bad experience. My only complaint is that they're associated with the terrible, horrible, no-good, very-bad Woot.com. Amazon needs to do itself a favor and cut loose from that swindling company.
I've been a customer for over 10 years. And I've never had a bad experience. This is simply the best site to buy anything they are selling. The prices are very good, not always the best. You might get better deals on other sites, but its much more convenient to not have to create new accounts with other vendors, enter my credit card info, and possibly get sketchy service. I can look up what I am looking to purchase, read reviews to make sure I'm getting the best in class product, click and buy. Easy. Best of all it is at my door in 2 days (sometimes one) with Prime. No joke - I would say 90% of my discretionary spending is on amazon, from my TV and coffee maker to my underwear and socks. Also the customer service and return policy is great. My only gripe is that since I moved to New York I now have to pay sales tax.
Amazon is the online shopping site, Great customer service. You can find pretty much anything on Amazon. I have Prime and now buy everything that I'd normally buy at other sites, because of the competitive pricing plus free shipping. When I've had issues with the seller, Amazon stepped in and made it right to my satisfaction.
I average 100 orders a year on Amazon and have found them very helpful and trustworthy. I had one order with AliExpress and have never been so angry. Cannot return an item unless you can write Chinese. Must pay for return shipping of defective items. Otherwise 20% refund. These people are more than incompetent. AliExpress is criminal.
It used to be that Amazon had what I wanted and at the best price. Either they have dropped standards or everyone has caught up. I still shop there but they don't get all of my money now. I bought a Samsung tablet yesterday and beat Amazon's price by $100.
You can find almost everything there but they DO NOT care what the sellers do. They need tighter controls. Had an awful experience with one, or 2. They also play the switch game. If product isn't available with the seller you choose they send it from another without your knowledge even if it's a different brand etc. I could list 5 more incidents. Not their biggest fan and... please refer to review title.
Buy almost everything and anything from Amazon. Finally broke down and went with Prime earlier this year when we got the Fire stick. No disappointments that Amazon hasn't mitigated to our satisfaction.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
