Customer service says sorry but isn't. Strongly recommend checking all other sources before buying through Amazon. They were great in the beginning but has dropped well below the acceptable level of a store where I spend my money.
Very bright! Daughter nearly blinded herself the first time she turned it on (oh how we did all laugh!) but it's actually an awesome little light, perfect for her iron bed frame so she can read or do her homework.

In the last 6 months their 2 day shipping has often turned into 1-2 weeks, Items they are shipping have not been what I have ordered, their customer service is horrific refusing to identify themselves or cancel missing orders while lying to you and making it your fault they botched the order.

I go here to research products. Remember if you buy something from an independent seller through Amazon don't expect manufactures warranties.
99% of all the orders I've had on Amazon were perfect with no issues. However, beware that Amazon may complete your order with an invalid payment method and then send your bill to a collections agency. I don't know if they still do this, but it has happened to me in the past.

I purchased this dog collar through Amazon but it is available at other sites. Was pleasantly surprised. No plastic on this item it's all metal and heavy duty straps expandable from 10 in to close to 20 in. Well worth the money

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
