If you ask about where your packages are... If you complain about late arrivals... If you talk about not recieving your items... They will jist basically cancel you out forever. Smh horrible... How is that the customers fault!. Go investigate why!

Very bad service, very disappointed, I made the order on last Friday in the promise to be received on Monday. On Monday the system shows it is undeliverable, after few chat with the customer service they told me it is been lost. I had to cancel and re order again to be deliver on Friday. Was waiting the whole day to receive the order, I contacted the customer service after 5 transfers between different customer service finally they said it is not available in the nearby store, they will bring it from other store, I offered to pick it up by myself and they refused. Then they said I will received in the same day, was waiting the whole day at home while the system shows that I will received before 9pm. At 9pm exactly the system shows it is delivered but I did not receive anything. I contacted the customer service for the million times and after few transfers they told me I will receive it within 24 hours! Really very disappointed
I am new, was new to Amazon,. Delivery in by 14 May, as promised, did not happen. Tried to trace item ordered; One section of Website gave m, e an Order Number (wish I had recorded that), another section said I had not ordered anything in the last 6 months. As I said I WAS new to Amazon
When i was buying a computer component and waiting for shipment after getting the email confirming it and waited a day when i went to check my order it said that they canceled it recently because of no money in my account when it was a pre paid and i just got it the same day i made the order and i talked with the bank i got it from and they said it was fine and all set up but when i called amazon they said to bad and when i was talking with them they decided to hang up on me when i was asking for a superviser never shopping here again and i suggest you dont too
I shopped on Canada Amazon for years and found out that they push for sale incredibly aggressively now! You can't write a negative review for the product. Therefore, customers are misleading by good reviews only. Return policy is a harassment and some items literally can't return at all! Amazon doesn't let you easily see the item is not returnable when you place the order. Instead, they encourage you place order quick by the quick shipping timer and misleading you free return policy within 30days. I stoped shopping from Canada Amazon for a while until I purchased a Supmix 60cc chain saw last week and got a very frustrated experience from Canada Amazon service. The seller messaged me to retune the item. However, I couldn't apply a return label. The Amazon supervisor hang up on me without any effort. When I attempted to call back, they transferred to a person who told me he is DELIVERING specialist and he told me the item is non returnable. What's wrong with Amazon?
An order was scheduled for delivery to me on Friday Dec 18th. Nothing arrived except a message (without proof) that the delivery driver attempted to deliver. I called the courier service number and was told that the parcel would be delivered on Saturday Dec 19th. Nothing arrived! I called the courier service (Intelcom) again and was told that the parcel will be delivered on Monday! There isn't any way for me to complain to Amazon about such shabby service.
I bought an article and after 2 months the seller sent me a message that my item was UNDELIVARABLE but didn't refund my payment. It was seller's mistake. I tried to send a claim to Amazon but I couldn't. Find any way to contact them. Very frustrating
Ordered a camera on March 18th, paid for faster delivery and it arrived 4 days after the promised date. Amazon was unhelpful, never followed up with me (said they would 3 times, three different agents). I then returned the camera on april 3rd, they received it april 10th and it has been over two weeks since they received my return. I spoke with agents and they said they filed a report to see why I haven't received my refund. It has been a week since then, and no one is able to help me. They stole $800 from me and still isnt telling me why I havent gotten a refund yet. Where is my return, I did everything they asked me, but they are taking three weeks to do a simple 3-5 day return... Very shady, crooked business. Unhelpful, and rude staff.

Despite declaring themselves to be a reasonably priced provider, their prices are often totally outrageous. Don't buy anything from Amazon.ca without thoroughly checking prices elsewhere.

Items are always shipped in excessively large boxes and so called add on items are shipped seperately from the rest of your order. Last week i ordered a humidifier that was packaged in four (yes 4) nestled boxes and about 20 of those air filledbags.
In a time when we are supposed to bereducing waste, amazon goes out of their way to create excess.

What does it tell you when they don't let you make negative reviews. My shipments have been delayed and even lost recently. That's not what I'm paying for.

I have been a loyal Amazon member for a long time, recently everything has gone downhill. My last order with a guaranteed delivery was split up and multiple packages arrived late, one went missing and never came at all. It was awful having to have my neighbours watch for packages not knowing if they would arrive or not as I was out of town. I was refunded for the missing package but that was not the point. Amazon doesn't care about the inconvenience they cause. I figured this was a one-off experience and let it go BIG MISTAKE. I recently purchased two cans of primer as we are doing minor renovations, it arrives as scheduled however, once I opened the box there was wet sticky primer everywhere, all over the cans, inside the plastic. I immediately took photos and contacted support and again, here is a refund we are sorry. I am canceling my prime and will no longer deal with Amazon, I would rather purchase my items in person without the hassle of wondering if they will show up or, what condition they will show up in. I don't want a refund thrown in my face, I want the product I paid for! Shame on you Amazon.
