Most people trust companies enough to act right and so customers are not expected to have to do their due diligence first first. This is a company that takes advantage of this in its fullest. You will never receive the items you purchased, you won't get a response about your requested refund, and you will never be able to get into contact with support. Two months after my order was placed I received a tracking number and that number was inactive for several weeks. I never received my order or any communication from them and I am extremely unhappy that this company still exists. They lack any existing customer support but claim to have an email for all issues.

Placed order 6/1. Today 6/17. Have emailed them twice. Surprisingly, they did send a response email. However, second email was duplicate of first. No tracking number. No help. No service. No leggings. Save your money. Don't place an order. Also they are offering a $10.00 credit for an instant review. Why would I review a product I don't have?

Horrible fit and NO customer service

Purchased 4 pair of leggings 3 week before Christmas. The first pair arrive sometime early January with the rest coming within the two weeks following. Two pair were just a horrible fit. One pair has a leg that's longer! The other two were alright not awesome but not awful. Immediately requested a return. I have been waiting for 3 week for a reply to return. Bad products with bad customer service equals $50 worth of junk I won't use! Very unhappy. STAY AWAY FROM ALLURE APPAREL!

I placed my order on 4/23/20. It is now 6/1/20. Shipping said it would take 5-7 business days. A week goes by and no package has arrived so I emailed customer service. No response from anyone. There is no phone number to call so I have repeatedly emailed customer service for my items. The app "arrive" tells me my items have been shipped for a little over A MONTH now. This business is a scam and they should be reported. Will NEVER order from them again.

So I placed an order 7 weeks ago. The site prompts you to download an app to track your order. I STILL do not have a tracking number for my order. And have sent 6 emails to the "customer support". When you try to contact them through their site, you are asked to choose a template for the form you want to submit, but it no longer exists. If you could submit a half star for rating, I would. Don't waste your money, this company feels like a scam.

There is no way to contact them except an email address that no one responds to. It's been over 2 months since I placed the order. Their Facebook page seems to have been removed and there hasn't been activity in Instagram since November 2019. I wish I could review on the website to warn people.

Where is my order?

Somehow they have rigged the usps algorithm to make it look like your order was shipped. Yet my top and leggings haven't left Ohio since they were allegedly shipped 12 days ago. Thay have no phone number and make one create their own paper trail on Jotform to make an inquiry. It appears I will be waiting 2 more months if I ever do receive my order. Blerg!

Seriously dont

I placed an order and it took them 3 to 4 months to finally sent it, when they did it was wayyyyyyy too late I had already purchase some leggings locally. I tried to return, and I was successful, EXCEPT they enever returned my money! And they kept the merchandise. They never emailed me back, and there's no phone number to reach them, don't waste your money and time

HORRIBLE WEBSITE NEVER GOT MY ORDER

This retailer sucks I ordered in October 2020 now it's currently going on to 6months and my shipment 1 pair of leggings never arrived! If I could put 0 stars I would I even emailed them a month after and never got a reply I emailed them again never got a tracking number worse customer service ever don't order from them

I sent out for my leggings. No product. It's been two weeks. Supposed to have arrived a week ago. Tried to get in touch by email. No response... emailed again. No response... added the app that they have for website to see if my product had been shipped. Says it's been shipped but doesn't show where my product is... still no leggings. This site is a fake or something is highly wrong... will be calling the better business bureau if I don't see my leggings soon...

Unprofessional

I decided to give this small company a chance and Purchased a few items, and chose the 6-8 day shipping. I got an email that it shipped however it took a month to arrive. Emailed customer service 3 times and no replied. Will never order from this company again. Very unprofessional there are other companies to buy similar items from.

Received my order in the mail finally, 3 months after placing it. The leggings were thinner than a sheet of paper and I couldn't even get them on. I'm 5,4 about 120 lbs, the size small wouldn't have even fit my 7 year old daughter. It's been 4 days since I requested a return label and guess what?... no response from that terrible company.

Not only has it been 2 months since I placed an order for a paid of black seamless leggings, but countless emails have been left unanswered. My frustration was only amplified when I found this forum and realized how many people this site has screwed out of their money. 30 day automatic refund policy, my a$$.

Wanted to post a warning for anyone considering shopping Allure Apparel Co. I ordered two items from them over a month and a half ago. They took the money out of my account and sent a notification stating that the items were shipped. I contacted them by email (only form of contact available) numerous times, with no response. Upon further research, I found that they have done this to numerous other clients. How disappointing. At this point the only thing left to do is to warn other potential customers, leave bad reviews, & contact the BBB. Since they are taking money, not sending items & not responding-- I'm sure it's only a matter of time until their company is shut down. In the meantime, hoping that this post could prevent them from scamming anyone else that reads this. So disappointing to see companies take advantage and treat customers like this. Allure Apparel Co, I hope you read this and start trying to fix things. Grow a conscience and start acting like an ethical company.

Received my leggings within stated time Iam normally an xs in nike, adidas & sweaty betty but had read leggins come us a bit smaller so i ordered a s. I couldn't even put the legs fully up as they were so skinny, but if i had gone any larger the hip & waist would have been far too big, all out of proportion. Emailed to find out where I need to send them for a refund, the address they gave was in Canada! Which postage would cost more than the leggins, I replied asking to sens them to a UK hub and never got a response. DO BE TEMPTED BY THE LOVELY PICS ON THE WEBSITE..

Fake company!

No phone number. No response to five emails. No answer when I called the number that text me. This site is fake/scam! I'll be calling BBB and reporting. Got email item shipped on Dec 17 and still no leggings! No response to emails. This is ridiculous and this company will NOT get away with my money cus they damn sure took that! One star because i had to but wouldn't give them that if I could have avoided it. Don't order from this site EVER!

My order was delivered to the wrong address. They were supposed to get back to me 24-48hrs following their investigation of the matter. No response following the investigation. This happened with fabletics too. However, fabletics did their investigation and honored my order since they had already received payment for it. I guess I'll stick with fabletics from now on. At least they get back to you via email AND you can contact them via phone too.
