Not possible at all. I have written countless emails to this company and received no response. There is no contact phone number.
Impossible. They ignore any and all emails. No number to contact either.
You will never receive any correspondence from their customer support in any way. They are 100% unresponsive. This is because they conduct fraudulent business.
