My order was delivered to the wrong address. They were supposed to get back to me 24-48hrs following their investigation of the matter. No response following the investigation. This happened with fabletics too. However, fabletics did their investigation and honored my order since they had already received payment for it. I guess I'll stick with fabletics from now on. At least they get back to you via email AND you can contact them via phone too.
Wanted to post a warning for anyone considering shopping Allure Apparel Co. I ordered two items from them over a month and a half ago. They took the money out of my account and sent a notification stating that the items were shipped. I contacted them by email (only form of contact available) numerous times, with no response. Upon further research, I found that they have done this to numerous other clients. How disappointing. At this point the only thing left to do is to warn other potential customers, leave bad reviews, & contact the BBB. Since they are taking money, not sending items & not responding-- I'm sure it's only a matter of time until their company is shut down. In the meantime, hoping that this post could prevent them from scamming anyone else that reads this. So disappointing to see companies take advantage and treat customers like this. Allure Apparel Co, I hope you read this and start trying to fix things. Grow a conscience and start acting like an ethical company.

Received my order in the mail finally, 3 months after placing it. The leggings were thinner than a sheet of paper and I couldn't even get them on. I'm 5,4 about 120 lbs, the size small wouldn't have even fit my 7 year old daughter. It's been 4 days since I requested a return label and guess what?... no response from that terrible company.
Like many others here I was suckered in by the decent prices, seemingly great products and free shipping. Not only has it been 2 months since I placed an order for a paid of black seamless leggings, but countless emails have been left unanswered. My frustration was only amplified when I found this forum and realized how many people this site has screwed out of their money. 30 day automatic refund policy, my a$$.

I ordered a top and some leggings at the BEGINNING of December. The top arrived about roughly 2 weeks after ordering, the leggings apparently have not shipped, and they have not refunded A DIME. The website claims to have an automatic refund policy', yet there has BEEN no refund. They cannot hide from this. I have sent COUNTLESS emails, they ignore them without fail, and have deleted ALL of my comments on their social media.

I decided to give this small company a chance and Purchased a few items, and chose the 6-8 day shipping. I got an email that it shipped however it took a month to arrive. Emailed customer service 3 times and no replied. Will never order from this company again. Very unprofessional there are other companies to buy similar items from.

No response... added the app that they have for website to see if my product had been shipped. Says it's been shipped but doesn't show where my product is... still no leggings. Got my leggings within a week of purchase. The seamless leggings feel just like expensive brands! So comfortable to wear around the house or at the gym.
First it seemed like a great deal and an awesome website. After I purchased my two items I chose the free 6-8 day shipping. Two weeks pass with no delivery and I email their customer service telling them my package is late and I get no response, two days later I get an email that my package FINALLY got a shipping label but wasn't even moving yet. A week later, I checked the delivery and it STILL hadn't moved. So I emailed again, a little more frustrated and got no response but my package then took 1.5 MORE weeks to get to my place. The clothes were not true to size and poor quality. BEWARE
