Please Please Please do not order anything from this fraudulent company. I have ordered an item and never received it and could not get a refund. I have contacted Aliexpress loads and they are not responding or acknowledging my messages. I am living in the UK and have contacted Royal mail who advised me to contact Aliexpress about the lost item but they are not responding or even picking up my messages. They have also blocked areas on the website on my profile for me to raise a dispute which I believe has been done deliberately to avoid refund as it was working initially.
I would strongly advise anyone who is planning to order goods from them NOT to.
I am so surprised by all the negatives comments. But there are many vendors on the site. I guess it depends on which one you're dealing with. For my part, I frequently buy clothes and I bought my wedding dress... and it's gorgeous. My friend bought her bridesmaids dresses on AliExpress and they were fine. Also, I have friend who always bought extensions hair to resell and I never heard a complain. I don't think negative comments are fake. So I guess it depends on the seller on the website. I never bought from a vendor with negative comments.

I ordered a xiaomi phone on January. It arrived on March and was seized by customs. I plied with ALI to extend my buyer's protection, in order to have some guarantee, that if the phone is broken after I pay the customs fees, I will get my money back. They did not do anything although they were reassuring me that everything will be OK. They released the money to the seller before I got the phone in my hands. I paid for customs 50 more euros (original cost was 170 euros) and the phone was broken. The seller was not cooperating and Ali express continuously lying to me in the chat. The seller said I could sent back the phone for repair or refund. I send it and begged for a refund. Ali completely lied to me and ignored me and the seller decided to send back the phone without a refund and without writing on the parcel that customs have been already paid. Now I have to pay 50 more euros in customs and they both do not care or do anything. Avoid them, buy from other places.
I frequently order craft items and a few other things from Ali Express. I have had only a few issues while using the site for about 2 years. The discounted rates are great and the quality if great. With the few issues I have had, the individual sellers usually resolve and communicate quickly. I ordered a size large garment for my wife, per the size chart. The itme arrived and is so small looks like a child's size. Tried to file a dispute, the evidence function does not work and will not download my jpg file. Being unable to submit the evidence I can't file a dispute to get the problem fixed. If I don; t file a reply at all, they assume the shipment was successful and my window to reply is closed. Too many missing items and defective items.Their 24/7chat means 24/7 chat with AI. Not actual agent you can always able to talk to and even you get connected to them, many of them are super useless and do not know what they are doing. They always say we'll receive the response within —days and you just have to leave, but you'll never hear from them after. I've been doing this more than 100times. As I live in Australia where Amazon and eBay do not have good varieties to cover my work yet.

Here's the scenario, Bought cctv dvr & works for few days. From seller post there is 1 year warranty. First, seller is answering emails & telling how to trouble shoot technical prob even though in the first place the unit really is the prob not the installation, supporting videos were sent to convinced the seller that it's really the product has the prob. Now they will tell you the unit needs service or repairs. When asked for address, incomplete detsils of return address will be given & no further communications will happen. Delaying until such time the warranty period will be over. How sad that ali express keeps on telling that we value their customers & understand the situation but no actions from the concern dept even woth consistent follow up with help center

But when you check the Fedex.com site for missing package and entered my address is says it doesn't match the address on the package label. And description only weights 3 lbs.
