Order human hair

It tangles and sheds the quality of the hair I received was a awful mess. It doesn't hold curls very stringy and after washing its a tangle mess. It took a very long time for them to even ship the hair out will never order for ali express again.

I have discovered the AliExpress website quite recently.
Brought from them about a dozen items.

5 stars!

The articles took from 3 weeks to a month to arrive to Portugal via Flat rate.
It's the usual time.
The sellers are quite ok and the service is exelent.

I have NO complaints of any kind.

I really Recommend it.

They Cheat...

Never use this site to make an online order; they cheat... I made 2 orders for shoes; the first one was too small and did not return it because I have to pay for the shipping cost which will make it more costly if I bought it in Canada. The 2nd one was a crap and the owners of this online site are Chinese protecting their Chinese suppliers.

To all Ali express costumers

Please Please Please do not order anything from this fraudulent company. I have ordered an item and never received it and could not get a refund. I have contacted Aliexpress loads and they are not responding or acknowledging my messages. I am living in the UK and have contacted Royal mail who advised me to contact Aliexpress about the lost item but they are not responding or even picking up my messages. They have also blocked areas on the website on my profile for me to raise a dispute which I believe has been done deliberately to avoid refund as it was working initially.
I would strongly advise anyone who is planning to order goods from them NOT to.

I am so surprised by all the negatives comments. But there are many vendors on the site. I guess it depends on which one you're dealing with. For my part, I frequently buy clothes and I bought my wedding dress... and it's gorgeous. My friend bought her bridesmaids dresses on AliExpress and they were fine. Also, I have friend who always bought extensions hair to resell and I never heard a complain. I don't think negative comments are fake. So I guess it depends on the seller on the website. I never bought from a vendor with negative comments.

The sellers are not honest, merchandise are very poor quality, customer service is really supporting the sellers not the customers,
4 item was non delivered and when i open the dispute or complain get 0 help or answers.
If the rate is of 5 i give minus 5.

I ordered a xiaomi phone on January. It arrived on March and was seized by customs. I plied with ALI to extend my buyer's protection, in order to have some guarantee, that if the phone is broken after I pay the customs fees, I will get my money back. They did not do anything although they were reassuring me that everything will be OK. They released the money to the seller before I got the phone in my hands. I paid for customs 50 more euros (original cost was 170 euros) and the phone was broken. The seller was not cooperating and Ali express continuously lying to me in the chat. The seller said I could sent back the phone for repair or refund. I send it and begged for a refund. Ali completely lied to me and ignored me and the seller decided to send back the phone without a refund and without writing on the parcel that customs have been already paid. Now I have to pay 50 more euros in customs and they both do not care or do anything. Avoid them, buy from other places.

I love this site.

I frequently order craft items and a few other things from Ali Express. I have had only a few issues while using the site for about 2 years. The discounted rates are great and the quality if great. With the few issues I have had, the individual sellers usually resolve and communicate quickly. I have only had 2 issues where I was unhappy with the resolution and that is out of at least 20+ pages of ordering from them. I have recommended this site to my mother, sisters and friends.

I ordered a size large garment for my wife, per the size chart. The itme arrived and is so small looks like a child's size. Tried to file a dispute, the evidence function does not work and will not download my jpg file. Being unable to submit the evidence I can't file a dispute to get the problem fixed. If I don; t file a reply at all, they assume the shipment was successful and my window to reply is closed. This is the first and last time I shop online with a company that has no working resolution process.

Swindlers, thieves and deceivers. Stay away from them... you will lose money and nerves, time... I ordered a headlight for a car. They sent a light bulb from this headlight. And I ordered a machine for drilling the ground. Received a drill... unscrupulous scammers... pretending to be fools... and robbing people!

You get what you pay for! I have been ordering form AliExpress for quite a while. While shipping takes a bit of time, you dont pay for it! It's free. If you want cheap imitations this is the best site around. If you want quality buy somewhere else and pay extra

I did have one (1) ugh experience, but that was my fault. I will continue to order from the site and recommend to my friends!

Too many missing items and defective items.Their 24/7chat means 24/7 chat with AI. Not actual agent you can always able to talk to and even you get connected to them, many of them are super useless and do not know what they are doing. They always say we'll receive the response within —days and you just have to leave, but you'll never hear from them after. I've been doing this more than 100times. As I live in Australia where Amazon and eBay do not have good varieties to cover my work yet.

Completely fraud

This is very fraud site these people take orders and collect money from us and never send the ordered product, neither their sellers are genuine nor the customer care are helpful. These people are fraud simply. I ordered 4 items of which i received only 1. On asking selle they ask to wait, i placed order in august 17 and now its a year and on contacting the customercare they say will resolve matter, but truth is nothing happend. I lost my money also waste my time. Such cruel people.

Seller DT Royvshg Store: Stay away! Do not order from them. Ordered a 4 g Smartwatch which did not work. Returned to address they provided and they say they have no watch so I am out #140.00. They will not answer my emails since I asked them to help me find it. Pay more and use a reputable site where you can safely return an item to be repaired. No customer service so you are out the money.

Almost a month been in touched with the help center just to communicate with the seller and n my behalf as seller is not responding when asked about the product warranty but nothing happened. Here's the scenario, Bought cctv dvr & works for few days. From seller post there is 1 year warranty. First, seller is answering emails & telling how to trouble shoot technical prob even though in the first place the unit really is the prob not the installation, supporting videos were sent to convinced the seller that it's really the product has the prob. Now they will tell you the unit needs service or repairs. When asked for address, incomplete detsils of return address will be given & no further communications will happen. Delaying until such time the warranty period will be over. How sad that ali express keeps on telling that we value their customers & understand the situation but no actions from the concern dept even woth consistent follow up with help center

I received my ring today and it is simply gorgeous! It came just as beautiful as i ordered it and in excellent time! The photos of my three stone, princess cut ring do not do it justice because the sparkle and shine is breathtaking! A great company to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone!

Great selection, pricing and service

I've been a customer of Ali Express for 2 years. I order items several times a week. I've been pleased with my purchases, the pricing and for the most part the delivery times. On occasion I've had an item not arrive or arrive damaged and Ali has always refunded my money.

No buyer protection

I bought a full size table tennis table which weights about 100lbs. The seller sent a tracking number and the status says it was delivered. But when you check the Fedex.com site for missing package and entered my address is says it doesn't match the address on the package label. And description only weights 3 lbs. Aliexpress customer service wants documentation but couldn't get one coz it was not on my name and address. Lost my money. Totally a scam. Don't ever buy anything more the $10 from them. Worst buying experience maybe try Temu. Still have not have a bad experience just a so so product quality.
