Need to improve customer service

Some good deals/ but when dealing with bad sellers aliexpress almost impossible to reach, they make it very hard to even chat with human and automated systhem lacks on every level! Also some sellers never send order you wait 60 days for nothing /have to open dispute to get refund/ aliexpress does NOT verify you received order before closing transaction and issuing payment. Major lack in consumer protection.
Further more in case where seller did not send item and warned customer not only should aliexpress refund but should insist seller refund double the amount! Join and ask/demand this change in policy to discourage bad sellers to use this sceam.

Haven't bought anything form this Business but yesterday was alerted to fraudulent use of my card with aliexpress. As they are oline I presume an address is taken for delivery. The fraudster must have given an address which did not natch the billing address of my card so clearly no secutiry measures in place. Transaction for £700+ disgraceful.

I'm a platinum member with more than 500 orders on AliExpress. But Now, it's finished. I no more trust this company. They say they cannot make a refund in an obvious dispute because I'm victim of a "system bug": lies, lies, lies! They now protect the crooks, not the honnest buyers.

I ordered tiara for wedding, its been a month and now their telling the product is delivered. When Iam saying i have't recieve it. They are not replying.

There is no buyer protection. Its just worst.

Kindly dont go for this...

I was shocked what I saw inside. All package inside is full with water. Outside all is ok but inside all is in water. How it can be? Package, outside, was integer without any damages. After charge the phone switched on and works. But I still don't know how critical was damaged inside.
For this case AliExpressAgent just ignore this situation. They qualified this case like package damage, that's all. Very dissapointed

I placed an order for a Beelink GT-King Android Box from the Home Trends Store on Aliexpress, date Nov 11,2019 (Order No: Order No: **************). The seller gave me a fake tracking number that never showed any updates, and refused my request to cancel. Eventually I was forced to raise a dispute with Aliexpress, but Aliexpress decided I need to wait and eventually their tracking system, SHOCKINGLY, claimed I had received the product on December 12,2019.
Home Trends, who have received 44 complaints in the past month, never responded to my dispute, and instead asked me to accept that I had received the order. They look to be complete frauds.
But unfortunately, Aliexpress keeps rejecting my dispute. They have failed to ask Home Trends for any proof or evidence of shipment to my address/name or delivery. They have even gone ahead and released the payment!
I am shocked! I raised a second dispute, but Aliexpress rejected it again.
This is fraud! I paid US$126.18.

I ordered 2 items. It's been three months, and I haven't received either of them, and haven't received any tracking information or updates since I ordered the items. Customer service is impossible to reach, refunds are impossible as well, and I have not received any help. For one item, the estimated shipping time keeps getting pushed back and delayed. I contacted the seller, who told me the item was in my country, but the tracking hasn't updated me, and says it's still in China, the country of origin. For the second item, after months of delaying, the seller canceled my order, but said the package had arrived (it's still in China according to tracking), so I'm unable to get a refund. Not to mention the atrocious website says that now the "buyer's protection" is over, nothing can be done.

Scammed by Aliexpress

Scammed by Aliexpress. Bought a replacement screen for my s23 ultra. It was defective, so I opened a case to return which of accepted. I returned the item with the uk address provided by Aliexpress. After a few weeks I realised the address didn't exist. After 3 weeks I opened a PayPal dispute. Aliexpress gave a china return address to paypal and blamed me for returning to a uk address. I provided all the correct evidence and PayPal sided with Aliexpress. A total scam. You will never get your money back. I lost £208.

Out of the past six orders I have received, 3 of the packages were opened, and items are missing. I find no way to report this to Aliexpress or Epacket, so I am just out my money. I know it is not the seller's fault, but there are thieves in the shipping process.

I have placed an order in Aug 2018 and up to now no order recieved. Several times try to contact through dispute no response. This is the poorest service i`ve got from online shopping. This is the biggest scam and money making bussiness online. Would not recommend any one to purchase from them.

Be very careful using sellers on Aliexpress. I have found some sellers I trust but many cannot be trusted and Aliexpress does not offer the level of customer service you should expect. It is even hard to find a way to get Aliexpress a message. I have made many purchases as I source from China but also have lost a lot of money through SOME of the sellers on this site.
Also, to those buyers who complained that they did not get authentic goods? NOTHING is authentic goods! These are factories making inexpensive or copy items only. Why would Mont Blanc let some little ALIEXPRESS Store in China be a distributor of their items that they spend millions advertising for to achieve an upscale name?
Nothing is wrong with purchasing non name brand affordable modest items but just know that is what you are getting! Nothing more!

I put in for my order month ago it finally said shipped 3 weeks ago and l still haven't received a dam thing l emailed the seller 3x no response l been calling Fed ex and ups they say they don't see that tracking number like wtf going on never again ducking with Aliexpress do anybody even know a phone number do they have a customer service number

Great value for what you get, very easy to install!

Before first use fully charge the device, its with small magnets goes one way really easy! In the meantime read the manual, simpel explanation with pictures. Download the app for youre mobile phone/device and connect. Installed and running within two minutes! So five stars well deserved!

If you are new to aliexpress and not to sure whether you should trust them. Try this. See if you can actually contact them. Try contacting aliexpress before you buy anything and just see how hard it is to contact the company before you purchase your first product. Their email us and start chatting button are Constantly UNAVAILABLE. All the products on aliexpress are fakes and cheap knock offs. There is NO QUALITY at all. Please do not use this site. You will find nothing of Quality on here.

I got sucked in last November and ordered some items in this promotion. Four months later I'm still waiting for the items to be delivered. One supplier called CARSUN 01 store took my money and claimed the goods were delivered and refusing to enter into a dispute situation.
If you ever use aliexpress follow up the purchase on "my orders" as the many suppliers will not email you as to the progress (or NON- progress) of the order. In my experience the "Singles Promotion" is an excuse for many criminals to rob you of your hard earned money and there are few (if any) steps you can take to rectify the situation.

WORST! Don't go near this company. They are not in your interest. I got product that is not working, I had to take video to prove its not working, I posted an item, but company is not picking up item from the post. Not honest sellers. Terrible customer service!

Be aware that you are buying on your own risk. There is Absolutely no purchase protection.
Should thing go wrong, and they very often do go wrong, you will never get your money back.
For example, I've got jacket made of cheap rayon that was advertised as 100% cotton. Filed dispute, demanding 100% refund upon returning the item back on my own expenses. AliExpress dispute resolution team quickly sided with the seller. Aliexpress makes money from sellers commissions. No wonder that they are bais and always protect their breadwinners.
All 4 "genuine leather shoes were in fact faux leather.
All 3 "100% cotton" closings ( a shirt, a jacket and a sport blazer) were made of rayon and polyester. Of cause there was no fiber content information on any label.
Design was good, so all items looked very appealing on pictures, but all of them were made from cheap cheap cheap low quality material.

Awful service

Well i bought a phone - huawei p10 plus- for 406 euro plus VAT. From the first month it was ok but after that guess what, it is not working! The seller is not replying ofcourse! And aliexpress is pretending that it is gonna help me but nothing happens. I still have no phone and wasted my money and nobody informs me in relation to the warranty option.

Dir. Town is worst seller I ever seen, he was very Rudy and unfriendly person, I have not working xiaomi headphones from him he don't want to refound money because I wrote 1 star review about him! Don't deal with him..
