I decided to trust Aliexpress and tried to make a $200 purchase but it said the payment failed. Then I got a message to appeal. I clicked on appeal and was asked to attach a picture of my ID and my card. There was no way I was going to do that so I closed the page. The next day I received an email to complete my purchase. I clicked on it, out of curiosity, and it took me to the payment page as if the day before never happened. This all screamed red flags to me so I will not be purchasing through Aliexpress.
I had wait about 3 months for a package, i ask seller to send again e refuse and say I give him wrong address.
Obviously address it's right, register on Aliexpress from years and got many package at that address.
I purchased a wig from this company and its company has not sent me away or my money back and every time I contact them they keep telling me they going to send me my money or they going to send me the quick and as of this day I haven't received anything I'm going to report this company because people don't have money for them to take especially people who's sick like myself for you to take my money and do what you want to do with it.

It's very hard to track your order but Ali help txt center is very helpful but it takes alot to communicate with them in English. The app is very good, the prices of each product are very fair, the only thing I didn't like so much is the fact that the app has slight instabilities.
The shipper "combined orders" when I had 2 orders open on different dates. Only one item arrived, the other was missing from the combined box. It was impossible to get a refund for the missing items because the order was marked as delivered to my address even though only 1/2 the order was in the box.

I basically ordered two pairs of boots and 1 pants from different stores on Aliexpress. They gave me one tracking number for all three items since they combined my packages for shipping to the US. The nonsense here is on tracking tool, i saw that it will come in 2 parcels. Under 1 tracking number? Doesn't make sense right?
And well you can guess... only one parcel came (of course, how can they send 2 parcels under one tracking number?) And then on their tracking tool showed all items were delivered. I disputed since I only received one package of pants, no boots at all.
I did everything I can: USPS letter showed number of package is delivered -1, the weight -14 oz and the size of package: 6Lx6Wx2D... pics of my orders, pics of package I received... Nothing is counted during the dispute. No ethics here. No customer service, no consumers rights... like other people said in other reviews, they tried to do everything for customers to give up... the dispute will go on and on as the seller never agrees to refund or until you give up because it's time-consuming and unfair and nonsense and time-wasting. No fair judgments here.
This was my last straw. Will never buy anything on this website again. Save your money and headache.

No CS contact number and you cannot even send an email to them for support. So how do you trust to shop at Aliexpress now when you cannot do anything if the seller had ripped you off?
