I think I would be considered a "frequent" user, average about $400 / month and 5 to 15 purchases.
After not being able to use Paypal for my lastest purchase (AliPay is owned by AliExpress) I made very poor judgement call and used my credit card. The payment was taken by Aliexpress but the item ordered was not registered with them. They have no record of my purchase, so now I am forced to take it up with my bank to get my money back.
The AliExpress website only has a street address to make complaints to. This I find a little strange as they are an "Internet" based business... But I suppose they "can do no wrong"... No more for me - I'm out.

I contact the seller, seller show me a image which shows: last update at 2021-12-17, "Destination Customs procedures finished import procedure completed, your shipment is on the way to the recipient". But now it is 2022-2-18. I still did not received the package.
Filed a dispute in AliExpress, but their final decision is just ask me to continue wait.

Deliver time of 3 to 4 months is not acceptable. Don't buy there, you will either wait a very long time or never see your delivery.
Terrible site for international shopping, at best I've ever had, the shipment is very late, at worst the package is lost (or never shipped) and it's a total nightmare to contact someone in customer service to who can provide the slightest help. Definitely a very bad experience.
Aliexpress have Started doing a guaranteed 15day delivery. The theory is if the goods don't arrive you get your money back. Problem is the sellers don't honor this if the item is delayed.

First, they gave me a Canada Post number which was not in service. Than, they asked me to track the package with no tracking number... I finally got one. When I did, that too "did not exist". I explained it all to them... THEIR RESPONSE... ARE YOU READY? Call the Post Office and Complain - we sent the product so it's not our fault?!?! Are they for real? I paid for a product I didn't receive, with no valid tracking number, and they don't give a ****? Anyways, my credit card company reversed the charges but PLEASE BEWARE! They don't deserve your business
I ordered some stuff from them. They advetise different sizes in same ad and send you the smallest one in the line whatever you ordered. Thats only one scam.

I bought a stereo from them for my Toyota Tacoma and the a/c will not work, I tried getting a refund they just send me half of my full amount. $1250 half of this. And service is not what they say.

Dispute process complicated and you end up losing your money anyway since the seller has to agree to refund you even though Aliexpress says they will handle the dispute directly if you ship via Aliexpress. If you buy more than one product they will only mail out one and the cheapest one. Keep the money for expensive ones and never refund you your money back. Ali Express will close the dispute without refunding you. And there is no way to re-apply for dispute. I read reviews about other buyers too who got scammed.

I waited for over 2 months. After two months Tracking updated and it was mentioned delivery attempt failed. I never received any call or massage for yhis delivery. So tracking information is false.
