Visited the place a month ago to buy a set of jewelry when I entered the store a very MEAN AND IMPOLITE staff yelled at me and said that I have to sanitize my hands when she saw me entering and sanitizing my hands already with a wipe. I told her and she spoke louder and said: YOU HAVE TO SANITIZE YOUR HANDS IF YOU WANT TO ENTER! What an a______! You do not talk to customers like that. Why are you in customer service? You got a job because of customers - w/o customers, you dont have a job!

Tip for consumers:
Better try going to another Swarovski location and avoid Metrotown location - unless you want to be yelled at or treated impolitely by staff.

Products used:
I did not and was not even able to stay in the store because of that HORRIBLE STAFF AT METROTOWN LOCATION. Too bad...they just lost a sale. And will lose more than that coz I have been advertising how bad the customer service is at that location.

A seller sent me an item that is not what was described and on top of that - IS NOT FUNCTIONING. Tried to open a dispute on Aliexpress after many tries on sending communication to the seller and not responding at all but the website will not allow me to 'submit' my dispute when I checked and all required file size and file types were met. No CS contact number and you cannot even send an email to them for support. So how do you trust to shop at Aliexpress now when you cannot do anything if the seller had ripped you off? WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Tip for consumers:
Think about it a hundred times over. You might be paying more at Amazon, but you can definitely get Amazon's help when the seller ships a faulty or product that is not working or even when it doesn't fit your needs.

If I can give a ZERO STAR RATING, I will. I used to be so hesitant in shopping here then I started to trust the website until lately that you cannot reach out to anyone - no one will help you when you by chance bought from a BAD SELLER - no help from Aliexpress at all. How can you let shoppers to trust you when you end up stressed and ripped off after shopping and cant get a refund of a junk item or item that is not working like what I just purchase? No email option as well b/c it says it cannot be reached. We can only reach your website IF WE ARE SHOPPING - BUT CANNOT REACH YOU WHEN WE NEED HELP.

I've always wanted to buy the All butter flake rolls whenever I'm lazy to bake myself and this location has the most impatient baker. Comparing the flake rolls baked in this location vs Highgate location. Highgate bakes it perfectly and Market crossing location just rushes the proofing process. The size, texture and consistency of the Flake rolls are different between 2 locations. And I have voiced out my concern multiple times to the manager and even brought a sample of the one from HighGate village location and they tell me its the rolls itself. NO. I bake myself - I know what it takes, I was working in a bakery with ready to bake from frozen state rolls & croissants myself and I know why their product does not meet the standards. Patience! And frustrating because they just ignore my complaints and chose to not make better products. I also noticed that some buns at times decrease in volume too - it is because they cut the time of proofing which they keep on justifying or saying alibis which does not make sense. Bakers must be patient enough to produce good products. Not satisfied by the way they handle concerns/complaints and not satisfied with the bakers jobs in this location. Where are the 'dependable' managers? It seems like they listen to me while talking with them and forget what was said once I turn my back.

Know what you're buying - compare to other stores/locations and you will see the difference.

My first time using delivery service from Ikea and was surprisingly satisfied on efficiency and constant updates while waiting. I was told by staff that they will just leave it by the door but found out there are 2 types of service. They brought it right to where I want them to be. Comparing to all other delivery services fr diff companies, I would highly suggest to use ikea delivery service especially if you dont have the proper vehicle required. I was so hesitant to use their delivery due to wrong info given by a store staff. I hope that they will continue to have the same satisfying service or better. Kudos and thank you.

I will give a ZERO star if I can - it happened again! They never came to the location and reported wrong address - receiver not listed. My buzzer number is there and I AM LISTED. I immediately run to catch them IF they really came - but no one was there. UPS MANAGEMENT MUST CHANGE OR RATHER UPS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL! This is not the 1st, 2d or 3rd time... more than 20 times and the same thing over and over. My family, friends and coworkers experience the same thing - UPS deliverers will cut corners - never go to the location & give a FAKE report. We dont have all the time in the world to sit in the house and wait for the freaking delivery everytime!

NEVER EVER USE UPS!
