Bought several items from this site. One 200.00 item never worked, I want to send it back after spending 50 hours trying to get it to work with NO instructions that one could understand. The vendor told me to pay the shipping back to China and they would refund me. When I said I was NOT paying the 50.00 to ship it back they would no longer respond. Ali Express did NOTHING

Regardless all the proves with pictures and videos the buyers submitted for the dispute, Aliexpress would only give a small amount of the partial refund (~30%) on the damaged unusable item. If buyers dispute on their decision, they just rejected the dispute by blaming the buyers didn't provide "futher" evidences. However, it is unreasonable and there shouldn't be more or additional evidences unless the buyers deliberately add more damage to the item. In other words, Aliexpress would use excuses to get away from its liability with a small settlement, and forced the buyers to pay for a piece of trash. On top of everything, most products on Aliexpress are pooly made and packed. If a buyer filed a dispute, Aliexpress would block that negative review. I noticed that I can find some exact product and cheaper on Amazon, which company I have more confidence with. To save yourself some trouble, please compare and research before buying.
Purchased some LED floodlights from seller WeDo LED. Lights rated 100,000 hours. One failed after just 2000 hours. Multiple emails to seller with no response. Tried getting a hold of someone at Aliexpress without any success. They just don't give a dam! Will not be buying anything ever again from the filthy Chineese crooks!

Please beware, this group will not issue any refunds for defective products. Electronics are inherently prone to defect, and they will not resolve disputes. They will engage you in online conversation and request 'evidence' but they will not accept even a video of the issue as 'evidence'. They have no intention of issuing refunds. I've closed my account with them and realize it wasn't worth saving a few dollars to order from them.
I just order this hair and tried to dye the hair... it turned brown. The hair started breaking when I ran my fingers through the hair, it has a funny smell now the hair won't stop shedding. I opened a dispute for a refund but now the person won't even respond to me... what a rip off... poor quality hair bad services... the aide said I can dye the hair and absolutely no shedding. If you, as a buyer, need to open a dispute, there's a good chance you will lose. Aliexpress chooses mainly the side of the sellers, and when you complain about it ther just close your account to silence you. Smells like fraude, be aware!
I waited over two months for these shoes that I ordered (web says 12-20 days) and I received them finally and they really were cheaply made and terribly uncomfortable and they stink of chemicals. I do not know why I would have expected anything else as they were made in China which is the same cheap crap that we now have flooding America. I will never wear the shoes. Wasted time and money.

I did not recieved the product yet inspite of paying. Its been more than 4 months. Pathetic service. I simply gave up after chasing so many times.its takes prolong time for shipping. There is way options of Refund... worst
With no explanation my account was shut down. Even when I opened a new account as per their instruction, a new account would never process the purchases, they were cancelled/closed. I was disgusted that some of the merchandise I received was counterfeit. Chinese suppliers do not understand customer service. Never again will I deal with Aliexpress.
I ordered three customized dresses and the seller told me I would have to pay extra for customization but never explained how I would pay for the extra cost. I bought the original cost and then I questioned the seller about this and she told me to reorder the dresses. I told her no. Then she told me to go to a different site and buy a different dress because it was "close to the difference" she also wanted me to extend the processing of the order I ignored her and asked their new help board for advice and they told me to ignore it and it would expire and I would get a refund. I only had one day left for processing and the $#*! pushed the order though as processed and shipped! I KNOW she never sent them so I contacted them again and asked what to do. Now I have to wait for ten days before I can even start a dispute with the seller to try and get a refund. Luckily I printed and saved all the messages on my computer so I have proof!

I ordered "virgin" hair from Aliexpress last week. When I got it, I rinsed it and the water ran yellow. After the hair was washed, I tried bleaching the extensions, along with my own hair, in an ombre. My hair turned a pretty shade of pale blonde while the extensions turned burnt orange and crumbled. I couldn't even brush the 20 inch extensions because the end were ripping off. I contacted Aliexpress Customer service and they told me that I do not have a case for a refund. This is a few hundred dollars wasted. Do not trust this site.
