I ordered three customized dresses and the seller told me I would have to pay extra for customization but never explained how I would pay for the extra cost. I bought the original cost and then I questioned the seller about this and she told me to reorder the dresses. I told her no. Then she told me to go to a different site and buy a different dress because it was "close to the difference" she also wanted me to extend the processing of the order I ignored her and asked their new help board for advice and they told me to ignore it and it would expire and I would get a refund. I only had one day left for processing and the $#*! pushed the order though as processed and shipped! I KNOW she never sent them so I contacted them again and asked what to do. Now I have to wait for ten days before I can even start a dispute with the seller to try and get a refund. Luckily I printed and saved all the messages on my computer so I have proof!
