They steal designs from small business owners... even steal the pictures from those business orders and posts them as their own. The quality is much more terrible too.

I can be fun buying cheap junk, but really you are just wasting money. Don't ever buy usb sticks or micro sd cards on this site. Every one I bought was fake. Also, do not buy clothes. I got t-shirts with adult body and child sleeves, or one sleeve was a different size, just crazy. You can find cheap stuffed animals for kids and some decent dog toys, that's about it.

They sell stolen artwork.

They sell stolen artwork that is recasted from an artists doll kit and sells them without permission from the original artist who owns the cast of the original. The cast of the original dolls are hand crafted and sculpted by an artist Ping Lau and others who spends so much time working on these dolls for perfection. She doesn't get any compensation on the dolls they sell that have been stolen. Please do not buy these fake dolls from these thieves! AliExpress has been notified of this and refuses to delete the postings that are stolen. I provided a link to one example. These dolls are normally made from safe materials when they come from the original designers but who knows what kind of poisons the stolen ones are made of!

I ordered a Mah Jongg mat and have never received it. They mailed it, I never received it. What is worse, it was up to me to prove I did not receive it. Pray tell me how does one do that. Will never use them again. So much for their guarantee - which means nothing. Do not trust this company as they do not back up on their promise. I just lost my monies and a lot of aggravation - all for nothing!

I can't complain to much

I buy a lot off of Aliexpress and the only thing is something's take a long time to get to Canada. So if e-packet isn't too much I now go that route which is worth it. I ordered something away back in early part of yr and nothing ever arrived so what our household did was to put on Mailbox to put all parcels downstairs on my bench where I live and nothing has been stolen since. We are having a huge problem in Canada with thieves. Just be careful!... When our Canadian dollar is low I don't purchase. Only once in my several yrs have I had to make a complaint and the problem was straightened out. So happy shopping and always check reviews of the company you wish to purchase from. :)

AliExpress is supporting thieves who steal by recasting a doll artist's doll and selling them without permission from the artist or compensating them for the sale. This is happening to many doll artists like Ping Lau (Adeline), Nefer Kane and others. Please don't buy these fake dolls! Artists are being discouraged enough that some are giving up sculpting.

Good company, sellers vary

Though we had a problem with the product, and the seller didn't want to give us a refund, aliexpress stepped in when we filed a dispute and returned out money. The process was a bit confusing and overly burdensome, but overall we were happy with a very effective dispute process. There are so many sellers on aliexpress I can't speak to them, but the company itself served us well.

I had purchased online a tab from Ali Express. It arrived at PO. Before release by customs the IME# has to be registered in the central database of the communication ministry to make sure that it is unique. The IME# was already used by another device. The tab had an illegal IME#, and can not be used. So, the customs refused to release it. Whose fault it would be? Ali Express sided with the seller, and I lost the entire amount.

Ordered a product and never received anything from the company, ordered showed it had been delivered, but when trying to to fix this issue the company said it was delivered. No way for the buyer to prove it wasn't delivered tried to request the seller to resend the product or refund my money... but instead all I got was a message saying it was delivered and they approved my payment for the order. So I didn't receive anything and they took my money... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CONS. DO BUSINESS WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH GOOD REVIEWS

What a sham! Ordered a wedding dress on 7/29/17 and the seller assured me that it would arrive on time. It is September 19 and no dress. Lots of back-and-forth communication between the seller and me, lots of reassurances that were just lies.
I filed a dispute and have the feeling that this will not go anywhere.
What a ripoff! HORRIBLE

I am very happy with purchasing from aliexpress. All of my order have been recieven except for 1 for which the seller contacted me several times to ensure me that everything will be fine. I've ordered very cheap things and all of them came. I've ordered tablet for 100 usd and wasn't happy with product so the seller offer a refund and paid my shipping for the return. I feel secure for I can always contact and report aliexpress. I advise u that u read comments and seller rating. Sellers are different and you can always end up with someone that is a fraud. There are good sellers though. I will continue to purchase from them but carry fully of course

I ordered a product from this site and I waited 3 weeks befor trying to send a dispute. They so far haven't gotten back to me. They sent me a confirmation email when I initially ordered from them. They provided a tracking number but when I clicked on it it would just tell me invalid format and rerouted me to make a login for their website. This company is a big scam and it's not worth it. There's a reason everything on their website is cheaper than others (amazon for example). They attract you with their cheap prices and then steal your money. Just go to amazon.

Goods arrived damaged and it was so hard to contact them, round and round in circles I went trying to contact them, every avenue I tried was closed down by excuses. Finally got on their only means of contact through "Chat" a dispute was started. They offered me approx 1/3rd of what I paid for the goods or I pay for the return of the goods and get a full refund, the cost for me to return the damaged goods outweighed the cost of the refund. They are crooks and not trustworthy I strongly advise anyone not to deal with them

No buyer protection at all

Site sells a lot low quality products and merchandises not matching with the photos. I even had a purchase with tracking showed "delivered" but never received it. I filed a search with USPS, left note to mailman and sent out emails to neighborhood group, no finding at all. I had to file dispute at Aliexpress and site asked me to provide official document with seal to prove I don't have it (? Mission impossible). Both seller and Aliexpress refused to provide me package detail information(sender's name, address, product brand, value declared for the package). I couldn't even file a police report. I paid for a purchase I never received and spent a lot of times to be ignored. Buyer definitely not protected and have to be aware about their cheap, low qualities products which are different from site's descriptions. I regret that I made quite couple purchases at same time. I highly suggested that do not purchase at Aliexpress, amazon is a way way better site to shop with. By the way the store I shop is Aliexpress Store No. ******* Store: NAAMLOOS Official Store.

Still testing the waters

I have order some items from them and they have been delivering to my customers.
But non were a high amount either.

I'm not thrilled with how drop shipping is working or intergrated & am trying to find something more comfort of use.

I ordered 2 items. It's been three months, and I haven't received either of them, and haven't received any tracking information or updates since I ordered the items. Customer service is impossible to reach, refunds are impossible as well, and I have not received any help. For one item, the estimated shipping time keeps getting pushed back and delayed. I contacted the seller, who told me the item was in my country, but the tracking hasn't updated me, and says it's still in China, the country of origin. For the second item, after months of delaying, the seller canceled my order, but said the package had arrived (it's still in China according to tracking), so I'm unable to get a refund. Not to mention the atrocious website says that now the "buyer's protection" is over, nothing can be done.

Incorrect item sent, one item still missing... trying to converse with customer service is near impossible... the refund / dispute centre is a complete waste of time...
Seriously avoid this site and if you are fool enough to place an order and it goes wrong... involve Visa to sort it as im doing now... NEVER EVER AGAIN.
