Unprofessional deal with dispute. SPECIALIST dispute team cannot even distinguish the advertised product with the evidence supplied to them. Luckily did not buy expensive stuff. Feel like being cheated! Avoid Forever!

Despicable website!

Disgusting! I am a platinum member of Aliexpress and being treated like a piece of rubbish! They don't care about the treatment of buyers by sellers. They allow them to rip you off and abuse you. I told the customer Service guy I would leave Aliexpress if something wasn't done (despite spending a fortune on that vile website) his response was "Okay!". Don't expect anything to be honoured, don't expect the customer services to have your back. Don't expect any clothing to be anything like described. A lot of the items are different to the picture/descriptions, but their CS don't care. They fob you off with copy and pasted lines that offer no help at all. They offer you promises they don't keep. Their purchase protection means nothing and there reward system means even less. Expect quite a number of issues with items bought on Aliexpress. Avoid like the plague! They expect you to pay return postage for items that are not as described, even though it more often than not costs the same if not more than the item. Most of the good reviews on here are fake and posted by them so please don; t be taken in. Don't just don't. Keep your money and buy from somewhere legit. This place is faaaar from legit!

In my opinion the buyer protection does not work outside China. Even if the item is incorrect or defective the refund is predicated on you paying tracked shipping of the returned item. Ebay and Aazon make seller pay return shipping on bad items. They ship to you cheap bulk and subsidized but In most cases the cost of tracked return shipping of a single item is more than the cost of the item. It appears many sellers know this and when you do a dispute they just ignore you and wait until the required tracking number return sent time out and they get your money. The seller could send you a rock and you are out of luck! (Unless you ordered a rock) Unfortunately this is the truth on how this really works and AliExpress is losing and will continue to lose good buyers and good will toward AliExpress when they eventually experience and realize this.

Do not be fooled into believing that AliExpress has buyer protection. If you enter into a dispute order, they will ask for your evidence. Even though you may submit pictures, and resend whatever evidence they ask for, they will still side with the vendor.

I paid for epacket shipping because I didnt want to wait 2-3 months for my items to arrive. The vendor sent it as a regular China Post shipment, and of course, it took months to arrive. I messaged the vendor numerous times, never getting a reply. After opening a dispute, I sent pictures of my order showing the shipping payment, and another showing the tracking via China Post. AliExpress denied my dispute stating I had not provided evidence. The seller did not even bother to enter into the dispute. If you try to use the live chat, you are limited to how much you can type at a time which is really frustrating. They dont seem to be able to do anything to solve the problem either. So its a case of BUYER BEWARE! Terrible customer support.

Aliexpress routes all their online chat support to Philippine because (1) they want to hire cheap labor and (2) they thought these people can handle english better. WRONG WRONG WRONG.

Every time i engage with these chat agent, they are totally useless and a waste of time. They all read from the same script stating 'i am so sorry for your inconvenience. If i were in your shoe, i would feel the same. But don't worry, i will make sure this gets resolved with the highest priority.' this all sounds good except they do not have a clue why the customer calls or even understanding the first thing about the complaint.
I ordered something on august 16,2017 with a delivery window between 20-39 days. 45 days later, i did not receive the order and the tracking still says in transit. I opened a dispute stating i did not receive the order.
When i chatted with the online agent from Philippine, she said i see you had opened a dispute, but it shows your order was still in transit. SERIOUSLY? Do they even read why i opened the dispute?
If anyone order from aliexpress, then don't bother to speak with online chat because you are not going anywhere with them.

I ordered a size large garment for my wife, per the size chart. The itme arrived and is so small looks like a child's size. Tried to file a dispute, the evidence function does not work and will not download my jpg file. Being unable to submit the evidence I can't file a dispute to get the problem fixed. If I don; t file a reply at all, they assume the shipment was successful and my window to reply is closed. This is the first and last time I shop online with a company that has no working resolution process.

Cheap but cute

I usually go here to buy shirts or accessories. Don't buy anything too expensive, most of the time the photos are taken from other sites and the quality turns out to be very cheap. Always check reviews and the photos in them. Most of the things that are too cheap are nothing like the descriptions. I suggest you not to buy bottoms (skirts, jeans) or anything else that has to fit perfectly. Always buy clothes a size bigger than what you usually wear. If you like cute and cheap things and you don't really care about quality this might be your Heaven.

This seller is a liar. I ordered pocket watches and then went on holidays. When I returned they had not arrived and it was too late to open a dispute. The seller li liu from Shop******* Store had never posted the order. I tried to get them to send the order or refund but they have not done either. These were ordered in July and still trying to get my $200 back. Customer service was a joke, they have not helped me at all.

Hello.
Id like to share my experience with AliExpress.
So...
I had ordered one ice pan machine(order id **************) and before ordering i asked the seller 1000times if the machine had an enclosed refrigerator and guided to the apropriate model which had one.
The equipment arrived and guess what. No refrigerator.
I opened a dispute on aliexpress demanding a refund about the issue providing all proofs of evidence (pictures videos of machine, screenshots of conversation between me and seller) and aliexpress judge my case as not legit.
I appealed 2 times, contacted live support but nothing happened.
I asked specifically for a refridgerator as the use of the equipement would have been mobile so storing fruits and liquids was mandatory.

I was only buying small value items from ali which was safe.
Buing expensive stuff from this trash site is something i wouldnt be doing again and i would recommend others inexperienced not to do so.

The site is a cheat. They have a lot of limitations and no buyers protection. A lot of fake sellers. Chat service is useless and if you wish to buy remember and be ready to lose your har earned money.

Being new to AliExpress I purchased a number of items. First, I cancelled an item before it was processed and the item was sent anyway. Their products are inferior, material cheap and sized small. Their items were made for dolls and not normal people. I usually wear large, I purchased extra large and all the dresses were small. It is also virtually impossible to return their goods as sometimes the shipping price is much more expensive than the item. I now have 8 items that I cannot wear because they are too small and I can't give them away because no one wants them as the material is so cheap. Fit for washing dishes. Sorry, but this is real.

Bad client service

Bad client service. I placed an order for a tablet and i payed the DHL shipping, The seller didn't send it after 5 days. I asked to cancel the order, cause that was an option on aliexpress. The seller refuse and they told me that already it was send than they sent it after. The client service on aliexpress was really bad. They didn't help at all. It's better to avoid buying in that site. Money others sites offer a perfect client service so better protection for your money.

Who has my money?

Requested a refund after the seller told me the item was no longer available, on 8/15. Started the dispute process then. 90 days later and many messages, Aliexpress automated email tells me i must provide tracking info or my money will b released... ummm the package was never sent so how do i get that! Multiple screen shots of the seller saying yes to the refund, And still this site holds my money... and i am not the only one they hav done this too. After 30 days bank protection ends too btw so very sneaky on their part. This site is shadey but its cheap so not unexpected i guess. But i will no longer b shopping from them cause WISH and ESTY have way superior customer service and actually ship their orders.

I didn't get my product i made a dispute then appeal then i contact with customer service 6 times they all said they were going to handle it but nothings changed. And i know according to your stupid database carrier has the item but not they have destroyed it i have proved it to every customer services but all they said to me it's my top priorty today. But after that nothings changed i am going to loose my mind. I will sue you all until i get my money back. I am so angry to this stupid aliexpress.

It's been 3 months. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
