I started purchasing from aliexpress last year Juluy 2017. Ever since my experience from buying goods is marvelous. They solve whatever problem i may have quickly. They deliver quality products so far. But sometimes their shipping took a bit long but it is worth a wait. Their clothes cost less and their shipping is free mostly. I love buying my clothes here body creams etc and etc. you won't regret buying here. I am happy that i meet this reliable site. Thank you so much about your service. I recommend you from all other sites out there. Just take your chance once then you'll be happy just like me.

AliExpress has at least two US-based credit card charge processing centers. However, AliExpress processed some of my credit card charges in three foreign countries, China, Great Britain, and Luxembourg. My credit card company charged me extra foreign transaction fees, since AliExpress informed my credit card company that I used my credit card in those three foreign countries. The only communication channel is online chat with their customer service. When it happened the first time, they said it would be fixed. Happened multiple times again. Contacted with them. They said it would be fixed. However, it happened again. The third time, their online customer service basically disconnected online chat with me.

This site is a legit scam. The stuff they send is crap. Also, if you want to return or if they made a mistake, you have to pay for shipping which most of the time is the same or more than the items cost! I bought a pair of shoes, I am a size 7.5-8 and I went up to a 9 to be safe, and the 9 was STILL small! AliExpress sides with the seller even though his shoe size chart was incorrect in correspondent to the shoes he sent me. Biggest scam.

Ali express is a marketplace with everything under the sun. The prices are great but I have 2 issues. First. Everything seems to come from China. I don't read Chinese. So I have no idea of what I bought is what is advertised. Second. The shopping time is ridiculous. I waited for nearly a month for an order. Also, be mindful of buying brand name products. In not sure that they are truly what is advertised. Be aware! Things may not as they seem. If it's too good to be true... it is.

First of all, it somehow made me order two of what I wanted. I'm not sure if that was what I did but the site could have been more clear that the first order was sent. Second, I have waited an extensive amount of time and it is telling me that my order still has not left China. It is unclear on how to track my order because it keeps on saying it will be ready to track in 5 days, but it has been a month. I do not recommend this site at all and I will for sure never use it agian.

Your money is better off burning then wasting for anything from this site. Spend a little more money on a well reputable seller/trusted website. All products are cheap and knockoffs that look nothing like the pictures you see on the site. Take it from me, customer for 3 years and i know all their electronic products are knockoffs and really cheap but it is a waste of money. Very hard to communicate and understand sellers and no help from customer service at all. Contacted customer service 4 times in the last 2 months to contact seller after they stop responding for an electronic device that quit working after a week and just found out today that customer service have not even reached out to seller yet. Wtf!

Its very very hadr to buy in it. I dont feel safe in diamonds markjed sites. Its very dificulty to understand. Once upon a time, I buyed two data storage. Aliexpress refunded me. They are poor quality and dont had the sotrage announced. But I still need this, so I prefer to have the product, than a totally refund. Nowdays I could buy, but is a dificulty to understand all this site. I prefer to give my time to learn chinese to deal with shops than staying hours analisying it. The price is almost the best, but is not enough to make a decisiopn to buy with then.
