I've bought some good things on Aliexpress but have also been ripped off. Most recently, I ordered perspex jewellery boxes - 60 of them. They had a metal hinge and in 59 of them, the hinge was rusty. Seller promised replacement, nothing happened, then offered refund, nothing happened. Tried to open a dispute - too late, you only have a very short window to do that. Spoke to customer service on three occasions and every time I was assured I was due for and would get, my refund. It never happened. I won't be risking my money on them again. Very unpleasant being reassured on three occasions, then realise I've been lied to again. No longer buy anything from China.

You pay money for fake orders, i lost over 100$ and never received my items, contacted customer service more than 10 times. You talk to a bot BE AWARE they just ask your order numbers again and again. Then give you fake promises for the refund within 10 working days bla bla everytime. Order dates are on: NOV 2016. Now it's NOV 2017! And more than a year for this. Waste of money and time on stupid customer service.
I opened case in oct 18.2017asked a refund for items i didnt receive they asked me to wait for the seller response in oct 26 seller reject it aliexpress asked me to wait 10 thats should be unit nov 4 yesterday no body do anything thing they didnt response when i talk to their customer service they say will ask the management to give you response as soon as possible other agents say we r waiting for the seller response and the seller doesnt response as usual because he doesnt want to refund the money. Today they send another email to wait another 10 days. What kind of company is that? I didnt get my orders seller doesnt answer, aliexpress doesnt do anything just put customer on hold 10 days after 10 days i dont advise any one deal with them ebay with pay pal is the best and i have a really good experience with them when i call customer service they answer when i ask for refund they do it right away without lying on the customer and put him on hold for ever for no reason.
IF you get your product, it is counterfeit, when you ask for refund, they want YOU to PROVE the items sent are fraudulent. Sellers either don't respond or give you some vague reply. I spent over $500 and got 15 fake items and no response from other sellers, no refunds, I am VERY angry! Don't bother with this sight. AliExpress is of no help to the buyer who is defrauded.
I ordered my daughter's quinceañera dress TWO months before her special day event. They kept sending messages the dress had been shipped and to this date (3 weeks AFTER the event), I have NEVER received it! At least we were able to file a dispute with our credit card company and got our money back. Don't trust these people! Don't waste your time and money!

Applied for my appeal, being told will be done in a day or two. More than a week but they are still saying will be done by tomorrow. God knows their tomorrow.

Site does not work for consumers. Sellers use "generic" photos that do not match the actual product. Actual product color, size, material is usually off. I think they consider this an acceptable business practice and not fraudulent, and maybe that is true for wholesale buyers/sellers. Consumers expect to get exactly what is advertised. Refund process does not work, site makes you give a long explanation and upload photographic evidence and then ignores you, no refund ever.
The quality of products is good but the delivery process is very slow and tests patience, much improvement needed

Your Bank may open a DISPUTE on your behalf: it is called DEBITE CARD DISPUTE.
It take a bit of time but TRUST ME IT WORKS: my bank has applied a temporary credit on my account. Just follow the instructions!

The electronics sold are routinely fake, and the company will do nothing to help. Don't believe their buyer protection, they will not provide it.
The hair quality was excellent. The delivery was fast and prompt. The seller Mia even asked me if I liked the hair, was it received by me. They are very concerned and excellent customer service.
