We booked a 4* hote;. Arrived late in the evening and at 6:45am were woken to the sound of a digger which was just 7m from our hotel room (the other side of an 8ft fence).

Having complained Agoda gave us a gift card as compensation but I have not been able to use it as non of the hotels so far have accepted it on Agoda.com. The gift cards are a complete con.

Best example of online shopping. Simple pain free transactions.
They supply what you order.
They deliver on time.
If something goes wrong, they resolve it.

I ordered two items. One didn't even switch on and the other was a fake.
I followed their dispute resolutions which regularly 'lost' the information I had uploaded and then they stated insufficient evidence.
Avoid as you will not get your money back!
