I sent for two waterproof cameras, one had all the items listed, whereas, the other one was missing a charger and battery. I contacted Oakes and he asked me to give him 5 stars while he sent the missing items. This was around July 2017, I am still waiting. Oakes said it was sent and Oakes does not respond at all the messages sent. All I can say is go somewhere else, eBay is good. As for Oakes, what a waste of time. Even Aliexpress are a waste of time too in the complaints area.

About 1 in 3 orders have problems. In reality any warrantees are worthless as supplier does not respond constructively and customer just looses money

I ordered 3 things but everything I ordered was not fonctional or very different looking.

Jsut look at the picture to see the difference between what was needed and what I received. The touch screen for Xiaomi Redmi note 4 missing important parts so usless.

Buyer beware. Poor support is provided in issues with stores. Despite loads of evidence and chats with assurances that you will receive feedback if you have issues the offer of support is empty. Some stores are honest but a number rip you off, send the buyer wrong items and all it appears knowing that AliExpress with support deception and the dishonest sellers for a profit. As someone here already said, "Customer support is a joke..."

I bought 2 motherboards for Iphone 6 plus 64gb, and both did the same. After update the IOS the phone doesn't start, in both motherboards. Before update the phone works normally. I asked aliexpress for refund, or to send me transport account to return the products, and they wanted to return the product at my expenses (100 eur). This policy is very good for scammers.

Well with Aliexpress it a lot of seller but they have some great sellers, but with Aliexpress if something goes wrong you can get a refund I had some bad experience but more good experience than bad so I would say I love them.

Save yourself the trouble. Customer protection is a joke, the retailers know it and as such do not take your disputes seriously. Unfortunately my credit card company CHASE is absolutely useless. Dont do business with Aliexpress or Chase.

Trashy Customer Service

I've ordered quite a few things on AliExpress and the quality is so poor. Most of time they either don't arrive, are not what you ordered, is damaged or worse can cause serious side effects. The dispute is basically there but it does NOTHING. I'm not going to buy anything from AliExpress from now on. They have really trashy customer service. Nothing gets done. Don't even know why they hire people for this. I've had a dispute on a clothing item I purchased. It was damaged, open a dispute. Nothing. I appealed for it 4 times. 4 freaking different times (Once in december, twice in January, once in february)! Still nothing. The agents are extremely RUDE. They claim to have "rules" to follow but there's basically no regulation. My experience here has caused so much frustration, pain, and any negative words that can fit here. I'm extremely disappointed with everything AliExpress has. I just hope that AliExpress goes bankrupt one day. Well I hope this message gets to everyone and hope you all take precaution when you're shopping only, especially on AliExpress. Speaking from personal experiences, you don't want to get involved with this site in the first place.

Stay clear if you work hard for your money. There is literally not customer service, no phone# to call, and no manager to escalate things to. So if the seller decides to be a thief and steal your money you CAN NOT do anything about it, which is exactly what happened to me.

Nil support for buyers who have been a victim of false advertising by unscrupulous sellers who quickly take hard earned money for goods that ARE NOT as advertised. Disputing is a total joke! Sellers are placed before customers. Ali support - zilch! Account deleted and money lost. Lesson hard earned.

Ordered over 2 months ago and spent about $75; didn't receive anything so opened several disputes only to find out that my account has been suspended. Why? because I didn't receive any items and was supposed to be protected under "BUYER PROTECTION" which means if you do not receive your item within the time specified by the seller then you get 100% refund. I will have to get in touch with my credit card company and report these thieves.

If you really want to get ripped off, go and shop at Aliexpress. They will literally steal your money. I placed an order, and after typing my credit card, right after I clicked pay button, I saw a message that my order was cancelled for security reason. I contacted chat support right away, and they CONFIRMED that my card was not charged. Today I saw my card was charged by Aliexpress. I got in touch with chat support and explained everything and ask for my money since the order was automatically cancelled by Aliexpress. After chatting for 20 min, the chat support rep keep telling me 1 thing, GO TALK TO YOUR BANK FOR REFUND.
These guys are f***ing dumbass, and don't want to refund for the error made by their system. Uninstalled the app and NEVER AGAIN

I ordered more than 100 orders on aliexpress, i recieved only a few. Forget about bad quality and $#*! but the rest never been refunded, i want around 200$ dollars in refunds but they never send back, customer service is robots with same copy paste replies. Don't know what to do now? If you wanna waste some money then aliexpress is your way to go..

Ordered wedding flowers direct. Got charged full price but they short shipped over half the order. No notification at all that the order was not completed. Wedding is ruined, my business now has a mark against it, and the quality control obviously doesn't exist. Will never, ever use this website again, nor anyone that sells on it. Be careful, some of these guys are on Ebay too. Their tracking system still today says it is being processed, meanwhile it has been delivered. Took a month but it did get here, so pay no attention to their tracking method specifically epacket.

Bad Experience

I purchased synthetic wigs (4) on this website, they look nice in pictures but when I received them I could not believe my eyes! They look really bad in fact. No way any person put them on and go out in public. They play tricks on pictures to make them look nice, none of them looked the same as I saw in pictures on website. I tried to return them back to China to get refund but It costs almost the same money I paid!... So I threw them into trash. Horrible experience!

I spent $ 247 in Aliexpress. And my order has been closed after making a payment.

I got message from Aliexpress:
"We regret to inform you that the recent use of coupon (s) in your order has been identified as being in violation of the guidelines outlined in our General Rules for Coupon Use. (http://activities.aliexpress.com/adcms/help-aliexpress-com/coupon_usage.php) Your order will be canceled, and any payments you have made (excluding any fees or charges which you have made to third parties) will be returned to your account."

But I did not apply any coupon. It's just referrel link from Ebay ads.

In 3 days my money was refunded, and then they are recharge $247 back suddenly.

I have contacted aliexpress through chat support, they say my money will be refunded within 2-20 days.

I have been waiting for so long almost 22 days until now my money is not returned.

They refused my refund.

I don't trust Aliexpress anymore.

Where my money gone?

Very bad customer service

I really am very disappointed with Ali express. Or I make many purchases per month online, and the other websites help me to solve the cases of claims easily, but Alie express almost never solves the claims in favor of the client so I lost a lot of money. Being aware that the product was returned and delivered to the seller did not hear my complaints and I did not even receive a response from the customer service and sellers who know that Ali Express does not care about having the customer as they take advantage and keep the money and the product. Sometimes I keep buying because I do not find what I need in another place but with the worry and begging that the purchase does not present inconvenience. It's a shame.
