For months I am buying on AliExpress. I am confident to do so because they have attended to the few claims I have made due to pirate sellers. AliExpress has always responded.

I had ordered from Aliexpress twice before the order I am about to mention down below. My experience was good with those two orders. But the next one was a bit concerning.
I had ordered a 350$ jacket from Jazzevar. The seller had shipped my order. After shipping and seeing my status was still in transit Jazzevar mentioned how my ZIP code does not match the city (keep in mind i made orders before and after this order and they all went through successfully). After wasting a week of figuring out different possible city names i gave my friends address. I never received an updated status since the last one. I became concerned with how long my jacket was stuck in transit and that my processing period was running out. After bringing it up with the seller and getting no more information on the status I had opened my first dispute. When I had opened my dispute the answers for my dispute were predesigned based on the message center conversation I had with my seller (which was helpful). Although the seller had asked that I close the dispute I knew that if I closed the despite I have just increased my chances of losing 350$ and possibly not getting the jacket.
Aliexpress stepped in one day next and closed with dispute with a full refund on my order.
2 business days after I already received my refund.
So although I never got the order, the refund was handled well and efficiently.
I have not had any trouble as of yet however i have heard if you open many disputes they might disable you from opening disputes. I would start off with small orders to see how long orders take.

Terrible business. I bought a pair of jeans, for 100 dollars. First there was a $5.00 off coupon, she wouldn't take, as my 100 was Canadian and not American. I said ok. Then I get the jeans! The top of zipper, the flap, I presume it is called, pulls back when you wear themso that the zipper shows. It looks really silly, like poor Erkle. To make long story short, not only does she send 3 messages saying to destroy the jeans,,, and no refund. She insults me, badly. I buy a lot on web, I also buy for our store, from the parent company, and have never been treated like that. I should of read the reviews! So now I'm out 100 dollars, been insulted, and it's only 8:09,,, lol So BE WARNED,, not only does she rip you off, but is MEAN ABOUT IT,, IT'S LIKE GETTING SCAMMED TWICE. Good Luck Shoppers... Thanks Sitejabbers for letting me vent. At least I feel a bit better. I do want to say one thing before signing off 99 percent of the stores I buy from on Aliexpress are great!

This is my story with this company ( ZJCHAO Watch Store) I made an order with this company on aliexpress 5 months ago and They never sent the goods and whenever I asked them to send it they says that they have already sent it and that I have to be patience and wait and at last they said that the carrier did not send the goods and they are sorry for that and when I asked them to return the amount they refused and they said that I choose another item so whenever I choose an item they say that it is not available now and I have to choose another one And so on.
