I bought 2 different times from aliexpress; Both times I was very disappointed. First, I ordered two pair of polo shorts, it was 3 weeks or more before they showed up. Their XL is our Medium size. Obviously, I was very disappointed. Second, I ordered a watch which was shipped but when it arrived, it wouldn't run; I took the watch to a watch shop, but they said they couldn't fix it because it was so cheaply made. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE again. BE forewarned... They are scammers.

AE will not help you when a dishonest seller steals your money and tells lies. AE believe the seller not the customer. I bought a 2800 rpm motor with a speed regulator, a damaged 3200 rpm arrived the speed regulator did not arrive, I requested a refund but AE did not believe me that the speed regulator had not been sent to us, I have tried everything I can think of to convince them that we did not get the speed regulator they only believe the seller who is telling lies. My next step is to see my lawyer and sign an affidavit but AE would probably not even believe that. Pay Pal want me to return the item "as described in the advertising" how can I return an item that I did not receive, if I do not sent the motor back I will not get a refund, but if I do send the motor back I still will not get a refund because it is not "as described in the advertising". So be warned do not buy anything from Ali Express and especially do not buy anything from Yuntaike Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. they are thieves and they tell lies.
There are a few manufacturers on aliexpress.com that are legit however, that is not the problem. Overall I have had many good transactions. The problem is that the website does not give you the direct contact info of the company, only an email address which is run through the store on their website. If companies screw you over, they can just close their store and reopen a different one! No refund, no bad reviews. There is nothing you can do except kiss the money you spent goodbye.
If you want to order a shirt or two, chances are you won't be screwed. BUT DON"T ever order wholesale---either the companies will screw up the order somehow (because communication is definitely a barrier) or they will just not deliver it at all. And because they already have the money in their hands, the last thing that they will do is refund you!
And the most f*cked up thing about it is that you can't even contact aliexpress.com because there is not customer service or hotline that you can call to help. It is all automated answers. Perfect.
First time buying something my order said black but they sent white and they going to tell me that reship it with my money and for me to ship they product cost more to ship then what I paid for it

Don't and never trust Aliexpress/Alipay, I have 3 credit cards all are mine having my full name, i submitted to them all my documents(ID, Passport, Driving License, Credit Cards Photo Scan, Bank Statement.) But never get verified always asking to send documents and waiting for a very long time. My account is very old never had these issues before, These problems happened 2 months ago and till now still suffering from their stupid/unprofessional customer service ( they will never help). All my orders going to "Payment Being Verified" then. After 7 to 10 days Orders Status goes to "Closed" without any reason, Some of them i can appeal and submit document for Appeal, it took another 7 days to get accepted while the other orders still closed and no way for Appeal. I tried to contact them hundred times but no know can help they know only one thing just Saying "Sorry for any inconvenience." such stupid people working there... I will never stop i will complaint and report Aliexpress/Alipay everywhere on the internet.****** Scammers

The AliExpress is a great company. Your product is very variable and many sellers. I have lucky and no have problems in my orders. The products have excellent quality and delivery is top.

The shipping, tracking, delivery and packing are ok, but the glasses can't be used because they "float" in my eyes and despite the support advising the need to get used to them (like all the normal glasses do), I can't get used to them, so I end up storing them and not using them. I tried to get used to the glasses over the days, but I can't.
There is no way to contact them. Their contact site does not work. They have double shipped my order because I can not stop them or contact them. No way to get return information either.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
