AliExpress is big and you can find a lot of things in it, both good and bad. But still more good. Much can be found, which is not in the shops in the vicinity.
The coat sizes displayed on this web sight are inaccurate. I had ordered a faux fur coat according to the measurements displayed and when i received the coat it was 2 sizes too small

AliExpress is really the greatest cheating website on earth, all due to the allowance of fraudulent online shops.
And the order number which is out of stock, in fact not existing, remain published in AliExpress, even if I did mention this to be fraudulent advertising.

Due to your fraudulent web pages I loose not only the banking transfer to the AliExpress account, fees USD 40.- but also a USD 15.- fee charged by AliPay to refund and not primarily listed on their website.
It seems he AliExpress founder Jack Ma became one of the richest persons of China as I experience by corruption!

Stay away from this store on Ali-Express. They take your money and do not send the product. I have contacted the seller on many occasions but they basically lie and take your money. Beware
We purchased a dress from here, the store was Pin Dear Dress Co, Ltm. The dress was late coming in because of the China New Year (that's what they said). It arrived 6 weeks later, it wasn't exactly as shown and it didn't fit. The dress had no tags or return label, which makes you wonder if it was used or not. It was not a cheap dress $169 to be exact and there way no way to get it altered. I requested for a full refund and the information to send it back. After Jacky at this Pin Dear Dress Co, tried to get me to take $30 and just keep the dress, we told her it wasn't going to work and wanted our money back. She said ok, and provided her mailing address so I could mail it back, which by the way is in China. It has now been over 4 weeks since we mailed the dress from the US Post Office and still have nothing from them. We have stayed in constant contact with this Jacky C person, but all she says is "dear I have not received the dress yet". When I went to the post office last week, they advised me that they were attempting to deliver the dress but they have not accepted it and they will make two more attempts and then it will be sent back. Hmmm, nice way of saying they never received the dress and not issue the refund money. Sounds like a SCAM to me. We have attempted to contact AliExpress and have received absolutely 0 help from them. I would suggest staying away from AliExpress or any store they have association with, because we all know, sometimes our clothing doesn't always fit and you will be out whatever money you used to make the purchase.
I purchase an item and never received it, tried contacting the seller and simply provided a delivered tracking number. The investigation department simply released the money to him because provided a number. Very disapointed. Now left a negative feedback because i lost nearly 450 dolars and they removed the negative feedback saying that was as per my request. They are a rip off and be careful with your information there. Well, to be honest, i was trying to buy a cheap wedding dress to save some money specially that it costs a lot to buy one here in UAE and i'm only gonna wear it once! I found a beautiful wedding dress design in Aliexpress and i wanted to buy it. Before paying for the order i checked the reviews in here and found horrible rating and very bad experience from most of reviewers which made me think twice before paying. I kept my order on hold for about two weeks thinking whether i should take the risk or not. After all, i listened to one reviewer who said " check the rating of the seller and see if he has good reviews or not" and that's what i did. The seller of the dress had 98% positive reviews and has been using aliexpress since 2010. So, i paid and waited for the dress to arrive while praying not to loose my money. After two weeks, i got my dress and it's beautiful 90% like the pictures, and no one believed that i bought it online.
So, in conclusion, if you really want a product and you weren't able to find it somewhere else for a better cost, just try to check the seller background really good before paying. And for those who had bad experiences, please write the name of the seller here so other costumers can avoid falling in the same fraud.
Very bad store! I made the order on May 5,2018 and the goods are not sent. The seller does not answer the messages. On the seller's page it is written that this is the "Top brand".

Warning: I had just order my son some shoes with my debt card on Friday and received a email stating that my order will be sent to me in 5days. However, i received another email stating that my transaction was cancelled and in order to continue i need to send them a copy of my Drivers License, my debt card and a bank statement. I immediately check my account and found out they have already withdrew the funds. And when i tried emailing them no one responds. I contacted my bank they gave me back my money and informed me they they have had my complaints on this company and to stay away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Never buy from aliexpress unless your mad I bought six items I payed with credit card and shipping they delivered to the main post office and I had to pay extra charge 135 cause they didn't deliver to my post office nor house and I was waiting more than two months for it to deliver and the worst thing is that they didn't deliver the expensive turtle beach headphones that I ordered as a gift for my brother and when I opened a dispute they didn't do anything and said the item is in the post office bunch of thiefs
I personally really like this site, I have never bought anything that cost more than 30 dollars, I also recieved everything in a reasonable amount of time since it was sent from China.
I made a couple of purchases in the official store of Umidigi belonging to the Aliexpress site, the first by a Umidigi F1 phone and the delivery time by DHL to Mexico was in normal time, the device working very well with 4G network, where there was important delay, was in the second phone that is a Umidigi F1 Play, 20 days approximately in the delivery also by DHL, but basically it was due to lack of stock so it was not sent quickly, so it was for that reason, but in how much they had was sent and in 5 days was delivered in Mexico without customs tax collection. Possibly this was because Umidigi recognized the delay. Good the store, I recommend as it is the Official, and very good device for its quality, price ratio.
I have purchased a Wifi camera from Aliexpress and the item arrived in 10 days from the date ordered. The item was packaged nice and no damages to the box. I installed the camera and found out that the SD card was NOT recognized by the camera. I formatted the SD card and tested the card with my other working camera. The SD card worked and played the video footage without any problems. I inserted the SD card to the camera purchased from Aliexpress but still the same problem- the camera says "NO CARD". I contacted the seller about the issue and they asked me to do the routine check which I have already done. The communication with the seller has been going on almost for a week. They didn't want to take the return and refused to send me a return label. And the Aliexpress stepped in and closed the case. I filed a dispute to my credit card company. Aliexpress do not accept any returns even if their products are defective. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM AT ALL.
Every SINGLE time I have an issue, the seller rips you off. The website is awful. I got sent an item in the WRONG color, and the seller blamed me and "offered" that I send the item back to China for 1/2 refund.
