A good choice. But a lot of cheating. Sellers put the main image of the product and low price as the main photo, but then it turns out that only a part of the product or accessory is offered for the price indicated. They can specify free shipping, but when you open a product card, there is no free delivery option. Or put a good discount, but only paid and only expensive delivery, more expensive than another seller with the same product for the regular price without discounts. On sales, 99% of goods actually do not have discounts or have but much less than indicated. The discount price for the sale is no lower than the price on a regular day without a sale. The system of motivation in the form of coins is useless. You can basically get coupons only for a particular seller. Although it would be better to receive a coupon for a discount to the order without reference to the seller. It is very bad that the administration of Aliexpress does not follow the marketing deception of sellers.
The only plus is high-quality work with complaints.

The seller is very astute. I wrote to the seller that the hood and the fluff did not match their photo. That was the reason why I sent this jacket. I sent all the pictures. A thin fuzz that does not cover the beige fabric, although the jacket is black. This is the answer to me all the time - Hi dear, the fur collar all the same. It was suggested to comb and foil the fluff, but you can't do anything for such a thin strip.
When I said I would open the dispute, she immediately promised to send a new fluff. Of course, nothing came, the dispute could not open anymore, because it took 2 weeks while I waited, I could not do anything, I could not even put a feedback. Their customer center is a disaster where always respond only the robot. And all the time only promises from seller gifts, discounts, etc. Never buy there, die nerves, waste money and spend time talking to sheep.

They are cheaters. I ordered a mtk6592 octacore smartphone and when I got it I rooted it. It was really a mtk6582 quadcore. The seller don't even answers to my messages. I DID not receive my item so the problem was escalated. ALIEXPRESS DID NOT even do any work on the issue and issued in the seller's favour! I DIDN'T receive the ITEM. If they had called DHL then the problem would have been resolved. DO NOT SHOP ON ALIEXPRESS!

I ordered light sabers for my children for Christmas, was worried at first because I tried to track my package and it said seller had canceled my order so I contacted Ali Express and she verified that my order had been canceled and that I needed to contact seller and if seller didn't respond after 7 days they would fully refund my money. Seller contacted me back the next day and explained that FedEx had changed tracking number and did not notify them, they gave me my new tracking number and a couple of days later I received my package and it was exactly what I ordered and it was in great working condition, I would definitely order from Ali express again

I made a shopify store, which I love. I used Aliexpress as one of my dropshippers. I got my first order, I was so excited! I put the order in at Aliexpress. The site let me complete the order. Of course it also let me pay for the order, then the next day I was sent a electronic e-mail that the product is out of stock. If it's out of stock, why do they put it in their stores? So my first order out of the gate, I had to refund. That makes my brand new store look bad. I asked for a refund, Aliexpress wont issue me one, and would like me to purchase another item instead with the money they have. So now I'm in the hole. The customer doesn't get her items, and I'm out the money I paid to Aliexpress. Now I'm going back through my entire site, trying to get rid of every item from Aliexpress without making it look too obvious. Because my store is now live and has had visitors and a number of orders from companies outside of Aliexpress. So I'm quietly adding inventory and slowly deleting the Aliexpress items. Hopefully my customers won't be like, wait a second, is this a new store? All the inventory has changed. Luckily my store is new and doesn't have a lot of traffic just yet. Hopefully I can fix the issue before people get too attached to my items. And no, I still have not gotten a refund. Just another computer generated e-mail telling me to use my funds to purchase another product.

I will never buy again from AliExpress

I bought coffee grinder on AliExpress from Forward Store: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/**************.html. It was advertised for sale with 75-Day Buyer protection and Money Back Guarantee. Coffee grinder is not working as it should. Majority of ground coffee is retained in grinding chamber, and grind is very uneven. It is not possible to use it because its design and construction makes it unfunctional in principle. This item should not have been offered for sale. Its advertisement and description appeared to be totally misleading. I requested returning this item at Forward Store expense and full refund of my money including postage and handling, that is AU$350.94. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vm4hh8G84kQ, please. Yet, instead of immediately fulfilling its unconditional promise of buyer's protection and money back guarantee, AliExpress initiated "investigation" and clearly took seller's side ignoring my obvious video evidence. I have had no choice but to apply for PayPal protection as I paid via PayPal. After that, AliExpress canceled its initiated dispute and claimed that I canceled this dispute. Now, I am waiting for PayPal protection and full refund of my money.

I opened a product dispute because on the day of purchase the product title said it was for a Redmi Note 4x and now it only says that it is for a Redmi 4x. Therefore, I got the wrong model product. Then the dispute was for "Model not as described" and I attached three images where you could check the error they had and that now had corrected.
First the seller refused to return the money to me, obviously, but AliExpress with the evident proofs that I presented, said: "Dear, the title says" For Xiaomi Redmi 4X LCD "WHEN YOU PLACED THE ORDER, please check". Laughter, you just have to see the images.

It is curious, if you give to the seller with good evaluation, you can make a REVIEW in this page... BUT if you open DISPUTE for bad service of the SELLER you can not make a REVIEW... ALIEXPRESS does not take note of bad services of sellers.

First time on the site.

Typed in "Plus Size Dresses" (on the site) and results came up such as Dresses for "FAT WOMEN", "Dresses for CHUBBY WOMEN TO COVER BELLY"! I understand that buyers describe their products however they want, but this is wrong and should be monitored. Tried to talk to a customer service agent about this and I was sent a picture of how to fill out a Survey and they appreciate my feedback, then he ended the conversation.

When typing in "Formal Wear for Women Aliexpress" into google... I got a link: "Formal wear for Fat Women", and it wasn't a link to a direct seller, but the aliexpress page. So it is not just the buyers that are promoting Plus Size Women in this way.
