This company has some nice products, but you're taking your chances on getting the right order and trying to return it. If you don't mind loosing the money, go for it. Their phones have been disconnected and they do not have any service after the purchase. I have tried emails, their contact information and every avenue to try and return my purchase for a refund, and it is like they fell off the face of the earth. About a year ago I ordered some bathroom faucets, they were beautiful. I ordered from them again, however this time they sent the wrong item and since they are no where to be found, I now have a $145 item I can't use and will not be able to regain my loss if I tried to resell it. Too bad, they had potential.
Follow up to a refund dispute: Well I finally got into email negotiations for a return. After over a week, I was first told I would be refunded and not to worry about returning the product, but after a sad story of them loosing their job to do this, I would have to return it. Well, without knowing what I was getting into by returning the product, it ended up costing me a lot of money for this lesson. I am sorry, but I will never do business with you again. A $145 product I couldn't use cost me $100 to return. For that kind of money, I could have gotten a quality product here in the states. It's an expensive lesson to learn.

Everything is cheap, which you already know. What you don't know is there are stipulations to all the "protections" you get. Free returns for 90 days? Only if approved by Ali-express and the seller. Refunds for bad or defective products? Takes days and you have to be in a constant fight with the seller to get it. All in all, it's best to avoid at all costs. If you do need to buy something here, buy small, simple things, never anything big. You will lose at some point on this site.

After paying over 5000円 for a belt sander + 990円 for the socket adapter they forgot to pack, the sander died after 15 minutes. AliExpress after days of trying to get them to do something about this have decided to "possibly" give me 30% back and will "let me keep" the broken trash of a product they're keeping 70% profit on.

Yes, I agree with some of you. I give aliexpress 2 stars because I buy their wigs and 9 times out of 10 they are gorgeous. I have also learned that if you like the shorter styles, remember to not let them mislead you by stating that your wig will look EXACTLY like you see. What they really mean is buy the wig, then go find a hair stylist to cut the wig into the style that you see. Do not let them style the wig because it is better to style your hair (wigs) with it on your head. They play foofoo a lot of times, but because I pay via paypal, I have the upper hand. I find myself frustrated when dealing with the people from that country. I don't know if they are trying to run game, but if I discover that they are, I simply run it back. That's all that there is to it!

They are basically just a scam. I had try to order so many time and every time it always so disappointed. The products not like the photos, not the same colour and the worst is a lots of stuff had been missing, when I put the bad feedback to warning another people it never show up the company just deleted it or something I'm not sure but this is not fair for the customers, never received the stuff and never get refund the money. Open the disputed thing just another bull$#*! so many times I open the disputed some stuff I had been waiting for 6 months I try to open disputed and other day I have a look again to see how it go.
