This company has some nice products, but you're taking your chances on getting the right order and trying to return it. If you don't mind loosing the money, go for it. Their phones have been disconnected and they do not have any service after the purchase. I have tried emails, their contact information and every avenue to try and return my purchase for a refund, and it is like they fell off the face of the earth. About a year ago I ordered some bathroom faucets, they were beautiful. I ordered from them again, however this time they sent the wrong item and since they are no where to be found, I now have a $145 item I can't use and will not be able to regain my loss if I tried to resell it. Too bad, they had potential.

Follow up to a refund dispute: Well I finally got into email negotiations for a return. After over a week, I was first told I would be refunded and not to worry about returning the product, but after a sad story of them loosing their job to do this, I would have to return it. Well, without knowing what I was getting into by returning the product, it ended up costing me a lot of money for this lesson. I am sorry, but I will never do business with you again. A $145 product I couldn't use cost me $100 to return. For that kind of money, I could have gotten a quality product here in the states. It's an expensive lesson to learn.

Yes dont buy anything from Aliexpress. Aliexpress is fraud and scam site. You buy stuffs but dont get it and then the money is take. Very bad place for shopping.

Thats why I changed aliexpress to Temu. I bought hundreds of times in aliexpress but First time I returned item and had to get refund for item and returning fee but got anything. So I lost about 30€.

Garbage

Garbage.
Everything is cheap, which you already know. What you don't know is there are stipulations to all the "protections" you get. Free returns for 90 days? Only if approved by Ali-express and the seller. Refunds for bad or defective products? Takes days and you have to be in a constant fight with the seller to get it. All in all, it's best to avoid at all costs. If you do need to buy something here, buy small, simple things, never anything big. You will lose at some point on this site.

Note: currently at the time of me having an issue with them, the "Help Desk" was conveniently the only part of the site you couldn't click on...

After paying over 5000円 for a belt sander + 990円 for the socket adapter they forgot to pack, the sander died after 15 minutes. AliExpress after days of trying to get them to do something about this have decided to "possibly" give me 30% back and will "let me keep" the broken trash of a product they're keeping 70% profit on.

Honestly, if you plan to buy anything over 1000円 you should be prepared to loose it all to bad sellers and a lack of support from AliExpress. I would honestly go one further and never use the platform again. What other company goes "sorry we sold you a defective product but we're still going to keep 70% of the sale"? That's just outright thievery.

It's been two days and no news, no refund given.

For all of you people who have written about your experience, products, etc. and who have had bad experiences, always pay via PAYPAL! It is the safest and the most guaranteed way to pay for your things because if you don't like the products, then all you need to do is to call paypal and file a dispute. Trust me! Do NOT pay Western Union or any other paper way! You have more control by paying via paypal.
Yes, I agree with some of you. I give aliexpress 2 stars because I buy their wigs and 9 times out of 10 they are gorgeous. I have also learned that if you like the shorter styles, remember to not let them mislead you by stating that your wig will look EXACTLY like you see. What they really mean is buy the wig, then go find a hair stylist to cut the wig into the style that you see. Do not let them style the wig because it is better to style your hair (wigs) with it on your head. They play foofoo a lot of times, but because I pay via paypal, I have the upper hand. I find myself frustrated when dealing with the people from that country. I don't know if they are trying to run game, but if I discover that they are, I simply run it back. That's all that there is to it!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ALIEXPRESS! I ordered 4 items on one ticket and I only received one and I tried to get a hold of them and I couldn't,this company is a total scam. Thank God that the total was only $7.57, I feel bad for people that have spent way more than that and have gotten scammed by this company I called my bank and they went ahead and reimbursed me back the money since it was not so much and I filed a dispute against the company.

I placed an order ************** on 01.12.2019 and I have not received it until today 09.09.2020.
There isn't anyone you can talk to and there isn't any mail address. All you can do is to send a message where it takes a lot of time until you get a response.
My package was send back to China with AWB ******* and they refuse to return my money or give my package. They send me to Alikafeii Trading Co., Ltd. and they send me back to Aliexpress.

They are basically just a scam. I had try to order so many time and every time it always so disappointed. The products not like the photos, not the same colour and the worst is a lots of stuff had been missing, when I put the bad feedback to warning another people it never show up the company just deleted it or something I'm not sure but this is not fair for the customers, never received the stuff and never get refund the money. Open the disputed thing just another bull$#*! so many times I open the disputed some stuff I had been waiting for 6 months I try to open disputed and other day I have a look again to see how it go. The disputed thing goes it back to normal showing it still in period of time WTF. It been 6 months so that's the end of it. Never order anything with them again... Also the live on chat just a computer program you not really get any help for it just keep answer the same thing. Ask for the phone number or any email for talk to someone that is not computer and all they say is we not have policy to talk directly to customers lol It quite surprised how the billions dollars company not have call center or anyone who that actually sort the problem. This company should actually shutdown.!

This is the worst website I have ever used. They take your money, the seller doesn't ship your order and fakes the tracking and you won't get a refund for 3 months. I have used this website many times as not all sellers are bad but I won't ever use it again as the are the biggest liars. I have not received about 10 orders now and it's soooooooo hard to get a refund so I have only received 2 refunds.
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY
