I have been purchasing from aliexpress for over 2 years now. And I recently decided to open a community store as well as I am getting married so I believed Aliexpress was the perfect option. In March I placed over 200 orders. I purchased over 1000 items... Yes, infact I obtained a loan to do so... I began receiving my items and was very happy. I then realised that some of my packages were short. I contacted the sellers who assured me they were sent in separate orders... I waited for them and never got them. When I opened a dispute they told me I had an invalid claim... then it got worst because I realised that they had automatically confirmed some of my orders for which I did not receive anything. When I opened a dispute for such orders they deactivated my account preventing me from writing a feedback or open a dispute. Now I can't even track my orders... So as a result I lost thousands of dollars... Aliexpress is unfair... No one cared that I purchased multiple items they just collected my money and I still haven't received my goods and on top of that I was blocked and prevented from getting any help from customer service... I was asked to go through the process to have my account reactivated but was denied all because they cheated me out of my money... they people are dishonest and cheats. They also send you stuff you didn't order and some sellers take your money knowing that they don't have the items... Aliexpress is dishonest. I live all the way in Jamaica and they took my money what protection do I have...

I have contacted the seller, AliExpress, ACI (shipping partner that claims USPS has it), and USPS (which claims the shipping partner has it) and NO one knows where this pkg is BUT AliExpress claims the carrier is trying to deliver it, and wants me to wait til 8-18-2023 for delivery of these items that I purchased on 6-14-2023 that has been "out for delivery" since 6-26-2023. AliExpress nor the sellers are able or willing to give me any information as to where this package is, what carrier has this package, or an ETA for this package. I only receive daily emails claiming to be "shipping updates"

This year two items, in separate situations, items were never received. I have community mail box chances to mixed up by mailman is high. But seller refused to follow up. I ended up lost my money. Yes, some stuff are cheaper, clothing specifically, but the size chart is totally wrong most of the time. The customer service is useless. They have templates for the chat, because they use the exact words each time I tried to "chat " to get info. The things they promised to do as in contact the seller for you would never happen if the end of sessions you do not answer yes to the survey that the problems are resolved. If i answered yes then i would receive a email but the email is a generic email which does not apply to any specific issues that I mentioned and what the Customer service personnel promised to do. The website also prevents customer's to put negative comments for the items purchased. If the dispute opened disregard you agree or not the seller can close it in 3 days and there's no recourses for the customers to do anything about it. I lose $22 for one of the orders I placed. So called buyer protection policy is bogus. That was last straw for me. You might found great deals but the risk for not getting what you paid for and frustrations of their customer no services definitely no worthy it. Better off stick with Amazon or Walmart online purchases at least they support what they sell.
