I'm one of the people who got scammed. I bough expensive ring, the seller was sent me a wrong tracking number, and kept on sending me wrong tracking number until the time run out and I couldn't file a dispute. A complaints is not a complaint it is reviewed by the seller, but I did invastigation and here are the emails, phone numbers addresses to make a real dispute. Hope this helps! This has not been the first time I got cheated this time I'm not letting it go.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I bought an eScooter battery and it is complete garbage! I wanted to return the item, but the cost of sending it to China from the US is astronomical. I tried working it out with the seller, and they kept asking me for shipping companies, telling me the battery wasn't fully charged before use, and anything else they could do to give me the run-around.
Small items are fine, because if the product is total garbage (which, pretty much anything coming out of this country is), you can afford the loss. DO NOT BUY anything above what you can afford to lose, AliExpress as the supporting website does not help at all! YOU HAVE BEEN FORWARNED!

I ordered a new phone (store xiaomi MC). They said it was "in stock" and estimate delivery 20-41 days. It took 17 days (according to delivery tracking) to just pick/package the phone (if you belive them?) and send it to a sorting centre, then another 6 days to transfer to the air courier in China (more LIE'S). And currently its meant to be flying between China and Australia for the LAST 22 DAYS and still going! (I assume on a plane with very big fuel tanks!). I've messaged the Store for an explanation and got many stupid replies telling nothing usefull except the last message says after 60 days I can open a dispute for a refund! My order no. RB*******SG I don't believe they had the phone in stock when I ordered it. BE WARNED THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS HONEST!

I bought a used Intel Core X9100 processor from the CPUIT store. I asked the seller many times to send me a working processor. But I got a processor from them that doesn't work. A very good service center was unable to install it and/or get it to work. The seller categorically denied a peaceful solution to this problem and insisted that he thoroughly test all the processors, and now I myself have to prove that this used processor does not work before he will accept a return. He did not bother to answer me quickly, put off solving this problem in every possible way and only at the last moment answered with short general phrases.

I started a dispute with AliExpress, as a result of which they demanded additional evidence, such as videos of scientific experiments and reports from official service centers with all seals and signatures valid for China. But it is obvious that no legal document I can obtain will be useful in China. I had to close this dispute and start a new one, saying that I just want to return this processor in the packaging that I received. But AliExpress only agrees to a very limited number of days to start a dispute, and what the situation will be with returning the processor without strong legal evidence to China is obvious. Now I have no working processor, no return address from this seller, no money, no trust in AliExpress. This is a clear violation of the fundamental rights of customers in any country other than China. With AliExpress you will be deceived by very experienced combinators.

BE very aware of Aliexpress
1. It' s not the quality that they say on the website I place an order and did not get what I thought I was going to get the specifications of the tablet is not truth full described 2) I then latter on return the item back at my own expenses grrrrr! And to make matter worse the seller REFUSE the package
3)the customer service wont to a damn thing with you they say they are going to work with you when all in reality they wont they just jerk you a round for weeks on end for then to say you lost the dispute and issue number 4) you get no refund back or any kind of service from them there is absolutely no purchase protection.and if there is a buyer protection they not honor it in fact the Aliexpress dispute resolution team vey quickly sided with the seller even if he is in the wrong and is selling you knock off faked PRODUCT
THEY DO NOT CARE TO THEM IT IS ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY THEY HAVE NO integrity!

Do not buy, I had placed my order, the products is USD4.32, and pay another USD4.00 for postage, and received damage,, AliExpress said you had received the order, no dispute, even the order had damage,, AliExpress service ha descended, I shopped at AliExpress for many many years, as a Diamond member, now I have to think twice to place my order at AliExpress, looking for alternative.

Shocking we have been going through a dispute for months which i proved and won
Both shipping didn't arrive on time which gives you a full refund
The item was missing major parts
And no english manual
I proved everything and aliexpress keeps holding on to my money I have had a lodge a fraud case with my bank in regards to this and ask them to get a refund as the item i brought was not the item sent
I spend 1700 aus on this item and i thought i was safe as i had used aliexpress before over the years on smaller items
Guess what your not safe they take your money and then try and make you send an item back when the seller sent an item that was not one you brought
How can this be fair
NEVER AGAIN ALIEXPRESS i will never spend another cent with you
UNSAFE, they allow fraud and then hold your money up for months
SHOCKING buy from Ebay via paypal atleast you get a refund if all goes wrong and it happens within days not month

If you haven't received your AliExpress product or it is faulty. First mistake is believing that AliXpress individual seller will refund your product easily or even answer your emails. Second, is believing AliExpress as a company has your back with their buyer protection promise. When 3 disputes have been found in your favour and a refund has been promised.
- They make it very difficult to contact someone to ask where the refund is (Over 1 month, still waiting for refund).
- They have an online chat automated response system, that repeatedly tries to direct you to click/info sections.
- After 20 attempts & receiving the same response, it will then put you onto a real person.
- you have to keep responding within 2minutes otherwise the chat will cut out & say you've taken too long. Sending you back to the start.
- They will repeatedly say it has been refunded. It's your banks fault. Here are some numbers contact your bank.
- Bank says there is no way they have refunded your money. Never heard of the numbers they're quoting.
- I send through multiple snippets of bank statements to AE, where it is obvious no refund has been given.
- their response is you have to get your bank to supply in writing that they have not received this refund.
This is a fraudulent process. Buy with caution that you wont be seeing a refund. Maybe the cost of buying cheap.

DISHONEST commercial practice: FAKE DESCRIPTIONS of "ORIGINAL" products to attract the innocents and honest buyers.

MY PERSONAL CONCLUSION: The descriptions of "Lenovo Original Phone" (not "GENUINE"!) products are FAKE and are made to attract the buyers.

If you order the FAKE DESCRIBED product and you pay XXX $ (by Visa. Mastercard, …) … you will receive a cheap, low end, wrong product that you can
== keep (the wrong product … but you can nothing to do with because it don't have the characteristics of the product that you need and ordered) or
== send back the wrong product (the buyer have to pay YYY $ for the return shipping (with tracking details!)) and AliExpress give you XXX $ FULL REFUND (ATTENTION: they pay you the refund when the returned wrong product arrive ( if?) to the seller!. So, finally, the balance that you have is (XXX – YYY) $. You loose every time YYY $!

After this very bad experience, I don't consider AliExpress a honest commercial platform!

I like aliexpress. I think its great but obviously you have to be sensible. Bought two lace front wigs on aliexpress. The first vendor was ok. The second vendor, crystal hair store or polywigs or top level hair as sometimes used as email, were total thievesw The wig they sent was not as advertised or as my order. Wrong length, wrong colour and poor quality hair. I was not happy with it and sent it back to get a refund. They claimed they never received it until a moth later then will only give me my refund if I change my review from a negative to a positive one which I refused to do so have not got my money back. I must credit them for the fast delivery and for maintaining contact but I refused to be blackmailed to get get back what is rightfully mine.
If you want a good brazilian lace front or whole lace wig do not buy from any picture with the crystal hair store written over it. You will be ripped off. Avoid companies with 100% positive feedback. Chances are some people were blackmailed into getting their refund

I have nothing to brag about that a good thing happened to me by buying Chinese goods with very poor quality on the AliExpress (Ali baba) website. The Chinese would make quality goods if all the people in the world stopped buying their scrap, then it would teach them that they should start making better quality things. I've been buying small things on this website for a while now because if it's broken or if I don't receive it, I think I didn't pay too much and if I open a case I sometimes get a refund. Then suddenly I made a big mistake I ordered a very expensive battery for my solar system in the allotment. The battery was supposedly £838.98 but it was a bit cheaper as they had some discount. The seller chooses to somehow send with the even worse delivery company My Harmes, after three months I get a message with a picture of how my parcel was delivered, the package placed next to my rubish bins is shown in the picture, when I came home from work that day I did not find anything that I saw in the picture. I asked for help from the seller, I never got it, I also asked for help from the AliExpress customer service, but they are worse than the seller, so I just remained a big loser. I advise everyone who buys on AliExpress to stop buying expensive things so that it doesn't happen to you like what happened to me. Good luck with AliExpress worst website for shopping. Kind regards

I ordered a dress of about $160 dress expecting it to be a maroon color. It came in the mail and it was bright red. It is very hard to communicate with them and very difficult to get your money back!

I ordered 3 items from Alibaba but I didn't receive them in Los Angeles where I live. I contacted the sell but they wouldn't collaborate, replace it or refund me. They sent me a broken link that doesn't work to respond to. They ignored all my messages. BUYERS BEWARE. Very unfriendly business. I BOUGHT SEVERAL ITEMS FROM THEM BUT I WOULDN'T ANYMORE

Purchased 4 LED lights and two had issues withing the first year. Lights came with a 3 year warren-tee. Contacted the seller and he was communicating at first then nothing. Contacted Aliexpress and they stated they could only email the seller. That was 3/23/2017 it is now 7/10/2017 and still no reply at all. I suggest you PURCHASE NOTHING FROM ALIEXPRESS. WARREN-TEEs mean nothing.

Ordered a Picture Frame that reminded me of my late mom over 3 months ago. Was recently told it was delivered? I never received my order? When disputed was advised was delivered to Local Post Office? Requested information as to which Post Office and a reference number, of which I was never provided? Not forgetting the fact it was actually supposed to be delivered to my residence, I paid for door to door service? When I queried with them I was send short abjupt automated responses of which only took 3 days for them to dismiss me. Clearly they are not interested. They've got my money, I don't have my product?
Dispute was closed with "NO REFUND" as their final comment. Absolute rip offs. I dind't want a bloody refunded, I wanted my picture frame.
DON'T ORDER WITH THIS LOT, YOU'LL BE LUCKY TO GET YOUR ORDER! They'll take your money and deliver to who knows where and then tell you you don't have enough evidence? RIP OFFS, CON ARTISTS. ALI EXPRESS DISGRACE TO YOUR INDUSTRY, SIS ON YOU.
