Welcome to our Joom store! Wish you have a happy shopping.
Well... that is what I wished... however this time didn't result in happy shopping... contrary it's a big disillusion! This jacket is no leather as promised in the advertisement... it's a kind of PU... or plastic.
Sincerely and angry!

Jose Carlos Garcia Tapia reply:
I did ask you permission to open the lining of the jacket to proof that the material isn't leather as promised. And the texture and color is very artificial it's a real plastic product.
However I can tell you that moving the liner and PU between my fingers one can feel the fabric to be a machine made product the upper layer (imitation leather) is on a base of another kind of fabric.

Joom by Tony answer:
We acknowledge the fact that the jacket's fabric is just an artificial leather, however, on the item's description, the seller didn't specify that the jacket is a genuine leather either.
You can return it to the seller and we will provide a full refund for you... you will be the one responsible for the cost of sending

Jose Carlos Garcia Tapia rely:
Just read the description and follow your own search machine.
In the search engine you have:
PU Leather
Faux Leather
Leather
Patent Leather
The seller did write it's LEATHER!
In case Joom want to tell me that Leather is a mix of all possibilities in their search machine it should mention this
If the seller has the choice to put it under PU Leather or Faux Leather the sellers should be obliged by Joom to list it in the correct category.
If not and Joom and the seller is cheating the client.
Joom is obliged to give the correct information Joom is obliged to make on its search engine Genuine Leather instead of Leather.
And as you admit it's artificial so it's plastic but no leather.
I did in a short time quite some shopping but now I know that I am cheated I will stop buying from Joom.
That I am cheated by Joom and the seller is crime and that I have to pay for return postal charges is a shameless act.
But there is no problem I will return and I will publish my experiences all over the internet both Joom and all its sellers will be the big losers!

Chinese Ebay seller did cheat us... and Ebay afterwards does it once more not complying with their Money Back Guarantee

For Ebay to know this story belongs to appealing case SR# *******2921

As ordered by Ebay... I did supply the tracking number provided by the shipper.
However... after a long wait... Thailand Post told me that the parcel with tracking number RR*******TH was refused by the recipient.
What does Ebay really want an already frustrated buyer to do as the buyer did follow Ebay's instructions correctly.
In fact firstly the buyer is cheated by a Chinese seller and afterwards Ebay does the same not complying what is promised.
Does Ebay really think buyers to be stupid?
Ebay gave the buyer advice to send the items back to the seller which was done providing a tracking number... to receive later a confirmation letter of receipt.
I went to Thailand Post Office last week... to hear that the seller refused the parcel.
HOWEVER... THE PARCEL IS IN CHINA!

This cannot be the buyers problem as the buyer did comply Ebay's orders a buyer in Thailand is not able to force a fraudulent Chinese seller to accept a parcel in China.
Ebay is completely wrong but we will proof by a document of the Thailand Post that the seller refused to sign for and/or accept the parcel.

I refuse to contact the seller he/she is an uncivilized Chinese having insulted me already too many times.
Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is a complete joke due to the fact that Ebay afterwards obliges the buyer to proof the seller did receive, or to force the seller to receive... meanwhile the tracking numbers provided are too many times not updated by the shippers... if not... the already fraudulent seller repeats to be incorrect.

Ebay may be stubborn in this case however I recommend buyers to be stubborn as well by stopping to buy on Ebay!

Astonished and annoyed!

Ebay should instruct Pitney Bowes Co. To verify correctly the import duties because as I mentioned already this is legal robbery!
I would be very pleased to be refunded the $25.- which Pitney Bowes extracted from my PayPal account.

I did not mention the charge of $40.90 charges by Pitney Bowes Inc. / Ebay to cover the transport costs of the seller in the USA
The cost of the transport from the USA to Thailand were clear $10,95.
In case Ebay will not admit this kind of abuse your place is clearly between the abusing parties!

Import duties over-charged with 127%
Shipping cost over-charged with more than 400%

I consider the extraction of $25.- as theft as it has nothing to do with the by Ebay mentioned obligation to pay import duties to the Government

This article of Change.org is circulating on the Internet and explains clearly the problem!

Ebay's Global Shipping Programs' only use is to illegally gouge and steal money from non-US customers. Any time an American Ebay retailer sells an item to someone outside the USA, some company called Pitney Bowes blindly adds a %15 charge to the item's final value, on top of the sellers shipping and handling fees, for no apparent reason. The buyer has no option to opt out of this bogus service. These unfair and unjust fees are forced on the buyer illegally. It's nothing but a scam and Canadians are tired of being taken advantage of!
It has nothing to do with shipping or handling. We know this because the seller takes the item to a USPS Post Office, the same as they always did. There is no way USPS would know to forward this particular piece of mail to some third party handler, as opposed to any other piece of mail. They simply deliver this item as they do any other item, for the normal rate. As well, this has nothing to do with taxes or duties. Pitney Bowes just blindly adds a fee to any item's final price, regardless of the item's tax eligibility. In many cases, there is NO TAX to be charged on a particular parcel, however this does not seem to make any difference.
Ebay and Paypal. Shame on you for allowing PITNEY BOWES to money-grab your customers. This should be illegal, but unfortunately we will have to sue Ebay, Paypal and Pitney Bowes for fraud in a class-action lawsuit. It is horrendous that a company allows a third party to steal from their customers like this.

AliExpress is really the greatest cheating website on earth, all due to the allowance of fraudulent online shops.
And the order number which is out of stock, in fact not existing, remain published in AliExpress, even if I did mention this to be fraudulent advertising.
We are cured and will no longer trust AliExpress, nor any of your advertisers, because it is FRAUDE OF THE PUREST CLASS!
Due to your fraudulent web pages I loose not only the banking transfer to the AliExpress account, fees USD 40.- but also a USD 15.- fee charged by AliPay to refund and not primarily listed on their website.
It seems he AliExpress founder Jack Ma became one of the richest persons of China as I experience by corruption!
Be sure this will not be without reply a fierce reply is what AliExpress and their fraudulent Chinese bunch of sellers and AliPay deserve!
