Free shipping takes very long--like more than 3 weeks to 7 weeks or sometimes, took more times--because of Chinese holiday and when shipping problem occur in the country. Oh, forgot to mention that sometimes, free shipping can be quite fast--less than a week or 2 weeks.
Also seller offer different shipping method for your convenience--sometimes cheap and sometimes not so cheap though.
