I purchased a watch on 11th April 2019 with the order number ************** and tracking number RV*******CN. I was notified that the package was shipped on the 13th April 2019. Subsequently I was notified that is was successfully delivered on the 23rd April 2019. However when I checked the tracking I realised it was delivered to the wrong address and not the address I gave for the packaged to be shipped to. Therefore I would like to know what is going on. Will the watch be reshipped to me? OR Will I receive my money back / a refund? At this point I am not pleased with the level of service I have received from this seller and I am very DISGRUNTLED and ANNOYED!
