I've been shopping on Aliexpress for over five years or so (perhaps longer), and over the years I have seen an improvement with their customer service, quality of products and faster shipping times. I have bought all kinds of items from headphones to household goods. In the early days the quality was questionable and the delivery was very slow, but I guess that I take into consideration how cheap the products are and it's a case of you get what you pay for. However, over the last few years there has definitely been an improvement with faster shipping, better communication and a higher quality of goods. I do feel secure when I pay for my items as well and I think the fact that some sellers
Have a Paypal option has really given me even more confidence to purchase goods. The only other criticism I have is that they do tend to show photos that do not appear to look like the product photo, but having said that, the items received are generally good.

I have given Aliexpress a five star rating, only because of the major improvements they have made. I would recommend buying from them.

I started buying from Wayfair late this year (2018), my first purchase was a table and chairs, and I wasn't disappointed. The assembly was relatively easy and the quality of the goods is better than expected. Since then I've purchased numerous pieces of furniture and the quality is excellent. I had one problem with the delivery as Wayfair use various couriers, the speed of customer service sorting out my issue was impressive, they even called back after it was sorted to make sure everything was okay. What I like the most is the choice of furniture and other things. They appear to sell most household goods all in one place. So far, so good!

I was very cautious about buying from Vinted as I had read quite a lot of negative reviews. I think it's because people don't understand how it works. I bought a small priced item at first to test it out, and unfortunately, the seller had already sold the item. The seller to be fair, got back to me really quickly and apologised as they had listed the item on another selling marketplace and it had sold. This can happen a few times. Since then I have purchased about 8-10 items from Vinted without any issues. As with all marketplaces if you are looking for high-end designer goods you should be cautious and be able to ask the seller questions before parting with large sums of money. The onus is on us as the buyer to ask the right questions and to be able to authenticate the goods. Look at the seller ratings first and see how often they are on and the time that they take to respond. I like that about Vinted as it tells you when the Seller was last on the site and how long they take, they also tell you the date the item was available for sale. So if the date was over 3 months old then it may have sold. I have not had any experience as a seller yet, although I have listed an item for sale. So I will see how it goes.

Unfortunately, there are people who want to make other people's lives unpleasant; but I don't think it is fair to blame Vinted for that.

Overall, yes I would recommend Vinted to family and friends. I gave it 5 stars as my experience has been good.

I usually visit a high street store to purchase from Holland and Barrett but decided to order online. There were lots of offers like the 'Penny' offers that I took advantage of. However, whilst I think that H&B offer good quality goods, I think it can be a bit pricey at times, even with their money off offers. I got drawn in by the buy one get one half price deals, so my online order was more than I originally wanted to pay. Having said all of that I am still impressed with their service. The only other fault is that your goods take longer to arrive than you would expect. Overall yes I would recommend to others and I still would give them 5 stars!

I have been shopping at HoF for over 4 years online. I have purchased a range of different clothes, bags and other accessories and I've always received a great service. I'm really happy with their goods, I found them reliable as I needed an outfit for a wedding and the delivery was fast. I have also used their return service without any issues. I will definitely be buying again.

Okay, so I have waited a period of time before posting this review. I am going to be as honest as possible. I purchased twice from light in the box and both times it has been a case of 'hit and miss'. The second time was in December 2017, where I purchased what I thought was a real human hair wig, it was not human hair it was synthetic. I know this because I purchase human hair all of the time from elsewhere. I tested it using heat and other appliances and it is not real human hair because it burned quickly and would not curl. I contacted LITB and to be fair to them they responded back very quickly and gave me the option to return the item, with postage labels etc. However, the wigs were so bad that I threw them away. They were poorly made and not authentic. I was extremely disappointed to say the least, I was in fact very angry at the time. This is a shame because if LITB gets it right with their goods and services they could be a really good company.

The shipping time for December was okay and to be honest it is what I would expect for this time of year. The goods were delivered in a reasonable amount of time on both occasions.

My advice is to be careful when placing orders. I would not say do not buy anything from them at all, because several other items I purchased were reasonable, not great but Okay. But I would say be careful with the quality of the goods you are ordering and the money you are parting with. In short 'you get what you pay for' and if it is too good to be true then that's because it is.

I have been shopping at ASOS for a few years now, I love the product range and the continuous discounts they offer. The shipping is super fast, the quality of the ASOS range is excellent. I buy on a regular basis and have not been let down.
