I use to.lije AliExpress. Buy lately price is up and well quality is down. Bought a dental tooth scaler and used a week before I got a bad electrical shock.notified them with picture of mark.on arm where electric came out while I had it in my mouth. They told me that was not possible they denied my refund. After getting an electric shock they denied my refund. I filed complaint with u s consumer produce safety and told them I would make there product unsellable.they gave me my 23$ back. Only way to get messages from them is to download there app. Well once app is downloaded you will get non stop. Messages about the deal of the minute. It's constant.Still can't find log out on there app. So now after I read the message I just delete there app to stop the ads. It just another internet whore house. Just so you realize that we are getting bombarded with 5 million ads over our life it's way out of hand. No longer advertising it's brainwashing. Just my thoughts on 1984.
I used AliExpress to get plenty of products for myself, from Halloween decorations up to bicycle accessories. 80% of the products that I oredered arrived, and for the other 20% I was refunded. The refund process takes a while (between 10 and 30 days for dispute and up to 30 more days for refund to get in bank account). Some products arrive within a month while for others it may take even 3 months to arrive since they are sent from China to Europe. There is a courier option faster that's faster but is insanely expensive (e.g. 50$ shipping for a 10$ product) while postal shipping is usually free or cheap (up to 5$). Good products backed by 3month warranty.
Have been ordering beads from AliExpress for a couple of months. Everything was going fine, prices were good, most items were good quality and I received my orders, happy etc. Then they had a sale on Nov 11 so I was going to order 119 items. When I tried to pay it locked up my order with some lame Appeal process and they want me to upload my credit card and ID like drivers or passport to release my order! I have spent days trying different ways to pay but until I upload my info it won't let me pay. I will not upload anything so I am not happy and can't get my orders. Errr
Most of the time, the products I order are great. Every now and then I get a defective product OR a product gets lost in the mail, but the majority of the time, this is a great site to order from. Only downside (loss of 1 star) is that the delivery times are very random. Sometimes I get things in 3-4 working days (Order on Thursday, it arrives on Tuesday), other times when the product arrives, it has been 6 months or more and I have completely forgotten I ordered it.
Refund policy is VERY buyer friendly though and items that take forever to arrive I have almost always got a refund.
I have had lots of things shipped now from this site direct have a few on the way now too! Cant see anything wron with it to be honest. I used to shop on one of the biggest auction sites in the uk/us but I wont name names they know who they are, no fault of thiers it seems there are more scammers on those sites than ever before, at least you get reviews to go by on this site. I have yet to ask for my money back on any item and hope to do more business with them in the future! I have had to wait for a refund on items 6 times over the last couple of months on the other evilbay so each to thier own.
I buy lots of stuffs from china whether its clothes to small electronic devices. I recomend highly to use aliexpress if you want to buy cheap electronic goods such as earphones, usb cable, powerbanks... etc. You need to read the reviews of the seller when before buying it off them. I would try to buy items from sellers who have 98% positives upwards. Delivery is usually takes 2-4 weeks therefore please understand its from china not from you local PC WORLD (if you live in the UK) its thousand miles away! If you dnt want to wait at least a month this website is not for you.
I actually love this website. I've spent over thousands of dollars on this website buying crafts, clothing, shoes and accessories and 4/5 times I get a good product for the price I paid for. IF you are unsatisfied with the products, you can open a dispute and request for partial to full-refund and you almost always get away with what you ask for.
You can also ask seller for photos before they send the products. If the product is good quality, then they will usually send you a photograph!

I will never order from this site again. I got an email stating that my package was signed and delivered to me but guess what i didnt even sign for it, so my package is missing and my money was basically stolen from me.
I have ordered many times from them. Finally realizing that they really don't have any quide lines like we do here is us. They will literally send you something ok one day and something now one can wear the next. Only to be thrown away. But I am fighting back and filing disputes on every item i order if they are not like they should be.

My experience is if you know what you are doing and you are ok with taking some risk, let's say 45% of times you might not find stuff you order is what you are looking for or even horrible, you are ok. I have got some stuff fast with good quality, which enticing me to order more, then other times I would get stuff that goes directly to garbage! Asking for return or exchange is impossible so don't bother. Miscommunication happens ALL THE TIME! Once I asked if this product will get to me in a month, the person racklessley said yes but in deed it arrived way later than that. I was planning on a 3 month trip n needed that for the trip. But the person's wrong promise was causing my shipment sitting in front of my door for 3 month... This is not AMAZON so proceed with cautions.

Do not shop at this store. The photos they publish look great but they do not deliver as promised. I ordered two items from this store in a large. When I finally received it was an extra small. This website is garbage. I was so excited, seeing all the stuff I can get for cheaper than eBay prices. Howeve, when I ordered from "trusted" sellers, I was completely disappointed. The measurements they provide are off, and opening a dispute is bsically a joke. They just have the dispute button there to make you feel like you are protected as a buyer, when really, it's just a false sense of security. I opened adispute and 2 weeks later, still no response from anyone. Absolute junk! I would stick to ebay or Amazon.
It is very difficult to search for a product. The algorithm and the filter do not work.
Their "BUYER PROTECTION" is also not real. Refund is only if the seller cancels. Twice I received a broken product, I sent pictures and a video, they claimed that there was not enough evidence

I ordered an item 3 months ago and still have not received it. I raised a dispute which the dispute team has since closed saying that the item has been delivered to the local post office in my location. The post office claims that they haven't received the item.
As far as I am concerned, I have paid for an item which I still haven't received. And I shouldn't have to keep following this up.
It is the responsibility of AliExpress to check what has happened and fix this.

Would have given them a 0 if possible. Ordered a screening replacement for a broken electronic picture frame. After not hearing anything I checked the site and discovered THE SELLER CANCELED THE ITEM. Apparently they had a shipping problem but never bothered to tell me that they canceled. Had to start a dispute to get my money back and now they want all kinds of information about the broken picture frame. Why would that matter since I never received the replacement and they got my money. I would warn anyone to order from them. Should have ordered from Amazon and paid a few $ more. At least they stand behind there customers and just make things right if the seller doesn't.
I ordered three items and received two which is not quality, size on site as suggested was wrong. The order was sent November 27and I was sent a text it was delivered December 17 which was Saturday. Canadian post office is closed on weekends and Niaahinn Store still insists the item was delivered on weekend.
