The overall reputation of the company reflects significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to pervasive issues with order fulfillment, delayed deliveries, and inadequate customer service. Many customers report difficulties in receiving refunds and resolving disputes, often feeling ignored or misled by the company's support channels. Please don't trust this Aliexpress online item; they show different things when you receive the article; it's like junk. They don't answer after they collect the money.

Don't spend money or time with it
June 19, 2023

I ordered two transfer films from two different vendors. Did not spend much money as I was being cautious...deservedly so. Supposedly shipped items, supposedly went through customers and to the USPS office. Advised by AliExpress tracking they attempted delivery and was unsuccessful. Either USP puts in in your mailbox or asks for signature and if you are not home they leave package notice. I work from home. No delivery. Contacted USPS and gave them tracking numbers; was advised one never received and the other was so mislabelled it was discarded. Contacted vendors and AliExpress, told I would receive replacements, never happened. Then asked for refund who said they would send replacements (never did). Contacted AliExpress under Buyer Protection - denied. Ridiculous. Don't spend any moeny through it; either they are inept or its fraud.

Not recommended
June 19, 2023

Bought a USB drive that failed. No computer would recognize it. Seller demanded "proof" that the drive had failed (including a video!) and refused a refund. AliExpress, which is jiust a front for the sellers, would not help. I tried getting a refund via Paypal but they required sending the drive back with tracking, which would have cost more than the drive cost. It was only $11.17 but the principle here is AliExpress has sellers who do not stand behind their products. Almost any other seller I know would have taken the drive back and refunded, and most frankly would not even require a return. I will never again buy from AliExpress

I ordered a rice cooker on AliExpress but never received the item. The seller created a Fedex shipping label with weight listed as 0.01 lb, which is not possible for a rice cooker. Ten days after the creation of the shipping label, I tracked the order but Fedex never received the package. When I asked the seller to check the package, they replied with the shipper could not locate the shipping address and therefore returned the package. I am not sure how it is possible as the package never reached to Fedex in US. Now, I have to spend effort and time to dispute the charges. I just wanted to save a few dollars but in the end, it is not worth of my time, not to mention of the frustration. Never buy from AliExpress again.

Avoid!
June 15, 2023

Although there are for sure also honest sellers, because of its customer protection policy that protects only sellers, AliExpress has turned into an excellent scam and fraud platform. If you pay for something, you can only hope that what you ordered will actually arrive, because otherwise you would simply lose your money. There is no protection, and customer support will do everything to prevent you from getting a refund. Although all delivery deadlines have long passed, they told me several times to wait a few more days, and at the end they finally closed my case with the explanation "this request has exceeded the AliExpress protection period". Pure fraud. Avoid.

I ordered 2 balls of glow-in-the-dark yarn. I received 36 2.0mm knitting needles. Despite their own delivery invoice showing a picture of the knitting needles with a description of the yarn, they insisted that since a package was delivered (although the item sent was not correct), their obligation was complete. Be careful!

Terrible
June 14, 2023

My parcel never got to my house. It was sent to the post office and then delivery failed. The parcel was then returned to sender and they refuse to refund my money. Ali express said I need to track it down with the post office and find it? This website is a scam. The tracking is not accurate and before you know where the parcel is. It is gone. The resolution to this was I just paid them money for nothing. Again this website is a SCAM! Also the CEO owns a 200 million dollar yacht if that makes you feel better about the money they are robbing from people.

Never use it! I purchased a LG vacuum battery (>$136) from its website, and the battery did not fit. I immediately contacted the seller Xinenjue on the day I received the battery and showed them the picture according to their request. They just refused to let me return it until I showed them the design defect of their battery compared to the original one. Until then XinenJue apologized and agreed to let me return. However, they refused to pay for the shipping cost. After a long argument, they agreed to pay for shipping. But after I shipped it using USPS flat shipping, XinenJue refused to pay for the shipping cost $44, saying the shipping cost was too high. Now two months later, I haven't got a penny back. The return was stuck in customs, and Xinenjue said it was because I did not provide their phone number(which I was not given before the return). According to Xinenjue's request, I contacted USPS, but USPS said they could not add additional information unless this was a priority or express mail. I cannot waste my time with them anymore, I asked for a refund and accepted the shipping lost $44 myself. Still not being solved. If you want to go through these troubles, order from Aliexpress then.

Beware and be advised. The item ordered was nothing like the item we received. Ali express has a very difficult return procedure - we followed it to the letter, they then stopped communicating with us after we were not discouraged by by that. Do not take the chance dealing with this sketchy looking operation [aliexpress] like we did. Auto trim part $165.00.

I've done a lot of business here and I've been receiving damaged, broken, non- working items. When I go to dispute and provide pictures they refuse to refund you unless s it's under $2.00. I've lost a lot of hard working money because of these issues! I was forced to fight then thru my credit card company! I highly recommend you don't buy a thing from here!

Insecure for buyer
June 12, 2023

I bought something but never received it! The seller's logistics information is fake and it said the good was in our country. But our local postal logistics showed that the goods were in Hungary. Contacted Aliexpress support several times, but nothing helped. I showed them the logistics search result, and they chose to believe the false seller's logistics information and asked me to give them an official paper format document from our post office. Since the good has not been in our country, the Post office here couldn't give me the document of missing good which has not come into our country. No way, I can only bear all the losses. Be careful with the seller's logistics information, it can be fake and you have to bear the consequences.

They have too many bad sellers that do not even send the goods and Mark as delivered.
Then support doesn't allow you to raise a request!

I've lost £200 so far from problems.

Buyer Protection is a lie.

Never believe in Buyer Protection. They just lie.
If they required to return the package, don't. Because the seller on aliexpress leaves an address that does not go to their mailbox, but stops at the postal warehouse.
And in the end Aliexpress does not refund because the package was not delivered.
Then you lose both the package and shipping costs.
I said goodbye to Aliexpress and don't want to buy anymore from that fraudulent website.

While the prices are a bargin make sure you are going to keep the item, trying to return/refund is impossible it's like they make it so inconvenient they want you to give up,also descriptions are not always accurate, they will advertise 2 bicycle tires send you one but picture shows 2 and says tires, they said they show 2 tire to show they have 2 sizes,BS! Just recently I tried to give them another chance I ordered a tube guitar bass overdrive, while it sounds fantastic on guitar on bass the bottom end is completely sucked out, advertised as guitar bass overdrive but useless on bass, sent a message but so far no reply I think I'll stick to Amazon,Ebay and other U.S.based supplier's.

AliExpress is NOT SAFE. Their 'Buyer Protection' is NOT REAL. If you buy from them, you may get your item, but you may also loose your money with no real recourse.

In my case the items never arrived. The USPS tracking info clearly showed that the items were never revived from the international carrier, and therefor never delivered to me. I went through claims process, providing detailed links, screenshots and information. The seller refused the claim, saying I should contact he Post Office. On appeal to the so called 'Buyer Protection', they summarily denied the claim, with no real explanation or opportunity for me to respond. I contacted customer service, which was a drawn out ordeal over chat (the only option). The chat took almost and hour as they are really slow, and I could not leave my computer since the session times out every 3 minutes if you do not keep clicking to keep it alive. In the end the woman said she would put in a request for a refund. I then quickly got another e-mail saying I was not getting a refund and I should 'contact the post office'.

So, the site is legitimate, in that you may receive real items. But its is NOT SAFE - if anything goes wrong AliExpress is not interested in making it right. Be prepared to LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
