With no explanation my account was shut down. Even when I opened a new account as per their instruction, a new account would never process the purchases, they were cancelled/closed. I was disgusted that some of the merchandise I received was counterfeit. Chinese suppliers do not understand customer service. Never again will I deal with Aliexpress.
I ordered three customized dresses and the seller told me I would have to pay extra for customization but never explained how I would pay for the extra cost. I bought the original cost and then I questioned the seller about this and she told me to reorder the dresses. I told her no. Then she told me to go to a different site and buy a different dress because it was "close to the difference" she also wanted me to extend the processing of the order I ignored her and asked their new help board for advice and they told me to ignore it and it would expire and I would get a refund. I only had one day left for processing and the $#*! pushed the order though as processed and shipped! I KNOW she never sent them so I contacted them again and asked what to do. Now I have to wait for ten days before I can even start a dispute with the seller to try and get a refund. Luckily I printed and saved all the messages on my computer so I have proof!

Hello, the owner of this site close your site because if you can't give your products to specify time to your customer then why are you open this website and you also take our money first and I didn't receive my product still. It's have almost 1 month passed what am I do? And please don't place fake reviews.
A lot of sellers in Aliexpress are cheaters.
Very bad products, specification's lies, used another carrier than the payed, broken or very bad enveloped products, etc.

I ordered "virgin" hair from Aliexpress last week. When I got it, I rinsed it and the water ran yellow. After the hair was washed, I tried bleaching the extensions, along with my own hair, in an ombre. My hair turned a pretty shade of pale blonde while the extensions turned burnt orange and crumbled. I couldn't even brush the 20 inch extensions because the end were ripping off. I contacted Aliexpress Customer service and they told me that I do not have a case for a refund. This is a few hundred dollars wasted. Do not trust this site.
Ordered an overpriced plant stand, came in with Chinese instructions for something else not received. Cheap and not worth half of what paid, Also ordered plant seeds which they failed to send.

I have only ordered Virgin hair from AliExpress, but have always received my shipment amazingly quickly and had great contact from sellers. Maybe bc this is a big selling item for them, they are better with extensions than other products, but I have no complaints at all. There was a recent time I changed my mind re: a hair purchase and cancelled it; I received my refund to my card promptly. Will stick to AliExpress as opposed to WISH who NEVER deliver items when they are projected to arrive.
I have a question for others instead of review: I know a lot of products are counterfeit etc. I'm actually planning to buy a wedding gown from them because they are so much cheaper than anywhere I've seen. Can I get an opinion on this? I know someone told me to go here, so it must be alright.
I should have done my research as you are now! I purchased three pendant lights for my new home. I soon received an email say they were out of U.S. stock, but could send me the lights from their China stock. I agreed.
Weeks passed and I contacted them about my order which they responded a day later saying they are being shipped in 3 days. Anther week went by and I had to contact them again. They responded a day later with tracking numbers where the information was in in Chinese. Once I got that cleared up I thought we were good to go. Wrong!
I kept watching the tracking on a daily basis and it was not changing. When I contacted them again, they said not to worry, it is coming.
Six weeks later I received my product only to find all three lights scratched up and missing parts. When I complained about it. They said they would give a partial refund and i could go buy paint and parts to fix the lights. WTH?
I bought and paid for a new product and I expect a new product. They still refused to honor that request. I currently have a dispute in with my credit card company against AliExpress.com.
Don't purchase from them unless you are willing to accept sub-par product which very likely will be damaged. They won't give you a refund either. They try to barter with you for a deal that favors them.
My worst online shopping experience. I buy LCD display for my phone and wait for 20 day to send it and 40 day to arrive. When it arrives I check LCD and it's not working. I open dispute and explain what is problem but for me no luck she decided in seller benefit and I lose many and my time. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Have been a member of this site since 2013 and below is my honest impression
1. Alot of counterfeit items sold for half the price of the original. Please don't get fooled the quality is crap
2. The prices are not cheap. I can get alot of the same items cheaper in any dollar store
3. Dont buy anything electronic or with battery or stated as genuine leather. They break down very quickly. Lots of fakes also
4. Shipping times are very long. One item took two month to arrive
5. Customer service is bad. You can easily lose your money if don't know the game
6. Sellers try to squeeze you of any penny they can by all unethical behavior
7. Fake sales: if an item was 10 dollars; they increased it's original price before any major event. Then they bring it back to 10 dollars during the event. LoL. An example is the upcoming anniversary sale

Ordered 6 items of items. Only received 3. They say shipping by air and after checking delivery it has been stuck somewhere between China and Canada for 2 months. Last time I checked there is no airport between Canada and China.
