I ordered a dress from prom... and it's horribile, the dress looks nothing like the picture, it took ages to come, that's £190 pounds gone. All scammers, now I cNt go to prom!

Product title always listed the highest grade model to make you believe that's what you are getting. You will find multiple model in the selection below. But in regardless which model you pick, the title won't change the description. Even after you placed the order, your invoice product description will show the highest model, with small fine print list the model you actually ordered.
Showing you one of the example, (not the product I ordered), I can probably list a bunch of it. Be aware.
(I wish I can arrange the order of the picture, but I can't. Here you go)
Third picture - advertise email description. Listed as *******mAh Car Power Bank... for $41.11
First Picture - Listed as *******mAh Car Power Bank... for $42.09, but it's actually a *******mAh model. With less than half capacity, it will probably jump a very small car.
Second picture - If you want what is advertised, it's actually $83.05. Noted that the main description won't change in regardless which model you picked. Pay attention to the small font description.
This is also happened to my order of a TV Box. Contact the seller. Very rude person. Saying "Are you blind?" Obviously, I am not blind, just not very careful with a web site operate by crooks.

Avoid this seller/ Eyesonu store Store No. *******. I had ordered an item on the 1st august 2014 and i still have not received it. I am now at the escalated dispute stage for 2 weeks now. The argument i have faced for this length of time with the seller is i have to be patient. It clearly states on his webpage with a clock logo FULL REFUND IF NOT RECEIVED IN 39DAYS. ITS NOW 1ST OCTOBER 2014. As determined as i am i will not let this fraudster get away with it. So do not buy from this seller. ALIEXPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE Does not work. There is no such thing.

Terrible...

Terrible... to say the least. I actually found a really good supplier who delivered the goods in a very timely manner and I had great correspondance back and forth with him. The problem? It was impossible to pay for things on aliexpress. I tried paying with a VISA and it kept telling me my VISA 3D verification was not authorized. I called VISA and my bank MANY times and they assured me my card was in perfect working order. I was even on the phone with my bank while putting an order in and the bank assistant on the phone told me the transaction wasn't even showing up on his screen. It was a problem with their website. So I did what everyone else would do... I contacted customer service. Well little did I know that it is non-existent. I sent 4 emails and it has been weeks now with no response to any of my inquires.

Apparently aliexpress is linked with alibaba which is supposed to be a credible company. Not the case, I contacted alibaba several times with no response.

Stay as far away as you possibly can.

BOUGHT ITEMS FROM ALIEXPRESS SELLER NANA YAN AND AS SOON AS I RECEIVED THEM I CONTACTED SELLER AS THEY DIDNT WORK. HE DELAYED, KEPT ASKING FOR PICS, THEN A VIDEO, THE ASKING ME WHY IT WASNT WORKING. HE FINALLY DELAYED PAST THE 30 DAY LIMIT FOR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. HE FINALL SAID SHIP ITEMS BACK AND GAVE ME AN ADRESS. WELL SHIPPING COSTS TO CHINA WAS FAR MORE THAN VALUE OF ITEMS!
THIS IS A BAD BUSINESS MODEL.

Hello,

I like the product and quality I received. But this dispute is just to complain about the fact the I did not get 100 qty's that were originally on the description of the product.

I only received 50 qty's which was communicated to me after I already spent the money and was waiting for 3 weeks because the seller made a mistake where it should have been listed for 100 qty's not 50.
This was really upsetting because I needed those for my guests, and its really not fair that I paid and did not get what I asked for?

If there was a mistake, my money should have been refunded to me as soon as they found the error, instead they shipped whatever amount they wanted to send and told me after they shipped it. That's unfair to me and for this I will not recommend this site.

Good business practice should have been to honor what was originally listed on the site then correct it so no one else has this issue. It was wrong to short ship me after I paid and tell me later rather than give me the choice to cancel the order.

Beaware from sellers in this platform. Check every details and don't buy from someone you don't trust as Ali express will do nothing to protect you. I ordered an item from a seller that item has a standard size (Door handle). The seller sent a tiny one and when i filled a dispute Ali express put the fault on me as I should have make sure of every single details even when the seller doesn't provide it in the item description before I buy and rejected my request to return or refund the item.
Even if the item was within the standards, the quality was bad and Ali express requested a testify from "Certified testin Organization" to accept my claim!
I buy from Ali Express to save money, THIS WILL COST ME 10 TIMES THE ITEM PRICE!
If you think you saving money, think twice before you use Ali Express.

I had purchased two bags from Wang clothing foreign company trading store number
******* on 5/5/14 he sent the goods to my agent in Guanzhou on 14/5/14. Both the bags were poor quality so I contacted the store owner Mr Wang. He had asked me to sent the bags back to him and he will give me full refund. Both the bags were sent back to him but he is willing to give my money back just excuses one after one. S PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I've been buying from AliExpress for years and WAS great.

But the past 18 months it's changed. My credit details have been stolen three times in this time and it's always after its been used on AliExpress. I don't use it anywhere else and every single time I used it on AliExpress, it got stolen.

Now to their couriers...they used to use Australia Post but now it's Fast Horse or YTo. If you arent home and there's nowhere to leave the parcel, that's it. They will not try to deliver again and will return the items to sender. You contact Fast Horse (as impossible to contact YTO) to ask if they can deliver again but they refuse and tell you because you weren't home, its on its way back to sender. "But don't worry you'll get a refund" By the time it gets back to sender though, so much time has passed that you are now too late to get a refund.
They tell you to contact sender but sender then tells you it's not in the country yet so refuses to refund you and to keep waiting as it will arrive. Who's telling the truth? Neither I think.

So, if you decide to go out or work, tough luck as you won't get your parcel. You must be home 24/7 for weeks as you have no idea when they'll deliver as tracking tells you nothing. It's great

Absolutely despicable, unprofessional behaviour and they don't care.

Not shopping here anymore

Tip for consumers: they won't refund, they will steal credit details and customer service help doesn't exist

Avoid XunYuePC Store
November 27, 2019

I ordered a motherboard from XunYuePC Store on the Aliexpress.com web site. It was an out of production board. Supposedly used but in good functioning condition. It took 2 months to receive it, was delayed past the expected delivery date. I was away when it arrived and when I did get home to test it was after the 15 day refund date. I tested the motherboard and it was totally non functional. Contacted the seller and told them it was totally dead. When power applied nothing. Normally there are lights and start up beeps to help diagnose any mother board issues. This did nothing. I was told to submit a video of the problem. It makes no sense to submit a video of a board doing nothing however when I tried there was a file limit that prevented me from submitted the video. My refund request was declined. I tried to raise a dispute and this was rejected. I tried to submit a bad review and I am not even able to submit a poor review for this seller. It has made me very reluctant to buy from Aliexpress. There is little buyer protection.

Buyer beware

There are a lot on neat items coming out of China that are simply not available anywhere else. I have had some success with AliExpress and its vendor but I have also lost items and money. One problem is the 30-50 day delivery period. One item ordered recently did not arrive in the specified period but a week before arrival I was asked by AliExpress if the item arrived and was I satisfied. When I said no item yet they replied give it another couple days. Of course the item did not arrive and when I went to apply for a refund I discovered the order was now closed and there was no way to get the refund - $40 lost. Another problem is same manufacturer, same model number but a different item. Recently I purchase a DPC-18 ebike display from Bafang. The version described on the various web reviews worked with my BBS-02 controller and supported the 9 levels of assist; however, the DPC-18 version I received from Bafang can only support 5 levels of assist. I contacted Bafang directly, no response - $142 lost. So my track record with AliExpress is $500 of successful purchases with about $200 of losses. Buyer beware!

Company not This is the worst company I know they steal the money from the Customer they send you bad parts and they don't give you back the money then they say it's one's fault because he authorized compare it and my bank TD Bank doesn't work either I tried 3 times to take my $108 and I couldn't I still have the part here with its original packaging

Great site and almost too easy to use. But there are a few things to look out for.
- Check the reviews of the product and the shop.
- Check your size, NOT M, L, XL, XXL. Check the actual measurements stated. And expect not strectch.
- Check for a lower priced product, what it shows is not always the cheapest. But balance that out with reviews, and delivery times as said in the reviews.
- Contact the shop whenever an order as late and getting close to dispute.
- Track your order and always go straight to dispute when delivery time is up.
- Dont cancel your dispute until you get an answer from Ali-express. Not the shop.
- Go for the refund, not the send it again, as you may not get sent it again, and have to wait just as long twice. Get the refund and order from another shop if you must have it.
- Dont order anything that you might have to order unless you are very confident on receiving the order in good condition. (through reading previous orders)
- Dont order USB drives. They are either seconds, or at best, hit n miss. And who wants to return a usb drive?
- Anything with a battery, be careful. They put in cheaper batteries, that dont work, are not as good and dont last as long.
These are just what I have encountered in general. Not overall. But buyer be-ware with the areas I have mentioned. If its too good a deal, then there is probably a reason.

Be aware of the fraudulent practices of this company. I received a phone with a European charger and I put a dispute online, the guy send me credit for 12 dollars for me to buy my own. After a month and a half the phone broke, people were unable to hear me. When I contacted the seller he was just laughing at me and telling me to upload a video of the problem, which is impossible. Then I contacted their support people. At first they start trying to avoid helping you buy saying, you already put a dispute and the seller sent you the money back... Even when you explain to them that this is a second dispute like 20 times, they pretend not to understand. Then they go to say that since you open one dispute they can't open one more. Then eventually after putting pressure they just tell you that they will contact the seller to resolve the problem. I contacted them over chat and they just laugh at you and they all repeat the same every time you contact them: "we are concern about your experience, I will make sure you problem is resolve. We do not condone the attitude of the seller and we will take care of this problem." when you tell them that they sound like a F... machine, they say, "no I am a human and I will resolve your problem," then nothing happens. Do not expect to have any kind of warranty like you do in the US. The company is a fraudulent company and their sellers do not have any ethic. They are a bunch of thief.

За год с июня 2018 по июнь 2019 сделал на АлиЭкспресс 34 заказа. От лоптопа и смартфонов до всякой мелочи как зубная паста. Один смартфон был украден на Почте РФ (выдан другому лицу через 2 минуты после поступления в отделение почты). Две неотслеживаемых дешевых посылки пропали неизвестно где. Но АлиЭкспресс спор решил по этим трем эпизодам в мою пользу и мне были возвращены деньги точно в срок - 9 дней. Мой опыт рекомендует смело делать покупки на АлиЭкспресс. Фирма гарантированно поддерживает полкупателя.
For the year from June 2018 to June 2019, I made 34 orders for Aliexpress. From laptop and smartphones to every little thing like toothpaste. One smartphone was stolen at the Post of the Russian Federation (issued to another person 2 minutes after entering the post office). Two untracked cheap parcels disappeared unknown where. But the AliExport dispute decided on these three episodes in my favor and the money was returned to me just in time - 9 days. My experience recommends boldly shopping at AliExpress. The company is guaranteed to support the buyer.
