ALIEXPRESS is the worst place that you can do your shopping! Their buyer protection is SCAM - they dont stand behind their policy. If you order some goods and if you dont recieved in the end and if there is another SCAMER(the seller) and they show you some Chainice paper with some fake weights and stats - Delivered - but without any other detail - who get the order or when was happened the delivery. IT IS HUGE SCAM - YOUR MONEY WILL BE BURNED. IF I CAN give them 0 stars I would do it!

0 star or Less is my take on this website. 3 transactions made just to try it out. 3 negative experiences.
1) 2 units 512GB flash drives turned out to 8.5GB each.
2) Lot of 3 pcs. Touch-Screen Android cell phone at $48. Xx Seller refused to honour transaction. Same item re-listed at 98.99/pc.one day later, then re-listed again at 198.99/pc. A few days later, today re-listed at $848/pc.
3) Another Android 3.2" Touch-Sceen Mobile Phone at $18.99/pc. Not shipped out after 28 days.

No way to contact AliExpress. Cannot hold a candle to eBay. Blocked from opening a Dispute Case on the third transaction. No Resolution Center to help buyers. System is set to disable photo attachments. You deal with a stupid virtual agent who does nothing but gives you a runaround. To date, no refund issued on transactions 2 and 3. No wonder Paypal opted out. This site is filled with fraudulent sellers trying to make a quick buck with AliExpress' as a criminal accomplice. What they ought to do is to "man-up" and go rob a bank instead. Shame and blemish and a total disgrace to the Chinese. Definitely DONE with them and will be closing my account after getting my refunds. In the event that I don't, I shall proceed to lodge reports against them to Internet Crime Center.

IncreasingShoes sells footwear with elevated insoles to help all us men under six feet tall feel a little better about our height in an often superficial society. However, they lie about their products. Don't order any shoes from this website.

Other than the standard price - which is typically at least twice the cost of a normal pair of shoes, so like $70 to $140 and up - their shoes simply DON'T elevate as they promise. When emailing their Support department, these are the exact words she said to me: "Since only the heel part is elevated, height increase will only be around 1 to 2 inches. This is very similar to how women's high heels work." Only they don't mention that on the site anywhere you could possibly see it, if at all. Not to mention, the shoes aren't even high quality. They'll only last you about seven or eight weeks before they fall apart at the seams.

So much for being tall and respected. I only wanted to reach a respectable, normal height of at least 6'1", so a 2" to 2 & 1/4" boost wasn't asking for too much. Guess I'm going to have to find a more reputable shoe site that can elevate my height in public to that of all of my fully grown peers. I only hope I can help others with this review to avoid making the same mistake with this shoddy company as I did. Use another company besides this one if you need some height elevating footwear.

I bought two car volt meter+charger, received one and it doesn't work, voltage is always 12.5V and none USB port can charge. I said it might e a faked one. Raised up deputy seller no reply, then ali support joins said I have not present the original brand name (most Chinese prod has no brand) so my claim is rejected, closed and no refund given.
Ali support intensively ignore other problems and stick to "might", there is no live human on its web to support.
I also used to lost items from it, so, be very careful to use.

Very bad customer service.
I never received the product I orderd. Onl; y after a lot of messages fort and back, and more then a motnh later I received back my money. Only to find out that customerswho where refunded can not leave behind feedback on their website. So the feedback you read there, it presumably onoly from relatively happy custoners, who did not need a refund. Sort of misleading if you would aks me.

BUYERS BEWARE! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I purchased from a company called "qiqi zhang" they sent me a dress that DO NOT look NOTHING like the picture. They had me to send the dress back, and now 2 months later they claimed they NEVER received the dress and refuse to give me my money back! I spend over 240.00 between the dress and delivery. Do Not believe AliExpress stating they protect the buyer. These people are all connected and stealing people money. My money was STOLEN, and no one from ALIEXPRESS has contacted me!

I ve bought around 80 personal items from this site ranging from electronic to clothes. I find if you pay a wee little bit more for jackets, shoes etc. the quality really is much better. I ve had a few assh**e sellers who say they have an item in stock and then when i pay say 'Oh sorry we actually don't have this item' and show you a 'nicer' more expensive 'Similar' item. I always got my money back. They depend alot on feedback. So i would recommend if you had a serious problem make sure you put that in the feedback. I use that alot to review a seller. Also dont get to excited when you see something and pay straight away. Ask questions. Other then that and the slow delivery (but hey its free!). I honestly love this site. Its cheap and has so much variety. It takes one $#*! seller to ruin someones image Aliexpress. An i cant blame them really but at the end of the day don't tarnish all sellers with the same brush, not everyone out to scam. Most are good, decent sellers trying to earn their income.

I ha e ow been scammed twice in Aliexpress in the last month. PLEASE DO NOT BUT ANY PHONES FROM THEM. They are fake copies and have false specifications.

Aliexpress, an online Chinese portal where you can buy a lot of interesting things beats the popularity records. Among many interesting offers one can find these really competitively priced. Unfortunately, wherever money is at stake, there will always be someone who will want to commit fraud.

Last week I bought at Zhejiang Jiaxiu shop inc. some really cheap products. With a special promotion - a 99% discount for Aliexpress users only - I bought several sets of bedding, mattresses, duvets and blankets. Of course the price for these products was low just to view other offers. But I decided to buy the cheapest. (Screen 01).
After a week however, these deals have been canceled by the seller. No reason given. Nobody wrote "I'm sorry". Everything was really in Chinese.
Zhejiang jiaxiu shop inc. However, this is how it works - from time to time making products available for an absurdly low price just to cancel them later. The assumption of the scammer is that when browsing all the products in the store, the buyer has purchased the more expensive. Another issue is the return of funds, which the seller really has a lot of time.

I personally do not advise any purchases with this seller: Zhejiang Jiaxiu inc. As it happens with purchases from China, the products are very poor quality and often disagree with the previous description from the store.

Firstly, I made a large order of seeds and received an automated plea saying to please buy more for each and every item I purchased. The message used the same tactics and wording... saying that they have families to feed and/or that it was the manager pleading with you to buy more so she doesn't have to let any of her female workers go.

I flooded with over 100 of these, spaning over 48 hours. So was unable to find my legitamate emails, in the mess that was created.

Secondly, if you reply saying that you'll take a refund then - they refuse to give you one. They then say because it costs too much for shipping, they had to send it a slower route, and there's been some event that will impact your shipping time.

Reply REFUND REFUND REFUND and you will still get some automated response saying don't worry you will be happy with their product. It is literally impossible to get a refund once you click on that purchase button, and the manipulative messages start.

Thirdly, they all guarantee delivery within 60 days. If you click on the start a dispute button after the 60 days - don't expect anything to happen except a bunch of emotionally manipulative messages in reply. As far as I can tell it is literally impossible to get a refund.

My advice, buy anywhere else. If you use AliExpress your money is as good as gone!

All the 10 agents I spoke with were disgustingly reasuring that they guaranteed my refund, and the refund and appeal were all rejected with ZERO proof on their part. They wasted a good 3 hours of my time calling every delivery service and talking to their lying agents to STEAL MY MONEY.

If you really want to get ripped off, go and shop at Aliexpress. They will literally steal your money. I placed an order, and after typing my credit card, right after I clicked pay button, I saw a message that my order was cancelled for security reason. I contacted chat support right away, and they CONFIRMED that my card was not charged. Today I saw my card was charged by Aliexpress. I got in touch with chat support and explained everything and ask for my money since the order was automatically cancelled by Aliexpress. After chatting for 20 min, the chat support rep keep telling me 1 thing, GO TALK TO YOUR BANK FOR REFUND.

Good if u r looking for bargains that work as claimed. I have been buyering from AliExpress for almost past two years. 2013-2014 still seem alright. Since the start of 2015, I have been receiving items not as described. Wrong specs, entirely wrong order delivered, damaged delivery, wrong size. Only one I had the full refund, one unresponsive seller once deal closed, one partial refund and last one I decided to forget about it as the dealer expects me to send back the goods for a replacement (promising a freight reimbursement which I am all too wary). I will be more comfortable to order from ebay any time. But aliexpress, I will need to be very wary of the dealer's rating before I commit.
Another gribe about China delivery infrastructure, hideous at most times. Perhaps it's not fair to blame the courier/postal services until we are clear his the freifght forwarders work. I bought a Multimedia Player at Ali Car Store and when it came the screen was cracked, I'd told them via messages and they promise me they send me a new screen and I payed for the shipping. They lied to me for almost a month and now I can't open a dispute for the player, because you have just 15days after you received your package to open a dispute and when I contacted them on the status of my package they said it was returned to them. PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM ALI CAR STORE OR ALIEXPRESS THE WORST PLACE TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE YOU'LL GET IT.
