I use the store for a very long time. Everything suits me. Lots of good shopping. In disputes, all issues are resolved fairly. Many discounts and different promotions. Delivery is faster.
My order shipped over a week ago and still has not departed China. The 12-20 day arrival guarantee is bull. Will probably never receive this based off other reviews.

HONOR BOX had this...it was showing a advertised picture ( orange device)...they show a nice picture on the add,but when you go to the next page it shows a different device.but realy i dont care what colour it is,as long as it works the way it is supposed to...recieved a completly differnt device., ON THE RECIEPT THEY SENT it sais terestial after 4 months of messaging, they will not admit there mistake,half the time, they make out,they don't understand English. I have purchased from AliExpress.com numerous times over the past 2 years. I purchase personal items (handbags, jewelry, clothing). I've received products with great quality such as genuine leather handbags $60 ish versus $200@ Macy's and again, cheap quality such as little necklaces & bracelets for $1 or so. Like anywhere, you get what you pay for. I my case, I've had fantastic luck. The jewely in particular is awesome if you're looking for gold plated fashion jewelry. Way, way cheaper than Khols or Macy's, but really nice. The only disappointments I've had was ordering something and then the seller not having my size and/or color. This has happened 3 or 4 times. I've been promptly refunded EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not sure why so many people are negative on this site. Take a look of how the site / business was created and how it's evolved over the years. It's a regular Joe success story. Like any other "market place" type business, there are some honest and hard working sellers and there are a few that show no customer service skills. At the end of the day, I highly recomend AliExpress.com. I've had fun shopping there (another point, it takes a bit of getting used to how to effectively search this site) Good luck.
Sent in exact measurements for a dress, dress came incompletely off measurement by over a foot in length. Bodice over 7 inches too big.
Sending back was not an option due to cost of US shipping and 3rd world post beyond that.
The site guaranteed full refund if not satisfied riiiiiight, this was obviously a scam no time or effort was spent on any type of alteration, they grabbed what they had in stock and shipped it out.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
