Do knot order anything from ALIEXPRESS from China women dresses they are not like what you see. And they say they will give you a refund... THEY ARE LYING> I been trying to get my refund for the last 2months. DON'T BUY FROM CHINA>>> THE DRESS IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE. Its a guy name WILL CHOU and LI CHEN. Sent all TEN SEPARATE ORDERS to another state that I never listed as my address and then tell me order completed and will not send my order and I have been WAITING FOR FOUR MONTHS! Company says they will notify MaYa Party Balloons Supplies with courtesy message for the THIRD TIME. STILL BEING STIFFED! MaYa Party Balloons Supplies apparently sent an empty box to some random address and then tell me my order is completed. SCAM! NEVER ORDER FROM ALLIEXPRSS. They do nothing. I still have nothing after four months.

It was good at first, but everytime i tried to purchase something, the credit card will close and say it was closed for security reasons. I called my credit card company and they stated that the merchand (aliexpress) closed them out. My credit card pushed it through. Then when i FINALLY spoke to someone on the live chat, it was like a recording, i got the same messages. They said my bank was holding it... PS IT WAS NOT A BANK CARD. They want my drivers ID, CREDIT CARD AND BACK OF IT PLUS A BANK STATEMENT, for what... to steal my identity.

ITS A HUGE SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME, THEY ALREADY HAD TO CHANGE THEIR NAME TWICE, JUST WAIT TILL THEY DO IT AGAIN.

BUYER BEWARE!

I have been a customer for years. They have gone down hill and they will definitely take your money. I ordered a package of three (3) items from one seller and when the package arrived I was missing an item (that I paid for) I only got two (2) of the three (3) items. I contacted Aliexpress and informed them that I didn't receive all of the items in the package that I ordered. They told me that I needed to show proof of the missing item? How do I take picture proof of an item I didn't receive? Why is it my fault that the seller didn't put everything that I ordered in my package? Because the package says "delivered" it doesn't matter if you didn't get all the items that you ordered and paid for. It doesn't matter if the seller made a mistake and didn't send you everything. They refuse to reimburse you or resend the product so it's like throwing money out the window. If you choose to buy from here do not buy multiples because if the seller forgets an item or two they will not care. I should've learned my lesson considering the fact that this has happened multiple times to me. Personally, even if it wasn't delivered I don't think I'd be able to get my money back from them. They don't care about their customers. Buyer beware.

I purchased in Aliexpress site from a seller name "Dgaga Flagship Store", contacting a person name Cindy Lee. Not expensive item but it never arrive. This seller provide no solution but just simply refused to refund.

The story:
From Aliexpress site, I purchased just a $2.85 product from this "Dgaga Flagship Store" and paid them on Nov 11,2015. This is a fun gift to one of our friends for New Year gathering when we have the countdown. I expected 7 weeks' time is far more than sufficient for it to arrive.
Today is Jan 29,2016, it is already more than 2 months (79 days), but I still have not received it. I requested this "Dgaga Flagship Store" to refund me, but they simply refused and provide no other solution.
I then read this " Dgaga Flagship Store"'s buyers' feedback, and found so many of their buyers never receive their purchase.
Look like this seller is making quick money by not sending products out to all their buyers. I am one of them. Though the money I lost is only $2.85, plus no fun for our friends gathering, but I would like to warn all potential buyers DO NOT buy from this "Dgaga Flagship Store" in Aliexpress, or you may become one of the victim.
Keep far away from this "Dgaga Flagship Store" in Aliexpress site. Don't get Scammed by them like me.

They sell stolen artwork.

They sell stolen artwork that is recasted from an artists doll kit and sells them without permission from the original artist who owns the cast of the original. The cast of the original dolls are hand crafted and sculpted by an artist Ping Lau and others who spends so much time working on these dolls for perfection. She doesn't get any compensation on the dolls they sell that have been stolen. Please do not buy these fake dolls from these thieves! AliExpress has been notified of this and refuses to delete the postings that are stolen. I provided a link to one example. These dolls are normally made from safe materials when they come from the original designers but who knows what kind of poisons the stolen ones are made of!

Very shoddy business. I used AliExpress to buy a part from one of their sellers and after more than a month and a half, I still didn't receive anything (Order **************). All that Aliexpress is asking from me is to be patient but meantime it keeps pushing further the delivery date. As well, AliExpress won't give me a deadline after it will return the money I spent.
After 30 days passed from the purchase date you cannot submit any feedback which regards the sellers on AliExpress because, incidentally the delivery estimation is bigger (in my case was 35 days) thus the sellers will have a 'clean record' without merit. I don't know anyone who will post a bad review before the due date. It seems that all 'good' feedback you're reading is fake.
Trying to contact customer service is moot since you cannot respond to any e-mail sent by this department. E-mails are automatically generated and is mentioned that you cannot reply.
After all this, I decided to cut my losses (it was my first and definitely my last purchase on this website) and move to really honest companies like Amazon or eBay where the meaning of SAFE purchase is treated seriously.
The bottom line is if you wish to have a good buying (read safe) experience, spend a little more and DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS

I was foolish enough to place a high expensive order from AliEx. The have designed their system in such a way that their cheating sellers (there are many) reject order cancellations, even though buyers have the right to cancel. How is it in the world it could be fair that the buyer's dispute needs to be agreed to by a cheating seller. I have witnessed a seller who asked me to fake a cancellation reason. When i insisted to mention the true reason, he rejected my cancellation request and sent the shipment. Even worse, he deliberately sent a wrong (trivial) product that worth no more that 1 or 2 dollars. Another seller agreed to my cancellation request. Then when I bought an alternative product from another seller, he (the first seller) shipped the product. So I ended up by duplicate orders, each of which costs very high. Surprisingly, AliExpress took the side of the seller in his judgement for the dispute. My recommendation is to buy from AliEx, if nedded, only items that are not expensive, if you want your loss to be minimum. AliEx deals with many cheating sellers and it is less careful about the rights of the buyers.

Do not expect good customer service when doing business with Aliexpress especially if you live in Europe or North America and used to that kind of service. Basically Chinese business culture is quite different with Western business culture. The majority of traders on Aliexpress are not a established trader and these people does not understand the basic principle of business. These traders are mainly individuals that trying to make some money by brokering for other small traders. Aliexpress customer service also is not better than them. Therefore when you doing business with Aliexpress do at your own risk. Do not fall for Aliexpress promises on its website. Noting is guarantee other than falls promises. Your purchase is protected by your credit card company so Aliexpress claim that your purchase is protect in most situation is a falls claim. You can claim through your credit company for your dispute and at the end of the day your credit company will give you some explanation even if it is not in your favor. But don't expect this kind of communication from Aliexpress in your dispute. Always remember, buy from Aliexpress at your own risk. Aliexpress is not Amazon.
