Do not be fooled into believing that AliExpress has buyer protection. If you enter into a dispute order, they will ask for your evidence. Even though you may submit pictures, and resend whatever evidence they ask for, they will still side with the vendor.

I paid for epacket shipping because I didnt want to wait 2-3 months for my items to arrive. The vendor sent it as a regular China Post shipment, and of course, it took months to arrive. I messaged the vendor numerous times, never getting a reply. After opening a dispute, I sent pictures of my order showing the shipping payment, and another showing the tracking via China Post. AliExpress denied my dispute stating I had not provided evidence. The seller did not even bother to enter into the dispute. If you try to use the live chat, you are limited to how much you can type at a time which is really frustrating. They dont seem to be able to do anything to solve the problem either. So its a case of BUYER BEWARE! Terrible customer support.

Many SCAMMERS ON THIS SITE, Beware, they will pretend to send you products and when it comes to receiving a refund, they will be unresponsive and will take your money. I personally was scammed by a seller, and the costumer service... well they were not very helpful to say the least, DO NOT RECOMMEND, sometimes the cheap prices may be attractive but do not be fooled.

First, i'm sorry, my English isn't good.

AliExpress degenerates, does not respond claims not involved in the abuses of sellers.

My case:

I bought a smartphone: http://www.aliexpress.com/snapshot/*******.html. Following the problems that occurred with the sale of this product, the seller has changed the information on their website

I received the device and was broken: the device connected to the grid, not recharged, and if I connect it to the computer does not detect it. I bought another cable, but the problem is the same. Once the battery is exhausted, and has not been charged more, so that the device is completely unusable.

I have opened a dispute and AliExpress team has closed the dispute without giving me any solution. I was unable to contact the claims center in any way.

The information from the seller says the device is a Goophone but not true. I asked a question to the manufacturer Goophone and replied that this model is not a Goophone.

I believe that AliExpress is degenerating, would have to be more careful with customers and check that sellers are honest, otherwise it will become an organization of scammers.

Aliexpres has grown and has forgotten the customers. Although so far you've you were lucky, you'll soon be in trouble. In AliExpress many scammers are hiding.

An absolute $#*!ing scam! They NEVER delivered my items to my house and I have no idea where the hell they are. They've been returned to China and I am FURIOUS! I want my money back and I can't believe I wasted my money buying from these scammers. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST! The items are cheaply made and of poor quality. I will NEVER buy from these lowlives again. I will warn others from making the mistake I made.

I purchased 2 diffusers from Shenzhen Bester Energy Saving Technology Ltd. on aliexpress. He sent me one that worked with all its items and one that did not come with the correct plug. I sent all the evidence i had ad the seller provided no proof and aliexpress still would not give me a refund or force the seller to send me the correct plug. I spend over 6 hours on customer service and no one could direct me to the team working on my dispute. Even after i working this for 7 weeks they closed my dispute and left me with an unworking product! I am disgusted. And will be spreading the word. I selected the correct plug during the buying process and because the seller felt i should somehow contact him because he is too lazy to look at the second order he sent me the wrong plug and aliexpress DID NOT ADVOCATE FOR ME. I provided all the evidence and they closed my dispute and would not allow me to fight it. DISGUSTING COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>!

I ordered a few things from various stores at AliExpress with no problems. But then an item never arrived and they would not do anything.

The store ignored my proof that it never arrived in the Canada Post Office system. They claimed that their system at AliExpress said it was delivered, despite the fact it would have had to be updated by Canada Post to know that.

I had no choice but to file a dispute with AliExpress. The store told me they would work it out with me if I cancel the dispute. I cancelled it and then they just told me to wait patiently again. Even though it had been 5 months since I paid for my item.

The store called "Plz Buy in my store" would not agree to replace it even after seeing my proof it never arrived in Canada at the post office with their tracking number. I again filed a dispute with AliExpress and the store again promised to settle it with me if I cancel the dispute, but did the same thing a second time and ignored their promise.

AliExpress ignored my proof that it never arrived in Canada at the post office and told me there was nothing they could do. My proof was clear and they could have logged into the site themselves and found out the same information but they did not.

They cannot be trusted. They do not look at evidence. They are unreliable and dishonest.

I bought several shirts from Ali Express that were advertised as US Size XL. When they arrived, they turned out to be US Size M at most (I have lived in the US and know what US Size XL looks and feels like). I opened disputes for which I was expected to provide "evidence". What evidence can you provide except your first-hand knowledge of US sizes? I did not want to return the shirts because shipping would have cost me what the items were worth. They do not seem to understand that at all. Their only explanation is "go see the size charts". If that is the case, then that is what their descriptions should say "See size charts for sizes", instead of "XXXL like US XL". Ali Express themselves judge these disputes, and the judgment is not fair. At the end two of the sellers offered to refund $1 and $4 for items that I cannot use and that cost over $12 each. In the US culture, if you buy something and you do not like it for whatever reason, you can return it for a full refund. If they want to sell to Americans, that is what they will have to do. I would not buy from them again.

Cheating customers

I often buy many times on aliexpress and at least three times same problems, at first I thought it was a mistake when company shipping combined multiple orders from different seller in the same baggage to get it delivery but then I found out when I bought an order with a large amount of money, the seller put a bad value purchase in it and took it to prove they arrived and sent it to my home address, when I complain, the seller proved bycopied information tracking the funniest thing is when they sent me tracking information in Chinese language while they sell some in English, aliexpress management considers it solved, the first picture is item I didn't buy and they sent it in a big bag and they provide it was sent to me, to do business, aliexpress need to have a good reputation, don't get the reputation that the Chinese are not good

My daughter order her homecoming dress through this site, from a store named Magic Closet. She was absolutely in love with the dress and I was in love with the price. She ordered the dress, my credit card was charged and the order was processing. A week later, still no movement. I sent the seller two messages to say I need the dress by a certain date, please ship. They said it was ready and would ship soon. Another week went by, still nothing. I submitted the request to cancel the order. The seller asked me to give them a chance because of a holiday. I was not happy that the order had been paid for and ready to ship for two weeks and nothing was shipped. Not to mention the dress was needed in one week (we allowed 3 weeks for the order to go through and ship before we would need it). They denied my cancellation request. I submitted a second request. They also denied that, but agreed to put it through if I changed the reason. Basically, make it look like it was my mistake and not something they did. I did what I had to do to get my refund. That was done promptly. But I'm telling you, don't order! My daughter had to borrow a dress, was crushed and I had to lie and say it wasn't the sellers fault so I could get my refund. It's just not worth the hassle.

I ordered alot from them stuff was good I ordered Christmas birthday stuff a gift that was ordered in oct suppose to be here November never received they started saying stuff was delivered was not well I emailed them and today went to check my 5 items I haven't got yet and the app is on my phone well my info gone and orders gone want me to sign in but then denied my password so my rating for them is a 0 because at first good then they want to not send your stuff I'm missing a rug, necklace, eye shadow, baby outfit, mascara, playmat, teeth diamond, and them to sign me out after contacting them something fishy there

1st off i think this sitwe is linked with alibaba.com i think it may be the same site
Despite all the negative feedback this is a good sit for bargins BUT you have 2 be a smart shopper, if you are smart about it then you can make huge profits from buying and selling some of the stuff on this site

My ways of making money from this site:
1. How much feedback do they have and how good is it?
ALWAYS see if they have lots of feedback if they do then that means they have lots of business (i ususally won't buy unless they have less then 250 feedback and atleast 97% good)
2. Its always good to actually look at their feedback BECAUSE you never know if they have gotten thei friends to buy stuff off them and leave them good feedback so the better the feedback is good, the more feedback the better and the more variety of people is good.

I used Aliexpress rather actively in 2013. Most of the cases were successful, and my purchases were good value for money. But one exception forced me to write this revue.
Please STAY AWAY from the Store No.:******* - Shenzhen Ever Good Electronic Co., Ltd. China (Mainland) (Guangdong).
I purchased New 13.3 inch Laptop for USD230,45. I must state - those money were thrown in water. In 10 days of use the AC adaptor went out of order, and the Seller very reluctantly, after a number of my messages via Aliexpress Message Center, offered me to send a new Adaptor for the price = 12% of the whole unit. I bought a new adaptor in a local store for 1/3 of that, and went on with the PC. The rest of my experience was also bad. The laptop is not working stable and is very primitive - the brightness of the monitor and the touchpad features can not be adjusted, internal microphone is not working, Fn- key features are indicated on the buttons, but most of them are not working. I wasted a lot of time trying to find any proper software in the Internet in order to revitalize the Laptop - no result. I even asked a friend of mine, an IT-specialist with high Microsoft rating, to help me. The verdict was - bad hardware.
So, STAY AWAY from that Seller.
It's a great pity that Seller like this is definitely spoiling the image of Aliexpress.

The seller: "China NO. 2 LCD Store" is a scammer.

He sells fake display already broken.

He always delete your dispute, and ask you to give him 5 stars review and delete the dispute, so after that he refound you.

THAT'S A LIE! NEVER DELETE THE DISPUTE AND NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER

I order 4 banks from Ali express on November 10,2016 for Christmas gifts and they were paid on November 11,2016. The site I order from said delivery would be in 12-20 days and it clearly said "if you finish the payment today your order will arrive within the delivery time". They claim to have a buyer protection in place which is a scam. After 60 days I filed a dispute under this useless buyer protection as I had to replace these Christmas gifts elsewhere. The seller finally delivered in the middle of January and won't refund or allow returns and so I uploaded my evidence of the guaranteed 12-20 day delivery time in my dispute only to find that they removed my evidence and only shows their seller's evidence so they can release my money to their seller. They also added a comment from me in the dispute that I never even made. They lied when they said your order has been shipped when it never was shipped as I checked on it up to Christmas. You can not talk to a person at Ali Express. They are in business only to sell products and to protect their sellers not their buyers. They shouldn't even get 1 star.

At critical issue only we can come to know any one, who is genuine.
That is how i came to know about AliExpress. Now I had bad experience with Aliexpress. ( it is not really express)
I have been ordering in AliExpress last 6 years. I did not notice big issue. Recently I ordered a mobile. The seller did not say about the customs and written full amount sent by fast shipping. I could not accept the parcel due to customs. I opened a Dispute to pay customs duty due to non mentioned.
Dispute
1. There is no option to select ' parcel not accepted'
2. I am forced to select dispute reason which is not 100% suitable.
3. Aliexpress team with out reading the content simply said invalid. And 5 days was granted.
4. Actually they took 10 days to look the case meanwhile parcel is returned to seller.
Now the customers team saying this is my fault, i have to pay return shipping. What a intellegent judgemnt.!. Shipping company is not mine, to give free return delivery.
Case open date 16.06.2019. After 45 days case declared by Just looking seller evidence WITH OUT CASE STUDY even omitted my evidence as it was in German, even with out evaluating what i said ( in english).

What a quickkkkkkkk response. WOW. What a judgement.
But I can give 2 days time for Ali to handle review. Then I will share in Facebook and other media.

Dear readers KEEP AWAY FROM AliExpress, else you will dream for saving some money, really you will loose hell lot of money and your valuable time finally you will be stress.

Slow As $#*!!

I did an order and rush shipped it on May 12th It said it would be here in 6-13 business days. They kept telling me they shipped my shoes days ago whenon the tracker for shipment it said It hasn't even been shipped out yet. I keep telling them to send my shoes because I need them by May 23 for prom I did rush shipping for a reason and I paid these $#*!ers more money for them to go at the same speed they would go as if I did the regular shipping. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS $#*!TY $#*! WEBSITE OR APP!
