My First Experience with alibaba was a great experience the seller was great, Also fantastic communication, and shipping service across sea and Arrived wright on Time, and was exactly as the pic they showed me, before shipping it arrived exactly as picture. I would definitely buy from them again now it takes about 30-40 days to get to the States and to your house. But they give you a tracking number, and you can see when it comes off the Boat and Lands in the States, also see the Tracking to your house, once in the States. No *******@All! And Great selections of items and Dealers to work with. I had a great Experience!

The materials of the product is good. Exactly like the description. My only comment is there is so much excess thread on the products so I have to cut them all before I sell it. The opp packaging is also very thin and its ripped right away so i have to tape it.

The shipping is a little longer than I expected. Even though you pay for express shipping. The seller is not very responsive so expect 1 day before she response.

In six commercial orders this is the second one that has resulted in a me being ripped off by a complete lack of QA by the trading company. The first was a silicone supplier, who did not seal the samples I ordered and they leaked and got contaminated. The company first claimed they were damaged in transit and told Alibaba I had arranged the freight. Ask and I will tell you their na, e The second is a a company that makes sandpaper and sanding belts. I ordered 10 belts 915mm (36 inches) to try before making a large order. The belts were made 900mm in length and would not fit the machine. The company would not replace them claiming a tolerance of 15mm. Other grits I ordered were correct but not these. My advice when dealing with any Alibaba company get a written assurance of quality or a compete refund and then pay with a creditcard that has payment assurance. Alibaba's dispute resolution is not worth the time to read it. Not only do they support their companies 100% they do not post reviews that are negative to their clients. T

I have been using gps watches for over 6 years. Mobile networks now only support 4G watches. I ordered many 4G watches from Amazon. The majority were claiming to be 4G watches but in fact they were 2G, and 3G at best, I returned all these watches. Recently I ordered this one from Shenzhen Uniwoay Technology thru Alibaba.com. Not only was it real 4G, but it also offered extremely precise and fast gps positioning. It worked with both SETracker and Aibeile app which offered way better features. This watch is now my Gold Standard and I recommend it to all people disappointed with the watches on Amazon. Some Amazon watches were 4G but they did not provide the accurate positioning as this watch. Many were offline a lot. You could track the location history of this watch for any day/any time range. Others only offered day filters, so you had to track an entire day, resulting in wasted time. It has all features available on any GPS watch, including Heart Rate and Blood Pressure monitoring, but no remote listening which is available in the Kids version of the watch. Also has remote video monitoring.

Good service and good follow up. Would like to order more on Alibaba, Items are in good quality and prompt delivery.

I had issues with products received not correct. I have evidence of my change request to factory. I i filled claim. I had issues with the alibaba system allowing me to upload the photos. It would not let me complete the final requested information from alibaba. I had a time limit to complete this and i did not make the deadline because the system would not let me continue if i loaded the required requested photos. I could not find any customer service contact to let anyone know. So now my dead ran out and i have no way of reaching to anyone at alibaba and now cant get my money back. Why can no one in USA contact aliababa? Worst service.

They scam people, I ordered a $ 600 lipocavitation machine I asked the lady have you already sent the machine to Canada without problem.Her answer yes no problem... so I ordered but Health Canada refused the machine and now they refuse to reimburse me even Alibaba... What a $#*!ty compagny seriously.And the lady dared to say that I had for sure refused my package when I got the proof from UPS.
