A good platform that handles end to end delivery things, order always safe through confirming receipt have to submit by customer after got package delivery, user-friendly GUI to find any items

Alibaba trade assurance is not real, its fake and they will never ever favor in the buyer. I have yet to hear a success story in the recent years. They no longer care about customers. They are the worst and you should avoid trusting alibaba trade assurance. I had a supplier who did not ship our goods unless we paid more money, the goods were detained after we paid in full unless we paid more money. Alibaba did not refund us for the goods that we ordered and paid for and told us that we needed to pay more money to this scam of a business. Alibaba gets paid by the suppliers so they only care about supplier and has no interest in protecting the buyer. There are other sites you can use so just use them and dont even bother paying the fees for alibaba trade assurance. Its not legit.

I bought a security camera. This is the second time. When I bought it for the first time, I was disappointed with the unexpected camera, but I think I made a good purchase this time. I thought it was quite different for each supplier. As an Amazon sect, this purchase has increased my interest in Alibaba.
To tell the truth, if I was disappointed with this purchase, I was thinking of quitting from now on.
Also, I'm really curious about the box that packs the items that were sent to me. Why is the box fragile? Moreover, it is wrapped with tape (maybe it is waterproof?), And such packaging is unthinkable in Japan. Only there is disappointing.

Just received etrike & comes practically fully assembled with very little work required which is good since there was no manual or instructions provided but that wasn't a problem since there was good communication with supplier so probably would have download instructions available (as I did with the other 2 folding electric bikes purchased). Thought it would be big & bulky but easy enough to assemble in my living room! Lol. It was a long trip here from Asia but arrival time was very near what supplier estimated. Very professional to do business with & language differences did not present a barrier so the process was easy.

Good quality with affordable price, Warmer Cups and the length of cable charger you can customize by negotiating with supplier as you want.

Supplier is patient and professional, replied many questions I asked. Machine just arrived, haven, t start to use yet, hope everything goes well

Yes I order some products from the online store never received my merchandise nor a refund they just was giving me the run around about checking with everyone else but them to see what happen to the order they weren't trying to at least resend the product or anything when you trying to order something in bulk or anything don't trust them they out to get your money they are bad at meeting the customers needs

The "add proof of purchase" doesn't work.

There is no way to buy securely in Alibaba. If you think that if were scammed you can open a dispute and have a fair decision, forget. The decision of a dispute is taken from Alibaba.com and they never decide against their gold suppliers, because they pay a lot and are the first income of this business.
For a secure purchase, don't go to Alibaba.com.

While its a good platform to find suppliers, Alibaba won't help you when you encounter a scamming supplier, and doesn't not live up to their trade assurance promises at all.

Pleased that funds were protected and this gives customers confidence with the process. Am satisfied.
