This is our first time ordering a product from Alibaba and we must say it won't be our last. They are great to work with and very reliable and trustworthy. Customer service is clearly something America is known for, but China's Alibaba takes horrible customer service to a whole new level. Don't expect a single thing from them, no matter how wrong the seller is.

Hello, I bought a 2002 Toyota Hiace for $ 2500 from OTO PARTNER SP Z. O. O that Jonas Geringas represents. The van never arrives in Haiti at the due date in November 20th 2020. He told me when he received the money. After several conversations with Jonas Geringas, he sent a refund form which I filled out. But never receive the refund. Now he's telling me that he doesn't know the company that I sent the money to. I have all the proof form my bank where I wired the money to Jonas Geringas.
Don't buy anything from Jonas Geringas.

Had three of the last ten commercial orders go pear shaped. Each time I did everything to make a compromise with Alibaba seller but failed so had to escalate to Alibaba themselves. Alibaba found for the companies in each case. First order was a silicone sample that was sent with lids loose and it leaked and got contaminated. The second was some sanding belts that were made too short and the latest was an order that went missing. This last seller agreed to refund me by a given date so I waited and then they reneged. It appears there are Alibaba only companies representing individuals posing as much more than they are. When you do finally choose an Alibaba company use google to see if the company exists outside of ALibaba. If they don't then they are an Alibaba only company completely backed by Alibaba. I will no longer use Alibaba only companies and certainly will not pay via Alibaba (which suits the non-Alibaba (genuine) companies). My advice if you do buy through them. Pay with a creditcard and get strictly 28 day terms. If it goes over the time cancel the payment and get your money back or make another payment. Just don't wait for too long before cancelling. Alibaba think they are smart but all it does is lower confidence in fostering malpractices. Changzhou Youth Tools Mechanical Co. Ltd is the tin pot company who reneged. Good luck.

This company took me for 100.00 for a television I never received. Companies like this should be taken off internet and put out of business

The sample was as described in the Alibaba product description advertisement. I requested 2 samples long and short and they were nicely separately packed and marked. We hope that the final product will be of the same good quality. I have attached a sample of the way they nicely pack the samples. You see the other pack empty because we already used it for testing it in our bottle. Ele Xiang from Ningbo Let Commodity Co., Ltd. has been a good help so far. I hope this continues the same when we order the final product.

Yes slower shipping,(some items) at higher costs, over all but some things are just plain difficult to get,
And souring from other country's is as difficult if not more. If you buy in bulk or maybe get a few friends to order too helps.

This past year I lived in a pre-furnished apartment, since I'm a college kid who couldn't afford much furniture. My apartment came with a really bad mattress, but you never would've known because this topper is so plush and comfortable! I honestly forgot how bad the mattress was until I had to take the topper off when I moved. All my friends would comment on how comfortable my bed was, and honestly I get the best night's sleep with this thing. I absolutely love it! I've had it for a whole year now and it's still in near perfect condition.

I ordered pet supplies from Alibaba site. They were glad to immediately receive payment. It took over 6 weeks to receive my order. I received less that half of what I ordered. Contacted Alibaba immediately that order was incomplete. No response. Never received rest of order, never received refund, Alibaba denied my request for refund. End of story. We received in time very good products! The staff of this company are true professionals. We are very satisfied.

We ordered already many times trough Alibaba. Now we received bad quality from Huai'an Meisiyu Textiles Co., Ltd; Aimee Fang. They were unable to solve our quality complaints within 4 weeks, we are still waiting for an answer for a refund of the defective products.

TDLR: Huai'an Meisiyu Textiles Co., Ltd is not responsive and does not offer a refund of the defective products.

The products received were exactly as described. Prices are also very good, and the Supplier is a real pleasure to work with.

Beyond my expectation, I'm very happy with this wallet, which replaces one purchased decades ago and was pretty much falling apart. I like that this new one has many slots for credit cards, membership cards, insurance cards, etc, and the flip-out window for an ID card is very handy.
Slightly bulking for a front pocket after full load, it's acceptable, not a big deal.

Good communication from the start of my enquiry and throughout the whole process. Excellent quality of finished product and extremely good printing quality. Swift replies to all queries and questions throughout the process, very easy to work with and I will do so again when I need to re-order. Although mine was a small order it was handled professionally at all times.
