I paid cash for the shutter March 1st. They arrived at the end of May. The shutters were damaged beyond repair when they arrived. The crate protecting them was just a frame and the shutters wrapped in plastic. It looks like something smaller than the crate landed in the middle of the shutters bending the frames and ripping the aluminum lovers. All shutters suffered heavy damage and are beyond repair. The supplier also made the shutters so that the length and width were reversed and even if that had not been destroyed in shipping, I would not have been able to use them. The supplier will not refund my money stating the shipper is responsible. I escalated the claim to Alibaba who is doing nothing but asking me over and over every two weeks to resubmit evidence. Many photos and videos were taken. I'm beyond disappointed and I have a garage full of useless aluminum. They even made the lovers 3 inches wide. It looks like a vent on a commercial building. I will include photos of the measurements I sent and where the wrong measurements were entered as well as some pictures of the damage. The supplier was Guangdong Nordi.

Honestly, I've dealt with a number of manufacturers on Alibaba and every single time it's been a pleasure to do so. If you communicate clearly you get exactly what you want every time. I love Alibaba and what it can offer as an entreprenuer

Yet Alibaba has closed the case, citing procedural technicalities instead of addressing the core issue — a total breach of contract and a blatant case of supplier fraud. This isn't just disappointing — it's reckless. Key Issues: Trade Assurance is NOT assurance at all — in reality, it's a set of arbitrary rules that do not account for supplier misconduct or real buyer protection. The supplier remains active on Alibaba, still listed as trustworthy, despite this unresolved and fraudulent transaction. Alibaba's dispute process is opaque, slow, and rigid, offering little room for actual justice or accountability. The refusal to refund in the face of irrefutable non-performance destroys trust in Alibaba's platform — especially for international buyers who rely on Alibaba as a "safe" global sourcing tool. My Verdict: Alibaba has enabled suppliers to take money without delivering anything, while hiding behind policy clauses. This sets a dangerous precedent. If you're a buyer thinking about placing your trust — and your money — with Alibaba's Trade Assurance, think again. You're on your own if anything goes wrong. I strongly advise businesses to explore alternative platforms that offer real buyer protections, enforceable standards, and ethical accountability.

Hello Alibaba, I recently attempted to purchase a 2024 Polaris RZR from your Alibaba storefront. The person I dealt with is named William Scar, and it appears he may be renting access to Akoukou Auto Mobile verified seller account. I paid him $1,300 for the vehicle, only to be hit with additional demands: $1,000 for "insurance" $1,500 for "exit and delivery" $630 for a final delivery fee I paid everything except the final $630, at which point delivery was refused. I now have strong evidence this was a scam, including two contracts, multiple invoices, and a fake shipping company website that has since been taken down. I am about to file complaints with the FTC, BBB, and Alibaba, and I am preparing a public MP4 video that will reach over 1 million people on Facebook and Reddit. Before doing so, I'm giving you the opportunity to respond and assist, including a request for a full refund of the $3,800 I paid through PayPal. If you are unaware of this situation, I hope we can correct this together. Please let me know how you intend to proceed. I have approved you this way because I tried to go through the proper channels, but was unable to complete the complaint without an ID of the company.

I purchased natural stones for $417.5, the seller sent me fake stones. With gemstone laboratorium I submitted the dispute asking for refund. The seller is no responsibilities at all. Alibaba is keep asking me for video unboxing and certificate which I had sent multile times, but they have no intention to play fair to the buyer. It is useless raising a dispute there, you will talk to a system AI Robot to solve it without thoroughly checking your evidences. Please don't buy here if you don't want to be scammed.
