The main thing is value for money, and Chinese companies perform pretty well in this regard. You have to figure in large tariffs and assorted shipping and port fees, which are not small. But even after all of that I am satisfied with the end result.

As an American company that expects great service and excellent products, I can tell you that this is one of the good suppliers you can absolutely trust to get both from! They always communicate and keep things on time. This is an honest company and they have our support!

Absolutely bad experience with Alibaba.com. Seller on Alibaba behaved criminal by blackmailing me, fraud sending me product which is not according sales agreement. Seller tricked me by lyiing until dispute period was over.
Alibaba supports this criminal behaviour by DENYING ANY support. No matter how I tried they found hundreds of excuses to not opening dispute channel again.
Don't by through Alibaba, you are not protected!
