Alibaba is an amazing service and companies that want to eliminate bad business practices should really consider joining Alibaba. We are happy that we did. I reside in The U.S.A., but I enjoy doing business in China. The website is not always working when replying to emails. It is either too busy or link not found. Communication with sales however is very good and polite
As a first time user of the platform, I was highly skeptical and doubtful. I was very pleased with the promptitude of communication from the different suppliers I contacted and their reaction time with my queries. Added to that, alibaba's order protection reassured me that there won't be delay in shipping my product as they impose a time frame within which the supplier has to ship the product otherwise they can suffer penalties.
Finally, the expense appearing in my credit card was clearly labelled alibaba so that I could trust using my bank card with their paying service.
Overall, for a first experience, I was thoroughly reassured of the legitimacy and happy with the suppliers availability even after I had received my package. Will be using again for sure! As a matter of fact, I am already:-):-):-)!
