El producto llegó antes del tiempo establecido y en perfectas condiciones, muy bien embalado. La caja es de excelente calidad: materiales resistentes, diseño moderno y un acabado muy cuidado. Además, es muy fácil de montar y el manual de instrucciones está perfectamente detallado, algo que realmente felicito porque facilita muchísimo todo el proceso.

I purchased products from YiXiang Energy through Alibaba. The logistics company chosen by Alibaba lost box 17 of 17 causing a massive delay. The feedback function is a trap that prevents the buyer from filing a Trade Assurance claim. After I filed a dispute with my Credit Card the Trade Assurance links showed in my account where those link were not available previously. Alibaba's response to the CC dispute contradicted the evidence they provided to the CC bank, and accused me of theft. The response was deceptive, disingenuous, and careless. The initially missing Trade Assurance links is outright deception.
The seller did provide the missing products 5 months after purchase 3 months after initial delivery. Alibaba owes me 10% credit for late delivery. Don't know if that will happen. Doubt I will do business through them again. When you send feedback they assert your order is 100% complete and delivered. Do not send feedback until your order is 100% delivered as agreed.
