There is a learning curve with Alibaba and the message centre can be a a pain pretty crude by today's standards. Some messages quotes can't be deleted form the main msg page, Should be able to remove msgs & quotes & RFQ's when you are done with them. The process of payment was nice along with the updates. Bring the message centre up to standard and you will have a 5 star rating.

The product I recieved was in great condition. Not made of cheap material. Great boxing. I may go on and continue to do business with this company because of good customer service great product and shipping time

I purchased 1pc for a sample product. The staff (Ms. Anna) helped me from choosing to finish the payment with very good English and SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE. Only one concern that the grip connector of the sample is a bit loose. They promised to improve the quality of the next lot. Let's see whether they can win my 5-stars review or not.

I received two sample chair covers from this supplier. The quality seems to me very good. I wanted to chair covers in WHITE, but received in light brown, so only 4 stars instead of 5.
