I recently bought products from a Chinese Supplier via Alibaba. At first I found the site a little difficult to use but the supplier was excellent and the communication from Alibaba was very professional and helpful. I am continuing to use Alibaba to source suppliers for my business. So far I would recommend their services.
The goods which i have ordered on Alibaba are good some even better then i have expected, so it is recommended to have a good conversation at first and automatically the shipment will be on time. They said shipping was 9-12 days...
A month later I receive my package but they said I couldn't return it because receiving it means I'm accepting it?! The seller also shipped my product without informing me. He told me to wait a few days. 1 week later I reached out to him and he said he shipped them already. If he would've notified me first I would've told him to cancel. You cannot return an item that is in transit. You have to wait for it to be delivered which is what I did. Smh, never again.
Update: I deactivated my account. Wendy, Robert You and his entire team, along with customer service reps were all unhelpful. Not only did they deny every suggestion I offered to settle their mess up but they apparently have a list of "policies" that they throw in your face that tells you why the problem is yours and not theirs. 50 bottles ordered only 32 were usable. They wanted me to take pictures of all of the broken pieces before even considering A SMALL PORTION of a refund?! This was a week after I sent them pictures already. I'm not keeping shattered glass around for a "company" who has already decided that they weren't going to help.

I have have had great success with Ali Baba. Follow their guidelines for safe trans actions. Do your research of what you are looking for. Check more than one vendor, prices vary. Was quoted $150.00 from one supplier, got exact replacement from original manufacturer for $32.50. I have had suppliers help me to find other suppliers. Business is business, do your home work.
