Albertsons

Albertson's produces usually are good fruits, so I shop Albertson's for the produce, they (Albertson's) really provide the freshest produce. I ordered some grapes (green) and it was full of spider webs, this isn't normally Albertson's style. Please in the future make sure your fruits don't have spider webs and any other unwanted things in them. I've taken pictures cause I'm very disappointed with my order.

I'm really glad that I tried this program! I buy items that I normally don't and now buy them often. I look forward to seeing what is newly available in the stores. I've already redeemed a fifty dollar gift card!

Groceries delivered to the wrong address multiple times. Fights for refunds. Errors placing orders. Long waits for customer service. And when I went to cancel, of course there was another error. I will now have to let them charge my card and then refund me just to cancel. How is this worth it? It was the worst grocery service I have ever tried.

I don't particularly appreciate writing a negative review, but this is bothersome. "I frequently shop at Albertson's in the early mornings, and I know most of the cashiers ( but this one might have been transferred or started working the mornings), and today, when I went there, I encountered a cashier named Maria. She was busy chatting with another staff member in the Starbucks section of the store and seemed annoyed when she had to come and ring us out. When I asked her a question, she gave me a rude look and reluctantly answered, she deliberately rang up the items very slowly, making others wait longer. It's a beautiful morning, and I don't understand why someone like her would want to make others' day miserable. As a cashier, her job is to help and assist customers; if she doesn't like it, she shouldn't work in that role."

Albertsons messed up two online delivery orders and promised to make them right after speaking with customer service and them acknowledging their error. I get off the phone expecting compensation but nope, 3 months later, no compensation. They even stole my food stamps when they did not deliver my order to me, it was delivered somewhere else but they would not refund my money. Im no longer shipping at this company. Buyer beware of their shady customer service and return refund practices.

This place over and over allows employees to treat customers badly, with attitude and rudeness, limits so called deals and it's the most expensive groceries from all the stores, but quality and customer service is the worst! Plus is dirty! I am disappointed and disgusted to go there, I am done shopping in that place, every time I go there I end up upset with their style, non existent respect towards customers and ripping people off with their prices and products!

There were 2 workers just standing there! They didn't have the Boston cream cake we wanted and my husband stood there staring at the workers for 15-20 minutes. Then to top it off we received a old German chocolate cake!

I love Albertsons. But, I also realized that a pound of ground beef is $7.49 while last week it was $5.99. The store has gone beyond insane with prices and unfortunately, I need to stop shopping there and go to Winco again. I won't buy food at Walmart, but I am going to miss Albertsons.
I will check on their greed and sanity periodically. I have decided though, that this is enough. They sell wreaths for $40 outside...

Items ordered showed in stock, but weren't. 6 out of 8 items out and impossible to cancel, even hours before delivery. Chatted with someone and cancelled and confirmation, but order still delivered. Won't be shopping here again.

I have been shopping at Albertsons for some time now, just wanted to give a shout out to Kristie an Philip! Thank you both for always being so kind, helpful when i come into the store. Helping me find what i need, or just a quick smile or a hello But i must say, its always clean an quiet! Prices are great an I always find good deals. I enjoy the atmosphere, an can take my time while shopping even if I'm riding in the cart when i don't feel well.

You both are a great asset to the company!

I got excited when I found an item that is hard to find. I traveled 35 miles to learn they do not sell this item at all. It may be advertised online but this does not mean anything. Go to Walmarf, it is better.

I visited 2 of your stores 4241 an 4279 to buy mayo at both stores the mayo i was going to purchase was all out of date. I brought it to the attention of managers some went out of date in 2022. Went back 2 days later an they were still on the shelf! Is this the way you do buisness? Sad really sad.

I'm a senior, typically we have to use the restroom more often, but the Durango Colorado store has them locked up, and you have to find management personal to access.Also every time I go into Albertsons I feel like I'm working for the store, being pushed into self checkout lanes instead of good customer service where they check you out and give you a good social feeling.I don't work for Albertsons and don't plan on it in the future, I'll never go back to there stores for any grocery shopping EVER! 🚨SCAM ALERT 🚨 Albertsons sell gift cards without any balances on them and then to try to collect it's impossible. They use Safeway for customer support and they are the lowest of the lowest bottom tier customer service I purchased a $100 gift card and they referred me to their customer support and they just ignore me. They don't answer. They say they gonna get back to me and they never do. If they read this, please contact me higher-ups. This is nonsense. Total scam very unprofessional. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS

Unsafe practices of food health and safety. Unwilling to listen to sound advice from a knowledgeable customer. Rude in fact about complaints based on fact. Mix raw meats, even chicken, which is incredibly dangerous with ready to eat foods including raw cut fresh watermelon...
Don't shop here. After years of loyal patronage we are done. Not willing to keep putting ourselves at risk and wasting our hard earned cash with a company that chooses to hire people in charge that scoff at our valid concerns about unsafe practices. I had a huge load of groceries on the counter and managing three kids at the same time.It was at this point the cashier accused me of trying to pass stolen checks. I had to look around to see if she was talking to someone behind me! I had a valid Texas driver's license with my photo that matched the name and address on the checks. I was asked to leave the store. I left humiliated.My husband was nine kinds of mad when he went back up there. They ended up apologizing to me the next day but the damage was done. I was humiliated not only in front of other customers but my kids as well. I would never shop here again.

Worst customer service pasco wa albertsons especially Evening shift they refuse to get products for customer will not correct prices just stand around talking eating poking fun at customers place has gone way downhill dont even check bathrooms or clean

On Monday July 13 I went shopping at senior hours to Albertson in my neighborhood in Laguna Niguel Plaza. ******* area code.
All the customers had their masks on and it looks very safe for elderly like me 72 years old with heart problem. Then when I reached at the cashier, I saw the lady had her mask around her neck and she processed my groceries like that. The bagging gentleman also had a mask around his neck and was bagging my grocery very close to me and paying Machine.
I am wondering if these employees use the masks as accessories. Why they have them if they are not going to put it on. Is it for the Show?
So disappointed at Albertson manger for not asking their employees use the mask to save lives.
