Sam & Brandi at the Gillette, Wyoming branch are amazing! They really know how to make their customers feel special and cared for! From picking the greenest bananas for my husband to the best flowers for me. They have gotten to know our preferences and always arrive at out car with smiles. They even leave us notes on our purchases to make us smile! Best of luck to these two amazing ladies! I have no doubt your adventures in Deli are going to be epic!

In Las Vegas, grocery stores are an extremely competitive business. Those who show up with the best prices and selection win. Albertsons is not one of them. Prices are the highest among stores, quality is maybe the same or less. I've been in really awful and dirty Albertson stores. I take my money to the best quality store, Smith's, which is part of the Kroger family. Albertsons may think that they're the 800 lb gorilla in the space, but they're absolutely not.

The employees are nice and helpful except the cashier's. They don't greet the customers, that's okay. They don't thank you for shopping there, that's okay, too. But I don't appreciate them slamming my food around. My Fritos Dippers are now crushed and only good for chicken feed. Thanks Irene- you know who you are.

Helen in the deli department was absolutely wonderful! So helpful and so pleasant. We needed a party tray in a rush and she had it ready in under an hour.

I'm working at the Porter square. I get a treatment that is not work ethic like. I hear the employee talk trash about me among themselves and among customers. Customers come in and give insults. I had. Just for you account that I am tired of asking to update. Now suddenly I get no free items like other employees. Today I purchased $134 and my associates discount did not work. Supposedly the account was updated on a front end manager but non of the free products for this months is there. I called and she said that she updated and the incentives is there. I been told for the last three weeks and nothing. How about the free items. I applied for the job because I wanted a job and have certain work skills on FAFSA loan paid. I did not applied to be disrespected. I am not working in a bar or a strip pole. Hear me out! Nor I am on a beauty contest. Hygiene and work. And work discipline. I. Also not a cat. I don't need a suppose manager to be come by to work each day in customers presence as well to be calling me a cat. I have a name. Trying to make me crazy like Gothika? Not playing. Why can't I get the proper just for u account like everyone else. And respect. I can't wear a hat but everyone else can. Promising a name badge for months. For a food Industry it is sort of disgusting that instead your appetite gets spoil or you just forcing heart stroke guinea to upgrade doctors. And the for evis in a supermarket Really? What's offer for the month on the first picture looks nothing like what is showing on my just for you on the other pictures. Annoyed. Afterwards, problematic, crazy, schrizo. Okay! Can't win around here. Can you? Never on planet earth.

I don't particularly appreciate writing a negative review, but this is bothersome. "I frequently shop at Albertson's in the early mornings, and I know most of the cashiers ( but this one might have been transferred or started working the mornings), and today, when I went there, I encountered a cashier named Maria. She was busy chatting with another staff member in the Starbucks section of the store and seemed annoyed when she had to come and ring us out. When I asked her a question, she gave me a rude look and reluctantly answered, she deliberately rang up the items very slowly, making others wait longer. It's a beautiful morning, and I don't understand why someone like her would want to make others' day miserable. As a cashier, her job is to help and assist customers; if she doesn't like it, she shouldn't work in that role."

Tonight I ventured to try albertsons sushi maguro red tuna, it looked good, then when home, it tasted funny, so in the ingredients it stated it was alaskan pollack, NOT TUNA

Sushi bar or quick grocery store will still be whole foods, why tf would you buy fake pollack at albertsons colored red to look like maguro?

I was overcharged plenty of times. Just tired to stand in customer service line and returning things. They pretty bad with service and cheating people. I going to go to another store not Albertsons anymore.

Who puts onion salt in coleslaw? This is one of the worst things I have ever put in my mouth - Albertson's so-called coleslaw. So disgusting, I am returning it to the store today for a full refund, and maybe asking for additional money for damages to my tongue and stomach. How is it that they do not know how to make coleslaw? What is onion salt doing in it? I guess they wanted to make it exceptionally untasteful. Yuk! It doesn't even rate one star, it is minus several stars! Moronic food person!

I have gone to this store for most of the years I have lived in Albuquerque for many years shopping at this store I loved it and now it is the worst store in the district. I bought supplies and expected everything to be put in my bags but no and then told tough. I live on social security &20. Is a lot of money to me. And the girl ( not woman) tells me tough sh— Sow much with respect.

I selected coupons in the app for various discounts totaling $10. When I got home I realized I was overcharged by $9. This has happened multiple times. Online Customer Service offered no solution other than to tell me to wait 5 mins to make a purchase after selecting a coupon.

I have replied twice to their message with no response.

I am so done with being ripped of by Albertsons.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever, beside they call your doctor which don't melt to nothing they won't listen to her, and the HIPAA law states that you are not allowed to say what someone else's medicine is I don't care if you live with them or not this pharmacy gives up too much business when they they shouldn't and definitely shouldn't be calling your doctor like she gives two s**** so let that mother f****** b****

They should be applauded for making all employees speak English. This is America and we speak English. Too many illegals and illegal lovers are ruining this country allowing them to spit on this country by not speaking English. If you refuse to speak English do it at your home, your church, the stores that are not in English. This company has not discriminated against stupid Hispanics that hate this country

I have been trying for over 2 hours put in a pickup order on the Albertsons app. I can't get the weekly ads to add to my order. It is too hard to get the deals added to my order. I can't even find the add items that should be available on the ads on the store site. I love shopping there but since I've been stuck at home after surgery and have to use pickup or delivery my orders are not the items I requested I'm going to find somewhere else to shop.
