Since albertson has a free month to try i said why not let's try it! I live in Las vegas and i want to avoid going grocierry shopping for few things. My delivery was schedule 3-6pm time came and passed with no one that can help me! Still no contact or notice or email to let me know about it! I also have 5 different charges from albertsons for that same order! Called cooperate and still charges pending and no one knows what happend. The worst ever i would not even recommend it for free! Not worth all the trouble. Beyond worst service i right away cancel any further purchases or service from this company!
On Wed. June 15th at appox. 7:45 pm Albertsons did not honor their $13.99 lb crab legs which is the advertised ad, I saw and was told by the butcher on duty they only had the $14.99 lb. The manager on duty pretended to be assisting someone else when i asked to speak to her. This is the second encounter I've had with this store and had said i wouldnt be back over a year ago so for sure its not worth shopping here close to my job ever again.
18th and Chambers store: I have frequented this store for decades and have finally had enough. The store employees are unfriendly and at times rude. I never feel like my business is appreciated and at times an inconvenience to them. I will go out of my way to shop at another store from now on.
Almost every time I go to Albertsons on Silverbell, Tucson, there is a confrontation with another customer over sicial distancing. People are not social distancing in line and if you something, it is met with extreme hostility. I was threatened today when this female pulled down her mask and threatened to breathe on me. The staff never does anything and they have removed their guidelines from view. I am done with Albertsons not enforcing their policies, not providing security and not providing clear requirements on social behavior. From now on, I will shop where there is security (like Fry's) where I can feel somewhat safe.
I have shopped at Albertsons in Temecula off of Temecula parkway for 20'years. Lately I have noticed that their costumer service is less than desired. Perhaps they are taken me for granted that I will
Just keep coming. I also don't like their new organization with their shelves and signs. It is hard to find anything and the signs are faces in the wrong direction so they are hard to read. I decided to try out Ralphs off if Temecula prkwy. WOW, what a big difference. Super clean, extremely organized and friendly employees. Ralphs is my new store that I will go to from now on.
First off, I came in to the store feeling super thirsty. A worker could tell, so they immediately came and kindly pointed me to the direction of the drinking fountain. So attentive! I was there to receive my covid-19 vaccine and I was super nervous! The pharmacy workers, however, were so kind and made me feel very comfortable. They listened to all my worries and discussed with me my options. Then, they gave me my shot and it was the most painless shot I'd ever received! So quick and easy! Afterward, I did a little shopping and headed to the checkout line. The cashier worker and the bagger were so sweet! They asked me about my day and shared with me their love of the drink I purchased! It made my day, and all I can say is thank you Albertsons for being such a pleasant place to shop! Keep up the good work, and for those reading this review, GO TO ALBERTSONS! It might just be the highlight of your week!
We bought ready made chicken wings off the assortment of chicken wings $7.99 pound. We were very disappointed! They were all super dry, we couldn't even eat them. Seemed like they were old wings. Won't be buying there again.
The store at 51st Ave & Cactus/Glendale, Az= entering the store there is so much litter and messes that need to be cleaned and when you enter the store there is a foul smell that is not pleasant. When checking out the cashier is not pleasant. This has happened many times that I have been at this location. I would shop there more often if they would clean the place up and smile at the customers.
I love my Albertsons because they always have digital deals coupons for items I actually use all the time. Every week. The store is well stocked the employees are helpful and friendly as well. I use the Osco drug that is onsite for all my prescriptions too and they know my name! Great store at Grant and Tanque Verde in Tucson AZ! Love you guys...
Albertson on Alton Rd Fort Worth Texas The associates that sack groceries act like it is a bother to sack groceries. It's bad enough they don't help out on taking the groceries to the car. And that was before COVID 19 started happening. It's understandable that you wouldn't do that now. You would think they would be happy just sacking groceries.
The most innovative is WholeFoods.
I used to live a few blocks from an Albertson's and I rarely used it.
Truly awful deli section.
Overpriced considering the quality.
They say that if you live close to a Trader Joe's your home is worth 40% more.
I imagine with Albertsons this is not the case.
In 20 years they did not come up with one single good idea.

I am writing a review on Albertsons, Spokane, Wa on Nevada Street. The costomer service is poor. I go here alot and it seems as evey one has a Attitude problem. Getting help anywhere from making western union transactions to asking for any sort of help... sometimes a bit of kindness goes along way. Appears not in this case. Can't help the ungrateful

This is the worst lasagna I have ever eaten. I served it to two guests last evening and they also said it was terrible! Will never purchase this again!
Me and my BESTFRIEND recently purchased the "signature farms grab and go apple slices with caramel dip" from safeway and let me tell you… We were so excited for these crisp delicious apples to dip in some tasty caramel but unfortunately we did not get the satisfaction we were looking for, sadly. Both of our bags were filled with soggy brown apples my hands were wet and sticky and i was disgusted honestly. So i looked in every bag and out of the 4 bags only 1 OF THEM WERE EDIBLE. Not only did you disappoint me but you disappointed my BESTFRIEND. We both had two apples and were left with caramel and nothing to dip in it. Please do better.

Peaches were. 49c and u charged me triple even after 2 checkers helped me, 25% of my items wouldn't scan, which affects my rewards, which equals money.
The soda was on sale, but u charged me dbl.

The old phone app worked well. I'm not sure why they changed to a new format without any customer input. The new app is so frustrating!
At 4010 A st Auburn Washington I go to the store to shop all the time because it is close to me and I think the employees there are very nice but today this particular day my friend forgot his wallet at the register and the lady who was working the register at the checkout took his wallet as soon as my friend realize he left his wallet he immediately went back inside we were parked right outside the front doors so it didn't take long to go back inside no one else was checking out she said she did not see it I proceeded to go home and we called the store and they still told him no one had turned it in they called back 10 minutes later and said they found it in the bathroom he did not go to the bathroom this is my complaint something needs to be done to the redhead lady in the front at the register
I had a phone interview with Albertsons on September 1st at 11:00am and the interviewer never called or emailed me saying if they could the interview a different day.
